I searched for a hotel with swimming pool as we have young children, was listed as indoor swimming pool. There is no swimming pool,,,, front desk said not had for years,,,,,, Very disappointing they cant update to reflect honest facilities.

A good location”

Just a bit walk to the beach. Nice & clean room. The reception girl informed us they can't provide the cooking service for us, we have to buy the seafood & cook ourselves. But when we arrived and met the mistress, she can cook, and told us next time just call her directly and she will give us more exact info.

A comfortable place in an good location at unbelievably low price”

I was very skeptical about this hotel because the price seemed too low for the location but based on reviews I decided to stay here. On check in found the place just few minutes walk from the back beach and the room was too good for the price. The only negative was that , the bed was bit hard . I will recommend this place to a budget traveller for a clean room very close to the beach.

Good location, friendly staff but not very clean”

Ive been with my friends 1 night in this hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 12:30pm but I saw check in hour at 14pm. But when I arrived at the hotel and i asked the receptionist can i check in soon or not. She was very friendly and let us get in our room very soon. The room is quite good like the pictures that I watched on Agoda. But the bedsheets ưere not very clean. I still saw some dust on those bedsheets. They gave us 5-6 towers including towers for body and face. But we only used 2 of them. On the next day, when i wanted to use the differernt one. I saw a lot of ants inside the towel :(((((. The shower also weak. The power of water from the shower is weak too. They also have the very good location just take 5mins waking to the beach and take 5min driving to Jesus's statue. I also found the place to dry my clothes on 6th floor. At the checkout hour, we couldnt check out at 12pm because we felt very tired after climbing the Jesus's statue. I asked the receptionist for check out late 1,5 hours. She said that I just need to pay 80000vnd for extra hours. But i saw a rule on the rules of the hotel. Customer needs to pay 70000vnd for 1 extra hour. But she just get from us only 80000vnd for 1,5 hours instead of 105000k. We're in the hotel on public holidays in Vietnam so that we have paid 733000 for 1 nights instead of 450000 like usual. I think this price quite good for us . We also had a great time in Vung Tau city

Cheap, good location, recommendable!”

Totally worth paying for it with a cheap price, walk to the beach in few minutes although it's in the small alley. Well organized, neat, clean, acceptable view (a corner of sea through the high buildings surrounding, full of morning sunlight when waking up, you cannot expect more from this place with this no-more-cheaper price). The room is exactly the same with the pics. The thing is that the tap & hot water is a little weak (5th floor), not very comfortable while showering. There's a refrigerator without drinks, no minibar or snacks, an electric kettle without tea nor instant noodle, no hairdryer. However, totally acceptable, you cannot expect 3* standard with a motel price, it's surely better than any other hotel at the same price. Will get back for the next time!

Good Deal and Friendly Staff”

I wanted a place that was good value, basic, clean and centrally located. Minh Nhan was all of the above and more. It's a 10 minute walk to the beach and closs to the Jesus statue tour site. Food is nearby, mostly local food but ok. Staff are friendly. Manager Mr Son speaks good English and is knowledgeable while his boss also helps out. Its a friendly, small business type of environment. Bed sheets and towels are changed daily and clean. Room was big, bright, clean and bed was very comfortable. Perhaps bring your own soap and shampoo because the hotel's ones which come in sachets, I found it hard to open. Other than that, I definitely recommmend this place.

The hotel is nice and clean The best thing is cheap price. Facilities are OK. Good view. Toilet is not ok because it smells nasty, I hope it will be better next time My room is hot in the afternoon, but it's ok I will book again if I come to Vung Tau

Mới trả phòng trưa qua ( 10/6) , chỉ có duy nhất 1 vấn đề không vừa lòng đó là trên lịch hẹn giờ nhận và trả phòng là 14h . Nhưng khi mình 13h30 xuống trả phòng thì yêu cầu thanh toán thêm tiền , sau khi đưa tiền mình có nói rõ lại 1 lần nữa thì bạn tiếp tân mới hoàn lại tiền chi mình . Ngoài vấn đề đó ra thì cũng khá hài lòng với mọi thứ , nhân viên nhiệt tình, phòng sạch sẽ , đi ra biển cũng gần ,phòng khá đủ các tiện nghi ( bình đun siêu tốc , tủ lạnh , ... ) . Sẽ ghé lại vào lần sau .

Booked for 1 night and extend another night. Hotel and our room are clean. Location is less than 5 minutes walk to the beach. Value for money. However, one thing to note, the hotel website stated 24 hr counter, but at around 0130am, my girlfriend and I were hungry and wanted to go out to buy something. The hotel counter was closed, the lobby is dark and the hotel door is locked. There is a man sleeping in the lobby, we woke him up and asked him to unlock the door. He refused and claimed that all shops are closed after midnight. Didn't understand why he said that because there is a 24-hour convenience shop just 3 minutes away from the hotel. Even so, guests are here for holiday and I don't see why we should be restricted. If there are curfew implemented, the hotel should have brief the guest during check-in or clearly on the Agoda website. There is no mini snack bar/food in the hotel room, my girlfriend is very upset and she has history of gastric.

Conveniently located a short walk from the beach. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops. Insanely busy on the weekends with large groups, but basically empty during the weekdays! Hot water was unreliable and we couldn't get wifi in our room. Good, cold aircon. The listing says there is a pool but there isn't one. The pros outweighed the cons especially for price and location. I'd stay there again!!
