And absolutely beautiful Hotel! In a perfect location for the last night before leaving out of the Malon airport. The staff is wonderful! The dinner in their beautiful dining room is superb with a wonderful wine list! The breakfast buffet was the best ever! I am looking forward to staying at this hotel again next year.

Very beautiful old home”
This place is visually stunning. The facilities are a little dated but looking at the building that is what you would expect. The meals were limited but the food was good. For an airport hotel it is very good. Shuttle service was provided but you do pay for it with your hotel bill upon check out.

From arrival to departure three days later we could not have asked for more seamless service, help, support and cooperation. Smiles abounded from all staff. The hotel is in a quiet well manicured location most conveniently positioned close to the terminal 1. The architecture, and Italian style of the property make it a destination to enjoy.

Old Europe gem 5 minutes from MPX”
I knew I'd been whisked back in time when I was handed the room key with a heavy fob - no card key here! Set in a grand early 1900s villa near the Ticino Valley provincial park, it's the opposite in many ways of a bland airport hotel. Shuttle service from & to the airport was efficient and on time. Also, a nice buffet breakfast is served starting at 5am, so I didn't have to go hungry to catch my early Saturday departure for Gatwick from MPX T2. Staff was well trained and courteous - it feels like they've been to Swiss hospitality school. I would recommend this for anyone who wants a break from the corporate hotel experience, and in particular if you have a late arrival or early departure from MPX. Shuttle pickup is at the North end (door 10) of T1 arrivals area, about 10 minutes walk from the T1 station of the Airport Express train that runs from the Milan center Cadorna train station.

Based on some apocalyptic reviews that were recently posted on TA(which I only read when it was too late), I braced myself for the worst- I couldn’t have been more wrong!The furniture is a bit dated, yes, but functional. The room was perfectly clean, it was a nice size (really rare in Italy!) and it had a super comfy bed. The staff were kind(ish), the shuttle bus easy to arrange and on time. We enjoyed the well-kept garden and the pool too. Altogether it was a really nice stay for the night. The only letdowns were: the pool area is a huge ant colony( a little too close to nature for my taste), and the other thing is not about the hotel management per se: the airport is so close that one would naturally think it’s walkable, but it’s NOT due to lack of sidewalks. So be careful, even if it’s just 800 m from the airport, you’ll need that shuttle service.

Unlikely Green Oasis ”
Our 2 night stay was at the end of a 6 week Italian holiday. The proximity to the airport was ideal for us as we dropped off a car rental at the airport. We wanted easy access to the train into Milan for a day of final sight seeing etc prior to flying home to Australia. The hotel is situated in a lovely garden with a gleaming pool and it was just the type of setting that we needed to finish off our stay in Italy. The outlook from the rooms is delightful. The rooms are pretty tight so we booked a 3 bedroom so that we had room for both suitcases. The bathrooms are particularly tight and I don’t think people with larger frames would find them accessible. The shuttle to and from the airport is essential and a great service. The website advertises the shuttle service as free and consequently we were disappointed to discover that there was a 5 Euro per person, per trip for the shuttle. The staff were excellent and the food was good quality in the restaurant and bar.

Superb location, very close to Malpensa airport, shuttle collection, easy, prompt and friendly. Very attractive building in pleasant grounds. Inside, the reception area and surrounds attractive, rooms adequate, corridors etc a bit tired and sometimes shabby. Staff very friendly indeed and the receptionist only too happy to recommend nearby restaurant, and arrange them to collect and return. Return shuttle to airport for flight smoothly organised. Hotel let down by its own standard of food; breakfast was virtually non-existent, coffee poor. Lunch menu very poor and expensive. Our visit was affected by post-covid restrictions though, so would assume that under normal conditions this would be better. Overall would recommend, and would use again.

Great location, near airport. Comfortable bed. We didn't eat at restaurant as prices were outrageous Staff good. Breakfast was supplied and was good. Good shuttle service to and from airport. Has a pool if you are staying for a few days.
