Good suburban hotel”
Clean and modern hotel by an industrial estate in the west suburbs of Milan. Very good buffet breakfast and friendly staff. Connections with the centre are ok, best if travelling with a car. Parking is not cheap for no apparent reason, as it is fee everywhere outside. Easy access to motorways. Will visit again.

I got two nights for 60 quid which is really good for it's value considering it is milan. They are really helpful and great service but the problem was their lack of facilities. They didn't have any USB outputs or any converters which is surprising for a hotel not to have. But other than that , it was a good experience.

The room was average for the price we paid, there was no coffee tea station in the room like you would receive in some other hotel. The parking facility is good but requires a €6 fee per night which I thought was a disappointment. I paid for a family room and was given a double bed and a bed that looked like a cheap sofa bed!

Nice friendly staff, bathroom Accessories loose as is some of the light switches and plugs in the room and internet very sporradic and limited to sites you can visit on the net. If you want a hotel with good free internet do not choose this one!

This hotel is miles away from anywhere . You will need a car . The free shuttle has to be booked ,and only takes you to the metro station . The room was ok ,and clean . Breakfast was good ,a lot of choice . However there is only a vending machine if you want a drink after the restaurant is shut . There is no shop ,we arrived at lunchtime ,after a very early flight ,and were unable to get anything to eat until the evening .As a base or short stay this is an ok hotel .

In 4 star hotel we felt like we are in one star.”
When we reached in the parking of hotel we had to pay separately for parking usually you dont have to pay for parking. After enterance we got a room and it was smelling so bad that u you will never ever expect a room from a 4 star hotel. I would not suggest the hotel if you are with family and you are there for a holiday trip. If you have no other option then go for it.

Not a true representation ”
The hotel we thought we had booked at the airport in Malpensa transpired to be in Milan which we were unable to get to as we could not get a taxi and as it was late at night could not get public transport. We had to pay again to get a room at the hotel which we were lead to believe was the one we had booked. The hotel was described as being a minute from the airport. This is a false representation. We had to get a taxi to the hotel as it was quite far from the airport certainly not a minute from terminal 1 as described. We were unable to contact the hotel to arrange the shuttle bus as no one was answering the phone, we we're not the only people trying to arrange the shuttle bus unsuccessfully.There was a lot of noise throughout the night from traffic and people coming and going.When we finally managed to sleep we were woken very early by a Cockerell. Would definitely not recommend this hotel.

Terrible customer service ”
I had overlooked everything until they wouldn't give me a empty glass of wine to take to my room as they insisted on drinking at their bar. What kind of service is that for a supposedly "4 star" restaurant....
