Hotel da incubo ”
Diffidate da questo hotel che si spaccia per un 4*, non fatevi ingannare dal sito che è una vera e propria truffa!! Ho soggiornato una notte (per fortuna) per lavoro e la scelta di questa struttura è stata dovuta dal fatto che, oltre ad essere vicina alla metro , era una delle poche disponibili quel weekend poiché Milano era piena di eventi. Entrò nella stanza che mi è stata assegnata (la n°208) e stavo per vomitare: pavimento sporco pieno di briciole , comodini con un dito di polvere, zanzare appiccicate al muro , tende sporche , water rotto con degli aloni (credo pipì)sulla tavola, dentifricio incrostato nel lavandino e dulcis in fundo macchie di sangue sulla parete della doccia! Ovviamente era tarda sera e nn avevo possibilità di andare altrove dato che era tutto pieno in città e lontano da dove avevo il corso di lavoro ...l'unica mia negligenza è stata quella di non aver letto le recensioni di questo hotel tra cui c'era un cliente che ha lamentato questa estate lo stesso mio problema in stanza, e questo mi fa capire che non è stata pulita per nulla o alla meno peggio!! Ho contestato al dipendente della hall lo schifo in cui ho dovuto vivere una notte , riferendogli anche delle recensioni lette e lui con tutta calma mi ha risposto SIGNORA SE HA LETTO DELLE RECENSIONI NEGATIVE COSA HA PRENOTATO A FARE?! questo da capire che la struttura è consapevole di tutto! Avrei dovuto chiamare la ASL e carabinieri maledetta me, ma ero troppo stanca dal viaggio e dal lavoro e non desideravo altro che riposare, cosa che non sono riuscita nemmeno a fare! Ah....la colazione scordatevela !! Ma forse meglio così ...non oso immaginare cosa avessero potuto portare , anche roba scaduta ! Insomma un hotel che si spaccia per un 4stelle quando non nemmeno un ostello si presenterebbe in quelle condizioni...dovrebbe chiudere

Facile da raggiungere con la metro, si trova ad un minuto dall'uscita della metro verde. Struttura accogliente così come le camere. Buon rapporto qualità - prezzo.

QUATTRO STELLE ? ... dove ?”
Camera microscopica , a malapena si girava intorno al letto, UNA sola sedia con una gamba rotta .Tapparella bagno guasta , abbiamo fatto la cacca in diretta " window " su Viale Palmanova . Niente campioncini bagnoschiuma o shampoo , UN solo cestino spazzatura piccolissimo , 10 € per UNA notte di parcheggio a fianco di due autovetture abbandonate (...) niente frigobar nè microonde ( TUTTI i 4 stelle che abbiamo frequentato li avevano entrambi ) , una luce specchio bagno bruciata ( su 4 ...) , niente bicchiere in bagno , portasalviettine di carta vuoto ....

4 Stars hotel but quality way much lower than how 4 Stars hotel should be!”
The location is sooooo far away from city centre. You need to take subway to avoid the time-consumed to the city centre. It takes about 20-30 mins. Tbh, this 4 stars hotel doesn't seem like 4 stars hotel from their quality and the hotel facilities. It got on our nerves that we had to change our room 3 times because the were problems. On our first room, the AC took 1-2 hours to get cold and after some hours the AC was leaked and made the whole floor wet, so we moved to another room. On our first room, the AC was set by the hotel at 25°C. It was Central AC, so we couldn't set the temperature lower. We got the 2nd room, but the AC didn't work either. The AC temperature was set even warmer, at 28°C (it felt too warm in the middle of summer in August). And so we asked another room, and we moved to the 3rd room , which seems new and just got renovated. Eventhough we got the bed in IKEA style, but at least it was better than two previous rooms. The AC in this room was set at 21°C and the bath room is big enough and clean. I think, the hotel need to improve the AC coldness in the summer. It is central AC and the guest can't set the temperature lower (we think this is ridiculous) otherwise it set to 18°C and not 28°C (at leat not in the hot August, middle summer). What we like about this hotel is the Lady in the front desk. She is so polite and helpful. She said sorry many times, as we told her something didn't work in our room and we would like to change to another room.

Très très loin d'être un quatre étoiles,ancien immeuble vétuste,prises électriques ne fonctionnent pas,fenêtre en bois qui ne se ferme pas,débit eau douche très faible impossible de se doucher correctement,aucune machine café à la reception...

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war zwar nicht perfekt, da man zwei mal umsteigen musste, dennoch ist dies für Milano und für diesen Preis ein gutes Angebot.
