First they put us in the wrong type of room. Staff has no service mind. Bad facility. No hot water.

The Good thing about this hotel was that the room was nice, that was the only Good thing. When We got there in the evening We could not check in, the receptionist did not know any english (Wtf?) and would not give us the room We had booked even When We showed him our booking confirmation and called agoda (whole We booked the room through) and agoda agreed with us. The receptionist was super rude, unhelpful and incredibly awful at his job. I cannot Imagine How he got this Job. We asked his several Times to Talk to his boss which he of course ignored, he offense No compensation. We had to stand there arguing with him via Google translate for 2 hours. In the end he started talking in his phone with a Girl and angrily gestured for us to get out even Though we were so much more nicer than We should have been. The day after the manager apologised and We explained the situation. He was nice But our night the day before was still ruined. /Amanda

Sexy Bird's Cage Bed”

The most outstanding part of this hotel is the VIP Room with a big Bird's Cage Bed, 360 degrees round shaped with a curtain entrance. It looks super special, sexy and is a great experience. Excellent for photo shootings. Room is clean, new, aircondition works well. The room also got a cute round shaped bathtub and a rain forest shower. Only negative thing: no minibar, just a few water and herbal tea bottles. And the walls are not sound proof, I was able to hear every naughty sounds from the other rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend hotel, will come again.

Not the best, but surely it’s a bang for the buck. It’s near a bus stop which was quite convenient for me to navigate ho chi minh (bus stop to and fro the airport, only costed 10k vnd!!!) overall, not a bad place to stay if you are saving money for ur trip

The room is big and clean. The decoration is pretty new and comfortable. The cost is not high with good CP value. Although, the surrounding has no place to visit or buy.

The room was basic but nice and very clean. The staff was excellent. I forgot my phone charger, and they kept it for me even after a few days. The only problem was the noise, as insulation between the rooms and to the road was quite thin.

Phòng rất mới và sạch sẽ, nội thất đẹp. Mọi thứ đều rất tốt, trừ 2 điểm sau: - Phòng được cách âm không tốt, phòng kế bên mở/đóng cửa hay khách đi ngoài hành lang/cầu thang đều nghe rất rõ. - Hơi bất tiện vì không có máy sấy tóc :(
