The hotel have kiosk machine which u can check in check out conveniently by yourself. However, there is also a reception counter if you need any help. Staffs are very helpful. Luggage storage is very very convenient, they have a room for self-service luggae storage, you can store it for free max. 12 hrs. Do not worry, all luggages will be stored in a locker whereby the password only you yourself knows. Self-service laundry also available with additional pay. Room is not that spacious, but it is very clean and comfortable. I got a room with a view of namsan tower and able to enjoy the sunset on 17th floor high above. Every floor have a water dispenser for free usage.The location itself is very convenient, very nearby dongdaemun, just a walking distance about 8 minutes, if you love to explore Korean street foods, you can even walk to Gwangjang market, there is also another nearby walking distance market which mostly sells dried foods (dried squid, anchovies etc), don't forget to try the eomuk (korean fish cake) when you visit the market 😉. Oh and it is easy to get a taxi too.

i loved this hotel so much i actually extended my stay in seoul + rebooked it when i went back to seoul haha. staff is very friendly, check in took me like 2 minutes, and my room is always clean! location isn't my favorite, just because its a 7-10 minute walk to the nearest subway stations, but it's okay since there are 3 lines within walking distance at least lol. plenty of luggage lockers in the lobby area if you need to hold them for a day. theres 2 washers and 2 dryers (3000 won to run each once, 1000 won for a detergent/dryer sheet packet -- honestly way too expensive but at least there's a W/D available at least?). the location itself is safe and there's a bunch of convenience stores nearby. not a great variety of restaurants within walking distance, but that wasn't an issue for me at all

Great Jumping off Point ”
My mother and sister and I enjoyed our 'girls' trip' weekend here. The beds are extremely comfy, and the room is nearly completely soundproof. We were lucky to stay on the 20th floor with an incredible view of Namsan tower. The elevator is fast and convenient. Very easy walk to multiple subways stations and bus stops, as well as the DDP and a fantastic beef noodle restaurant. We enjoyed our time here!

I've seen this hotel show on up my searches, and I decided to give it a try. It was even better than I expected. A fairly new hotel, lobby area is large, clean, and staff friendly. I got a standard double which was a very good size for a standard room. For me , the bathroom and shower is very important. Great, good size bathroom with overhead shower. Location? If you walk north a little bit, you will get to the outdoor market, where there is a lot of great food. Overall, I was impressed with the high quality, good size of room and bathroom, and overall value. I would highly recommend for any business or leisure traveler.

Got a room with a really great view! (Facing namsam tower). I had one of my best times there while living in Korea. Staff was really helpful as well and the room was clean. The toilet facilities were amazing as well!

compact rooms but well organized for good use of space. it is very new and bathroom was well designed and sparkly clean. very accessible and environmentally friendly. nice toiletries and very comfortable beds. automated luggage locker rooms was so convenient. self checkout kiosks and nice lobby with free coffee/water. clean modern water/ice machine on every floor i felt comfortable using even in covid19 times. with the discounted prices I would stay again and recommend. it is near so many subway lines so you can get anywhere in seoul within 30-40 mins or less.

Front desk service is wonderful. So helpful and nice. Only con I can think of is the breakfast. For 13,000 KWN per person I expect some food that was edible. Do not recommend it and chef was not good.

Near to metro station. Gwangjang market nearby and many other food stalls around dongdaemun. Room is really clean. Quick check in and out. The room wall is a little thin so you can hear your neighbors if they are a little loud. Stayed in a triple bed room.. it was alright but just a tad squeezy, but still value for money. Recommended!!!

Such a great stay, from the check in/ out process, to the comfy pillows and beds. The only minor down side is probably the number of lifts they had (only 2). But overall is a great hotel.

The beds were very comfortable; probably some of the most comfortable I've slept on in Korea so far. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a great view of N Seoul Tower. It wasn't far from the subway. Would stay again if in the area.
