Noisy (many ongoing construction around) Little maintenance of rooms and facilities (not to say dirty) Closest beach dirty (plastic bags and other garbage; a pity) Expensive for a 3 stars hotel

Dirty, hungry”
The rooms were dirty I actually think they didn't wash our linen & towels from the last guests. The room flooded when it rained, the beach had rubbish all over it. The food was sporadic & no variety, fried rice & packet noodles with eggs. The pool was slimy & uninviting. Very disappointing on the whole. I liked the dogs but if you're not a dog lover like me you would not like the place.

When we got there the room wasnt clean and even though we asked for the cleaning it wasnt done very properly... Actuelly the hotel wasnt very clean anywhere... The food wasnt very good and they were often out of items.. We dont understand how they could practice such a high price for the room as we have been sleeping in hôtels in Vietnam 5 times cheaper but 10 Times better ! We wanted to make 2 luxury days in our trip and were very disappointed that for so much money we had that ! The staff is very friendly though and that's make up for the rest.

Smooth white sand, clean and beautiful beach!”
Nice hotel close to the beach. However, internet are limited. And the water is not very pure, perhaps because there's a shortage of clean water on the island. Aircons work at certain limited time everyday as there has not been an official power line and system to the island. All electricity relating use are from generators. Hot water is also limited as the island people use solar heaters. The only worthy reason to visit Quan Lan island is its clean, white, sandy beach with beautiful landscape, and the 45 minute boat trip from inland to the island is really fascinating!

thanks for resort's contactor who can speak english gave me lots of help - how to get there from other island and how to get back to hanoi. good service. have to depend on resort's transportation from pier to resort.

Endroit parfait pour gâcher ses vacances”
De ma longue vie de voyageur à travers le monde je n'ai jamais vu en endroit aussi pourri et aussi malsain que cet hôtel! Ce resort aurait pu être un d'endroit idyllique sauf qu'il est totalement abandonné. On est vaguement accueilli par deux ou trois gamins d'une vingtaine d'années et c'est La prise de tête dès les premiers instants. La fameuse chambre vue sur mer est un réduit avec vue sur un mur! Le patron que nous appelons, qui n'est pas sur l'île et qui a délégué les gamins nous donne finalement un chambre avec vue sur piscine ce qui ne doit pas être difficile car ce resort est totalement vide à l'exception des colonies de cafards et de rats probablement tombés aussi dans le panneau de la publicité mensongère. Nous en avons d'ailleurs eu un comme compagnon dans notre salle de bain. Pour être bref : La piscine : inutilisable car l'eau est bleu foncé et les seules choses qu'on peut distinguer sont les crapauds et les poissons qui semblent s'y plaire. Le décor des chambres. : moitié moisissures, moitié couleurs fanées. Les petits déjeuners : choix entre un œuf au plat ou un œuf au plat servi sur une assiette genre écuelle et c'est tout, avec café imbuvable. Service de chambre : totalement inexistant Service de l'hôtel : totalement inexistant aussi. Les trois jeunes passent leurs journées affalés sur les sofas du lobby emmitouflés dans leurs couvertures et pianotent leurs iphones ou regardent la télé. Location de vélo : on oublie ça aussi. Il y en a trois, rouillés avec les pneus crevés. Je vous épargne d'autres détails du style, porte de chambre extérieure qui ne ferme pas, linge et draps tachés et sales, pourriture sur les murs de la salle de bain, télévision en panne etc. J'ai oublié le service de transport en touc touc qui sent la combine et l'arnaque à plein nez. Un taxi a New York est quasiment moins cher. Enfin , pas un membre du « personnel » ne parle ni anglais ni français.

Bon emplacement à proximité de la plage, mais dommage que le personnel ne parle pas l'anglais sauf le directeur. Déçu par la chambre nous avions payé un supplément pour avoir une vue sur la mer mais il n'en existe pas !!! La piscine était impraticable.La salle de restaurant est agréable mais le reste à besoin de rénovation

Schlechtestes Hotel unserer Reise. Klimaanlage defekt. Keiner war auf uns vorbereitet, kein Essen serviert trotz Frühstücksbuchung, null Englisch. Zimmer ok, aber Bad unsauber.

Quá tồi tệ”
Quá tồi tệ đi vào 2/9 thời điểm đông khách giá phòng cao mà nhận lại . resort bẩn, mùi hôi, bụi, nhện. Khách đến nhận phòng nhưng không dọn phòng trước. Giá phòng quá đắt 1tr4 cho chất lượng dịch vụ và tiện nghi. sẽ không bao giờ quay lại đây

Phòng ốc cũ, chất lượng dịch vụ bình thường, ăn uống tại khách sạn đắt và thực đơn ăn uống nghèo nàn, so với các ks mới xây thì có ưu điểm là có tí không gian ( bể bơi nho nhỏ, xích đu ghế nằm thư giãn). Mình đặt và thanh toán trên ahoda nghỉ Minh Châu 2 đêm nhưng đến nơi lại bị sang ks khác 1 đêm do Minh Châu hết phòng, chẳng biết do lỗi của agoda hay Minh Châu nên cũng ko hài lòng với Minh Châu lắm.

Phòng nghỉ không đúng tiêu resort, đặt phòng một kiểu đến lúc nhận phòng lại đổ vạ tại không liên lạc trước nên phòng hạng đặt đang gặp trục trặc phải chuyển sang hạng rẻ hơn mà ko được phụ tiền cũng chẳng có chế độ ưu đãi gì khác cả. Ăn sáng thì cũng rất dở, không có nước uống hoa quả, gọi nước uống trong khi ăn sáng thì lại bị mất thêm phí. Điều hòa phải bật theo giờ, chưa đến giờ thì không thể vào phòng được. Ăn uống tại khách sạn thì đắt nhưng nấu đồ không ngon.

Phòng nhỏ, chất lượng và thái độ phục vụ không chuyên nghiệp của nhân viên (TV hỏng 4/4 ngày lưu trú không chữa được, đến giờ bật điều hoà phải đi gọi nhân viên, thái độ nhân viên không tôn trọng khách hàng...)
