An Excellent property to stay with reasonable price”
This service condotel is just built, so everything are news. My experiences when I stayed here is over expectation since rooms services, breakfast, facilities,... even the prices I paid. Polite staffs and helpful. I love to stay here and will come back for our next trips.

The condotel is a great idea for a group of family with a plenty of space”
The master is almost perfect if they use the smart TV. The location is great just cross the street from a big super market and will be the best if its near the beach. The taxi wont take us back from the beach because its not so far but not too close for walking after a beach bath.

good place in Vung Tau”
next time when i come back Vung Tau, this hotel must be one of my choices, the apartment was clean and tidy, the staffs i rated 3 stars does not because they were not good, just because i did not talk to them a lot, therefore i could not vote higher. However, morning breakfast was not good at all, bacon had animal smell, sausage was too hard to chew, but phở was delicious. Hope it will be improved from next time.

Room and location are very good. But I dont feel welcomed”
I booked 3 bdrs apartment. Very spacious and clean, good sized kitchen but no utensils provided (?). Location is superb. Housekeepers and the young bell boy are nice. But the male receptionist does not make me feel welcomed. Also the female one said since I brought extra 2 people she will charge me 800k more per night, breakfast included, which I agreed. 30 mins later she said that price does not include breakfast. After arguing she then agreed to charge me 800k but i feel that was quite unprofessional.

It is apartment, it is good for family with children or grandparent. However, it doesn't include the kitchen equipment like cooker, fork, chopstick, spoon, pot or pants for cooking. So the microwave is not helpful in this case. I would like to suggest to prepare kitchen requirement is better. Other factors like location, staff, food are good. Will be back again.

That was good place for family stay. Nice food, nearby Lotte Market. A bit far from seaside but have nice pool can help children enjoy their spare time.

The location is a little bit far from the beach (around 15-20mins walking). Staffs were super nice.

Disappointed”
The room is clean and staff are friendly but I'm really disappointed by the way they operate such a condotel like this. I want to rent a 2-bedroom apartment because I need a kitchen. But the kitchen is just decoration because of no cookware. I have seen some reviews about lack of cookware so I ask if they can prepare some(before coming).They say cookware will be provided only for guests staying over 1 week, less they will charge 500.000vnd/day. This is really unreasonable. They also have regulation that cooking without permit will be fined 1.000.000vnd. I asked if I could use a small pot(I brought) to warm food for the baby, they say no too. Besides, the lifts don't work smoothly, seem very old ones. I won't be back again or recommend for anyone.

The location is ok, near lotte mart. 5mins to the beach by car. The pool is too small and cold even at 11am ( ~37oC ). No towel at pool. Breakfast is good. The room is clean
