Before i start my review, i should tell u that anyone that knows me, they will tell u that i am a very picky person when it comes to hotel stay. For years, i traveled to vn a lot and thus stayed at a number of hotels. For the price & location, this is one of the best hotel around the area. It is right next to Ben Thanh near all the shopping n foods. The room is exceptional clean with housekeeping readily helpful with all my needs. The Grand Room city view was roomy, the beds were nicely firm and air conditioner was great. We stayed on the 6th flr, absolutely noise from the street. The firm mattress really helps my back after a long day out. Oh i forgot to mention about the free breakfast, it was great. It had a bit of everything, from American style breakfast (fresh eggs sunny side up to omelette) with pastry to fried rice and pho. The breakfast alone kept us full til late afternoon. In summary, we really enjoyed our stayed. We highly recommended u try out this place.

Nice hotel near ben thanh market”

We booked a room at Sai Gon Charm hotel ( it can’t be called a hotel). We checked in and so disappointed. So dirty we even don’t want to take a shower after a long flight so we looked for different hotel. Nhat Ha 2 right next to it and we were so lucky to book their last available room. The staffs were so nice! They let us checked in early at 11 because one room was ready. Clean, big room. Breakfast buffet is so good. The staffs are so helpful. Absolutely book it again when we come back to Vietnam

Good Hotel with friendly staff.”

I stayed in their signature room. It was big and comfy and clean. But the sound proofing is not that good. Opening and closing of other room doors is very loud. Breakfast is also very very limited. I would like to stay this hotel again. Just hope they could make some improvements.

3 star hotel 6 star service ”

From the minute we checkin till checkout, we are always greeted by friendly & helpful staffs - front desk/ restaurant staffs/house keeper/ concierge. You will be surprised by the service- 3 star hotel but having 6 star service! I was injured and need to visit the hospital. Front desk staff was very professional and has given us very good advice to visit which hospital.when we need to follow up with hotel on some billing, front desk Ms Hien was very helpful & help us calling hospital several times. As there have been motor cyclist snatching headphone around in Ho Chi minh, the concierge has been reminding us to be care on our handphone and our handbag too. The family room is spacious, new AND QUIET. Unlike what we read most Ho chi minh hotel room facing the road are noisy.The only minus point is bathroom. The floor will get wet & slippery after we bathe. breakfast is average spread, nothing to complain about. location very near Street Food Market & Benh than Market.

Nice Stay”

The room was clean and the place was very centrally located. You could walk to a lot of places although it is very hard to walk since it is (Scooter World). We had breakfast included but there were not many vegetarian options which was a little off-putting.

Hotel is in a very good location and is clean and bright with good facilities. Buffet breakfast had enough variety to still be of interest after near one month stay and the very helpful staff were a pleasure to be around. The standard of food and service from the kitchen was good enough for us to use the restaurant more than once during our stay. Room was also of good size for a simple queen room for two people. Not such a concern but the bathroom was a little tight for space due to design but it was also very clean.

Great Hotel”

I stayed 3 nights there, Nhat Ha 2 is a really good hotel, clean, great location in district 1. A really good breakfast buffet, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel and i will book it again if i come back Saigon.

Good location, clean room and breakfast”

Good location. Near Ben Thanh market and central location many places of interest. Easy to find food. Room is clean. Bed is a bit hard though. Breakfast is great. Good spread of choices. Everyday there is always something new to try.

Bathroom could be better furnished”

No hooks for hanging clothes in bathroom (there was none at all ?!). Also it would be nice to have a good quality glass panel for the bathtub, instead of a cheap shower curtain, especially for a hotel of this level ! Thank you !

Excellent Hotel in Ben Than”

Excellent location and excellent hotel. Interior Rooms are big and clean. No noise and everything was perfect. Personnel are friendly and Helpful, they keep our baggage when we arrive early waiting for Check-in and after Check-out. Breakfast excellent. Very good relationship Quality-price. You maybe can found cheapest hotels in the same area, but this hotel is really what you expected.

fantastic location for markets ”

great place to stay and shop .. straight around corner from the market and food halls .... Only two items worthy of note ...the bed is rock hard ...and breakfast is very limited in no yogurt and limited choice ...fruits eytc

great value and location ”

Reception staff so helpful and friendly, room a good size and fresh and clean. Only downside was the mattress which was very very hard. Location is fantastic in the centre of district 1 with all sights walkable. We picked up bus 109 from airport which dropped us off by Ben Thanh market 5 minute from hotel👍

Excellent staff and worth the price”

The hotel was located at a great location (around 5 minutes walk to ben thanh market). Hotel staff was very polite too and this is by far the only non-luxury hotel that assigns a staff to hold the door for you without fail (really appreciate the sweet gesture). The hotel gym was a little disappointing as well as it only has 2 machines (including the treadmill). Room was relatively huge as well (there were still walking space despite having 2 luggages). Issues faced: The 1st room that we were assigned to has flooding issues in the toilet and the staff was kind enough to assign us to another room. However, the room that we were assigned to constantly smelled of cigarettes due to the central AC (although it was a non-smoking level). The smell was so strong that we had to call the staff and they provided us with air-purifier and a filter as the smell did not go away. With that being said, I would still go back to this hotel as the price is worth paying for.

Small but great”

The room was very comfortable even though there was no window letting in sunlight. It was very well designed paying close attention to specific guests touchpoints. ( Bed was comfy, Shower was clean) On top of that it was situated in a very good location if you wish to experience the ben tank night market, it just being 5 mins away. I would recommend any travellers to visit the hidden elephant cafe, its one of the most beautiful cafes i have ever came across

Beautiful, helpful Staff.”

Nhat Ha 2 is like less than 5mins walk from Ben Thanh Market and Night Market. Even walking distance to city centre Vincom, Diamond Plaza, Cathedral and many other sight seeing attractions. But the best part is the beautiful friendly staff who are always smiling and willingness to help or make sure you are happy and enjoying your stay. I will come back here again and again.

Staff here were SUPER friendly and helpful. They even gave us a bottle of complimentary wine for the birthday boy (even though we didn't mention anything about the birthday). they were probably observant to see it during our check-in on our passport! it was a good stay and overall very satisfied with this booking! breakfast is also wonderful and filled with different variety. they change the menu for the 2 days we were there. 👍👍👍👍👍

it is right next to the benthan market , so we can walk and come to the hotel easily. the hotel room space was good as well. not too small, clean, comfortable breakfast was good ,too~ lovely view the staffs are super kind

Eccellente”

Stayed here with my mom and she immediately liked the room. Very satisfied, quite clean and looks exactly as it is in the picture. There are over 400 channels on tv so u wont get bored. Staffs are really friendly and helpful. The place is really close to the Ben Thanh Market, only 2-3 mins walk. The only cons i would say is that the floor wasnt cleaned properly as i somehow dropped something under the bed and found a snack instead lol. And the single bed was quite hard though but not the double bed. Also the walls are quite thin and u can hear next door, or people talking in the hallway if youre really quiet, but its not that bad. Thats the only downside i could think of. Would definitely choose to stay here again.

The staff is wonderful, breakfast had very many choices. I wish I had the room with the window. I was allowed to check in very early because of late night arrival. The taxi driver dropped me 100 meters early at the different hotel. The bath tub leaked the water on the bath room floor. AC was very effective. I strongly recommend this hotel
