Sono stato spesso in altri alberghi della catena "Muong Thanh" e devo dire che non c'e' paragone con questo a Quy Nhon, pur essendo una struttura nuova ma pare gia che abbia bisogno di ristrutturazione, il personale praticamente non ci fa nemmeno caso quando ripulisce la stanza e quindi si trovano sporcizie dell'affitto precedente ed anche materiale che non e' stato rimesso (Shampoo,dentifrici etc etc)

Disappointed stay”

We spent 1 night at Muong Thanh Qui Nhon. It was disappointing as the facility is old & no maintenance. The hotel was not worth for what we have paid.

Never come back again”

this hotel is old and not clean. It does not deserves to be 4 star. Reconstruction noise starts from 7AM, even in lunch time till evening. Floor is covered with dust. When I asked receptionist about massage, she told me it will spend money instead of answering Yes-No. What a bad attitude!

Peaceful and quiet ”

I liked the atmosphere of the hotel with music playing in the lobby and restaurants. Staff were helpful and friendly. The doorman was great and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a range of Vietnamese style dishes. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Too bad with this price ”

Everything seem to be bad with 4 star hotel: old hotel, broken elevator, swimming pool full of local people from outside, awful breakfast with alot of flies...

Nhân viên thân thiện nhưng khách sạn cũ và hồ bơi tệ”

Tôi đặt ks này vì có hồ bơi cho trẻ nhỏ, nhưng hồ bơi cũ, nhỏ và bán vé cho dân địa phương nên hầu như ko có chỗ nhúc nhích. Ngạc nhiên hơn nữa, hồ bơi chỉ mở cửa đến 9h sáng và chiều 14h mới mở trở lại! Nhân viên rất thân thiện và hữu ích nhưng lễ tân làm mất 1 CMND trong đoàn của tôi. Thiết bị khách sạn hơi cũ, nhất là phòng vệ sinh. Biển trước mặt ks đi hơi xa và ko sạch. Buffet sáng khá ngon.

Good value for location ”

Good modern hotel in beachfront location. The beds are not quite as soft as western hotels but also not the typical rock hard Viet style mattress. Somewhere in between. Staff are helpful and rooms are a big size. One annoying thing was they play music in hallways and breakfast area. Pool was under construction during our stay in early Jan. 2018 but looks like a good size under normal circumstances.

Cheating Accommodation”

1. I had a shirt ironed, they asked me to sign the form when they took the shirt, then they filled up the price in the form by themselves and asked me to pay double price. 2. They wrote on a board at the reception and in the menu that lunch by dish was VND 69,000, the whole team ordered lunch by dish, when the bill came, it was VND 79,000, not VND 69,000 as written in the menu. Their explanation was that the price was updated in their system and it was it. 3. The housekeeping never left new soap/shampoo/bath milk when they made the room, I always had to ask for those. They highlighted the value of Vietnamese, so Vietnamese is cheating?????

Great Stay”

We were traveling budget this trip but found this a tired five star stay which we really enjoyed. Huge room and impressive breakfast. We saw no other Europeans in this out of the way stop on our train trip from HCMC to Hue.

Dont book sup room”

The superior rooms located at the back of the hotel, just like a storage right next to the swimming pool that open for public (means no privacy). The hotel has adult business so absolutely not suitable when traveling with kids.

Horrible Service”

Worst service ever. When I was checking out, they claimed that 2 spoons and 1 small disk are missing, and I have to pay for that. It's only a few dollars, but I was paying for something that did not even exist. On my first day at the hotel, they even put someone else' laundry in my room. Shower's water is weak, and the swimming pool looks dirty. Overall, 1 star experience. Muong Thanh hotels are definitely on my black list from now on.

Decent hotel, good value”

The hotel was quite good, the rooms are large however the amenities and finishing are more appropriate of a 3-star hotel. I do understand though that in a small city like this it is considered 4 star. Anyway I stayed at Avani as well and that is 4 star but is so much better than this (at 3 times the price of course). I've never tried the swimming pool but it seems they have a tennis court as well. Breakfast was not great but there's a decent selection and staff tries hard. In general nothing to complain really given the price and would stay there again if I were in the area.

A misleading star-rated hotel”

Marketing as a 4 star hotel in Quy Nhon with a very affordable price, I look forward to a nice vacation in Quy Nhon. However, it turned out that the 4 star at Muong Thanh Hotel was not equivalent to that in other hotels I have ever stayed. The hotel should be around 3 to 3.5 stars only. I appreciated the hotel's advantages like I mentioned in the text box above. However, the facilities are very modest compared with the stars.

The worst Muong Thanh in Vietnam”

I'm a regular customer of Muong Thanh in Vietnam due to its reasonable rate and a certain level of comfortability. However, this hotel is the worst experience. We arrived at 9pm and there is a male staff in uniform standing looking at us, but ignoring us unload luggage ourselves. When i complaint to the female receptionist, she stared at me and said nothing. Finally came another female and said sorry and that they didn't have enough manpower. What a joke! How come a self-claimed 4 star hotel chain treat their guests like that? Avoid this Muong Thanh if you can.
