Impressed with the fast check in”
Check in was fast, the staff has pre-allocate the room and got the room card all ready. Just present your passport when you arrived. Room was clean and enough room for luggage. (Family Panoramic room I think) View was great facing DDP. Shopping in the building operates 24 hours I think, with 7-11 within the building. Parking is payable with discount, and carpark space was easily available. Many eateries and shopping around the building.

Read several reviews that the rooms are small and space too small to open luggage. It is totally true but I just work around it by unpacking all my stuff in the wardrobe. will go back again as there are great food around the hotel.

Fabulous location ”
Second time at this hotel and it was another lovely stay. Though small but it was cosy. Toilet was clean and fresh linen changed everyday. Location is fantastic with shopping right at the building itself and around the vicinity. There are many good eateries around the area as well (including famed Isaac Toast) that are opened till late at night! Highly recommended for solo travellers, friends and couples. Might be a little too crammed for families with young children.

Nice hotel right across from Dongdaemun History and Culture Park. Hotel has several floors in the Migliore businesses and shopping center. Reception is on 14th Fl. Location is 5 min walk to a several subway line’s stops - super convenient. Great value for your money. Plenty of shopping and restaurants around.

I liked the proximity to place of business. I did not like; when I first arrived the key provided was not keyed to my door, there was no water in the room, and the shower was not built with a water catch which meant my bathroom floor was flooded after getting out of the shower. I do not understand the concept of this construct but it is not efficient and the last thing I want is to step out of the shower onto a sopping wet floor. Additionally there were no face towels in the bathroom and absolutely no English speaking channels on the television.

Good location for Midnight shopaholic but least feasibility”
The hotel location is good that easy access the surrounding malls; particular for those crazy for midnight shopping and no worry the transportation. In general, the services and staff are polite too. However, the hotel policy is kind of rigid. In short, booked 2 different room in 2 nights due to the full booking; the policy requests guest checkout at 12 pm and wait for 2 hours before the standard check-in time 2 pm.

The location is suitable for mid night shopping. But during the winter the hotel not provide air conditioner until the morning time 0900 !!

Rooms are on the small side but very clean. Staff are helpful. The employee at reception even helped our group book a van to Incheon airport the afternoon before our early morning departure. I didn't get his name but we appreciate his assistance.
