Excellent location and nice rooms”
I just stayed one night but it was amazing. Room was big and clean. Bathroom was also big. It is the best hotel you can get in this price and in this location. Just 2 mins walk from st lucia station. Staff was very good very welcoming. And wifi is super fast in the rooms.

The location was excellent. Easy walk from the train station, and close to the canal waterbus stop. Breakfast was great, place was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely choose this hotel again for a Venice trip.

Great location... friendly staff.. very helpful Did not buy the breakfast, but it is available Room was big .. bathroom was nice.. bed was ok for the 2 nights wee were there.. 4 min walk from train station.. grocery store next door.. little fridge in room

Good Location”
The hotel located just 3 min walk from the train station, which is very easy to find. No lift available to get up to the room so need to move the luggage up the stairs. Buffet breakfast is good. Supermarket just next to the hotel.

Awesome hotel”
Good location, close to almost everything. Handbag shops, restaurants, gelato. There is also halal restaurant next to it. Walking distance from Piazza Rome.

Excellent hotel in Venice.”
Excellent location: 100m from Piazzale Roma bus station, and just 50m from Stazione di Venezia Santa Lucia train station). You don't have to drag your bags walking all over Venice to and from these bus or train stations, with connections to the airports and other cities in Italy. The street is filled with restaurants, cafe, grocers, souvenir, and shops of all your needs, within 200m. Just opposite the train station are the 'water bus' stations on the canal, that will take you to all over Venice by boat, and also to nearby islands such as Burano and Murano Islands. If you can afford it you can also take the 'water taxi', a luxury speedboat for your travel needs along the canals of Venice. The room I stayed is spacious, it had a Queen size (double) bed and a single bed. The room is air conditioned, which is a must if you are travelling there in the summer. The bathroom is big too, complete with a shower, seated-toilet with separate bidet, and a wash basin.

Good staff and location and the room is clean . It is near train station and post station. I booked it was a single room.It is not including breakfast.The room was simple but it was enough for me. It also has a good connection WiFi in my room. It has boiling water in lobby.

Right next to the train station, walking distance from main attractions. Everything was good but WiFi can be a bit finicky at times

Best location and great value for money ”
The staff were very nice especially the lady in the kitchen. It is located in one of the best places and there is a supermarket next door. I travelled with my elderly mother and young son and we had a great time. The hotel could do with a bit of renovation and decoration but overall we enjoyed our stay there.

The location is good”
The best thing about this hotel is the location near main station in Venice, Santa Lucia station. The worst is there's no elevator. They put us in 3rd floor, so we must going up use the stairs bring our big luggage. They said they dont have any available room in 1st floor. We only stay 1 night here

One of the staff gave an attitude to most asians, this is from what i observe but when it comes to the non asian he knows how to smile But overall stay was good all was good

Great location and Nice breakfast”
The hotel is old but has been well maintained. There is no lift or elevator so you have to carry your luggages up and down the stairs. It is quite close to the train station with a lot of stores in the street. A convenience store is also just next door. The staff are really friendly. The breakfast is served from 7:30-10:00 and they offer a lot of selections like cheese hams eggs croissants cereals pastries yoghurts and of course coffee, tea and juice.

I was given a really nice room with veranda (thank you very much!). I think this is the perfect hotel to stay in Venice! It's very near the bus station and has several nearby shops and restaurants. the rooms are well maintained and spacious. I would love to come back to this hotel and would not hesitate to recommend it to family and friends

Very near train station”
Place is very conveniently located near train station - about 4 minutes walk and easy to find. It’s quite basic, good for sleeping. We asked for rooms on the same floor and they helped us get it which were quite convenient. One of the room we’re not able to double lock but not really a biggie. The room walls seems a bit thin coz we can hear people outside and if we’re outside the room, we can hear the people in the room we pass by. The bathroom is sized right, a bit old. Shampoo are provided with a very small soap but it will do if you’re not picky. Breakfast was Ok, selection was just enough. Just additional info - the ice cream beside the hotel is highly recommended, everyone should try it and it’s so cheap. We ate at this restaurant near the place. Don’t go to the restaurant with Eur12 set, go for the next restaurant costing Eur13. Their food are divine and so worth the price!!! Sorry we forgot the name.

Right next to train station ”
Although it’s nice to stay in the middle of Venice around the San Marco area, the beauty of staying in this hotel next to the train station is that you won’t have to carry your luggage across the many bridges and unpaved streets or hire a luggage service or water taxi to get to your hotel. Just check in, leave the bags, and enjoy getting lost in the streets of Venice.

Great location next to the train station, so no carrying luggage over bridges and through crowds. Staff was very friendly but not well informed. Luggage storage and late check out! Dated and worn out with decaying carpet, floor cracks, missing dresser handles, low overhead lighting with no reading lamps , paint dripping stains, etc. Very clean with pressed sheets and folded towels. Tiny shower typical of Europe but brightly lit bathroom. Stay here for the easy location, since gps does not work well in Venice.

Excellent location practically just beside main train station. No lift with multiple stairs thus not advisable for elders and/or people with disability.
