We had a great experience for the family trip.”
It was my second time at Malibu. I stayed at Malibu 2 years ago after the first expansion of COVID, and decided to take my family there this time. In general, there were pros and cons for your consideration: 1. The standard check-in time is 3pm, an hour later than some other hotels, so you may need to wait for a long time to get your room if you arrive Vũng Tàu around noon/lunch time on a day with low available rooms for early check-in. 2. I booked 2 rooms and informed the receptionists that we would love to have the rooms near each other if available but it was optional. We arrived the hotel around noon, a male receptionist got my mobile number on a note and said that he would call if our rooms were ready. The time could be before or at 3pm at the latest. We agreed and went out for lunch. When we came back and checked again the room status with another female receptionist, she asked for our phone numbers again and noted it on another list, following others. I could not know whose arrived first. This time, the lady said that the rooms could only be ready after 3:30pm with not much explanation regarding the change of schedule. We tried to understand that we saw a group of a company’s employees checking out at our first arrival at the hotel and it would take time for the room services. However, waiting for more than 3 hours just to get 2 rooms during a hot day was not a good experience at all. When it was around 2:30pm, I accidentally overheard another guest saying that we (there were also 2 other families waiting for the rooms) actually could get the rooms sooner if we agreed to stay in different floors. We all wished that the receptionists had let us know of the options so we could had picked the appropriate one from the beginning and not needed to wait for hours in the lobby. I came to double check that “untold” option with the receptionists, and re-confirmed that we did not insist on having the rooms next door or on the same floor. We just tried to have the

Memorable Weekend Getaway”
Malibu Vung Tau staff were warm and hospitable. Upon arrival we were greeted and requested for early check-in. The staff guided us upstairs to our room doors and the moment we stepped into the room it smells like flora scent, sparkling clean. The bathtub in the room is definitely worth paying extra for, huge enough to accommodate 2 person in it. We are about 1.75m and we both fit in comfortably. The line cafe dessert and drink at the hotel lobby is definitely worth trying out while waiting to check in. I love the cakes and peach drink at the cafe staff provided us with advise on attractions When we checked out, the staff were attentive and helpful in guiding us to check out and getting a bus back to Saigon city. Dinner in the hotel restaurant is definitely worth dining in for, we had American steak the visual and taste aspect are worth every single cent , money well spent.👍🏻 Swimming pool at Malibu is a must go, especially for girls that likes to take photos.

We loved our three day stay at the Malibu Hotel! Rooms are big, clean and quiet and well located with a beautiful ocean view (all rooms are located on the 6th-20th floor so you won’t feel any noise from construction work or traffic)d Facilities, including pool and gym, are great, breakfast has huge choice and is of high quality. Staff is professional, polite and friendly. The hotel is close to LOTTE Mart, a large department store, and there is a good seafood restaurant just across the road.!Altogether, can highly recommend the Malibu hotel!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Staff is nice and friendly. Hotel is new, clean and the breakfast buffet is really nice selections. Pool is nice, the massage service is good. Gym a bit hot since no AC, but I could understand it since not much people using it all the time, we were there by ourselves almost everyday. When we arrived the room smell fresh with lemongrass sense, really nice and welcoming. Room service everyday. We will come back and please keep it up the good work.

Staff were so polite and helpful. They assisted us with exchanging currency, luggage, flagging down taxi service and were overall so pleasant. The hotel was clean, modern and spacious. The amenities in the room and welcome drink was a nice touch. Buffet was fresh and offered good variety. I really liked that staff checked the rooms before we departed to make sure we didn't leave any valuables behind. We plan on staying here the next time we return to Vung Tau.

We had an Amazing stay st Malibu Hotel!! The room was beautiful, spacious, clean, comfortable, super comfortable bed, great tv, excellent views. The pool was fabulous!!! All of the staff were lovely. Breakfast was 5star with abundant choices. Good location, close to beach, lotte mall (supermarket). Would highly recommend to anyone looking for some luxury accommodation and service.

Generally, This hotel is one of best hotel I have been stayed. The main reason I will come back is the warm welcome staff. Mr. Tam at the front desk was very helpful with the list of local restaurant as I first check in. It was a very big help for the first Vung Tau traveler. This is a new hotel, the room was large and swimming pool was great for my kid. The thing that I love most is breakfast. This hotel provided supper delicous breakfast with many choices that made me thought that I was at the lunch buffet. Even provided many options for breakfast but it does not mean the quality was bad. Everything was so nice! I will come back here 100%!!!

Spent 4 nights here and although it rained most of the time I'm glad we had a nice hotel. Nice pool area with a really cool bar, decent gym and the rooms are also great. Breakfast was far better than many hotels in this class with.a huge choice of dishes on the buffet. Staff were also very friendly and professional.

The accommodation is very nice for family with infant. The location of the hotel is also a big plus: 2 mins to the beach and 1 mins to the 24h grocery store. Nice breakfast buffet with a lot of choices as the menu is changed daily. Surely will come back to the hotel in future travel.
