This is a 3 star ⭐️ Hotel situated near the train and bus station, Termini . There are many restaurants and shops just outside. The hotel staff are friendly and my single room was spacious, the bathroom is really clean and nice. The bed was comfortable and the sheets and pillows were extremely comfortable also. This being a 3 star hotel, you only have to pay €4 per night, but in a 4 star you have to pay €6 per night, and honestly this Hotel is just as good as a 4 star, if not better in my opinion. I would definitely come back to this Hotel next time.

Concierge was 24h I got in at 3am and he was ready for me to check in! I didn't even need to mention my name. Super helpful and welcoming. Room was small, good for 1 person, toilet was spacious, great water pressure, AC was good in the heat wave. Location is on the less rowdy side of the termini station. I felt safe walking from the station to the hotel in the middle of the night and it's close by too!! There are Restaurants stone throws away. Highly recommended. Grocery nearby

Travelling with family. Standard hotel, no frills, but it was clean, comfortable, safe and the staff was so kind. Very close to Termini station, great jumping off point for all things Rome. Definitely recommend.

The very friendly and helpful staff make you feel very welcomed to Rome. My room was small but my view from it was great. I enjoyed their breakfast selection and the staff was very helpful and accommodating with any questions or requests I had. Will stay here again :-D

This hotel is located only a block or two from the main train station in Rome, Italy (Termini). I took off one star on facilities because the mattress is quite hard, but otherwise everything was lovely and very clean and quiet. Lots of restaurants nearby. There's an elevator, good wifi, air conditioning, even a bidet, and an extremely helpful and friendly front desk staff. The price was more than reasonable, and the location was super if you plan to use the Metro to get around.

A very pleasant hotel, just a few minutes from Termini - very convenient for quick bag drop arriving in Rome, or speedy departure on the Airport Express. Of course, it is not part of a chain, but it is much more than satisfactory. I’ve often stayed here.

Our stay at Hotel Serena was great, the owners and staff are very helpful and friendly (we loved Filipo's food recommendations). The front office staff were very accommodating, we requested for a bigger room and the next day as promised we were moved to a bigger room with a bigger bathroom. Breakfast and housekeeping staff were attentive and always friendly. There are lots of restaurants in the area, Termini train station is 3 minutes away and the area felt very safe to us. I will stay in this hotel again, it exceeded my expectations.

Good location, few minutes walk to Termini station. Simple breakfast. Toiletries are provided except for toothbrush/ toothpaste. No slippers too. Has an ancient type of elevator, the one that you open the grill door with maximum capacity of 3 people which i think is an interesting addition to your experience in this eternal city. Room is bigger comparing to others on the same price range. Wifi is a little slow. But I can say this is still a good deal and i am recommending this hotel.

Easy access to station from and to airport only about 5 min walk. Easy to hop on buses to all over the places, near shopping area, restaurants are plenty!! Enjoyed the hotel was aimed for sleep and shower, bed are comfortable, only two disappoint issues was, WiFi aren’t up to standard sorry! Also breakfast was not my taste also the bread/rolls are bit hard and not fresh taste! Also last thing coffee wasn’t my standard! Anyway hope they have polish up my compliant?

The hotel is situated near the terminal stations. Every bus, train, metro passes nearby. So it's very easy to move in every spot of the city or airport. Nearby, close to opera theatre, there are enough restaurants and bars that you can enjoy , too. The hotel was super clean. The stuff very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our staying very much.

Nice Hotel. Everything I wanted for a few days break in Rome. Great location close to main station and all the sights. Hotel was quiet, comfortable, clean, and the staff were friendly and available to assist. The breakfast was good and overall I would definitely recommend and return in the future.

The hotel is good location, about 300m from roma termini. Room is very tiny but feels cozy. The staff is very humble and friendly. The breakfast is very good.

I love the location of this hotel which has good Ristorante in front. Enjoy the delicious Hot food and everything completely convenient there. More choices of breakfast with lovely table. Good start of the day with great Italian coffee. The staff looks friendly and helpful. Especially the Front Desk. I had a good time in this hotel.

Very nice hotel with almost all that you need,; fridge, desk, comfortable bed. A good bedlight. Located in a cosey street with lots of restaurants of different prices in the neighbourhood Friendly service, and with the best thinkable location - close to many of the sights of Rome, and just a few minutes walk from the Stazione Termini. They claimed to have some problems with the wifi - which wasn't very good. And that was about the only drawback. Recommended!!!

Very good location, only 3 to 4 minutes walk from the Central Railway Station, many other attractions are also within walking distance！There are many restaurants around, a restaurant is just opposite ，so there will be some noise in the evening.The room is quite small，but consider the price and location，still worth recommending！

Very near to Roma Termini and lots of food choices in the area. My room is basic and has everything I need. Since there are plenty of restaurants and bars around, it could be quite noisy even in late night. I must close the window while sleeping. Overall, it’s a good place for short stay.

The hotel is fine but "breakfast included" is a bit misleading. They serve you some tea/coffee plus a croissant in the room and call it breakfast. May be that is how it is done in Rome but at other places I have gotten used to eating hot breakfast at a breakfast buffet and that is what I was expecting and that I why I look for and pay for breakfast at the hotel. Otherwise the hotel was okay and the staff was very nice to us.
