Perfect for 2 sisters - lovely staff and beautiful room. ”
Loved the elevator and how easy it was to get around the city from the hotel. We thought we would need metro passes but the hotel manager assured us we could easily walk everywhere and he was right. The neighborhood is quiet and comfortable with lots of small shops nearby. It’s also right next to the train station which made our arrival and departure super easy. We were able to easily walk to the city center and all around to the museums and exhibits. It was very comforting knowing if either of us were tired we could walk back to the hotel within 15-20 minutes and not worry about having to call for a taxi. Absolutely loved our stay here and will stay again next time either of us is in the city.

Nice place to stay”
Very polite staff at reception, always ready to help. Room was clean, big and convenient. All facilities were good. Location is very nice, road station is 5 min close, all main attractions can be reached on foot. Highly recommended. Очень хорошее место, вежливый и отзывчивый персонал. Чистые большие комнаты с минимальным набором всего необходимого. Удобное расположение, жд станция в 5 мин ходьбы, все достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Рекомендую.

Do not think twice! just book the hotel. So clean. I felt like home. The staffs are so good and helpful. I must appreciate the lady who is cleaning the rooms and all. She is doing a great job. The breakfast was really good. Some fresh croissant, coffee, yogurt, cereal, fruits, so many options with the great price range of this hotel. If I am visiting Florence again, I will definitely stay in this hotel.

Excellent, basic accommodations ”
We needed a place to spend the night that was near the Florence Train Station. Hotel Lombardi was a great find. The place was very clean and had all the basic necessities, as well as fun touches like art prints and rooms named after artists. The best part was the wonderful, hospitable, responsive staff who offered great advice on what to see, provided a nice continental breakfast, and made the hotel feel like a lovely place to be.

The room is clean, beautiful and cozy, big too. The location is amazing, walking distance from all the tourist spot like Maria Sta NOVELLA, Duomo, train sations and shopping.

Great location, 5min walk from the main train station Florence SMN. Very friendly and helpful staff, reception, housekeeping, breakfast team. During check-in reception clearly explained what is available in the hotel, shown us a local map, gave us suggestions of where to go, how to take the bus, nice place for sunset, best view in the city. Highly recommended. Booking inclusive of breakfast. Very big room, lift is available too.

Basic hotel but very convenient location”
The location is very central, a few steps from S.M.N. train station. The hotel has basic amenities but you are only getting what you paid for. The clean the rooms everyday and provide fresh towels everytime. We stayed in the hotel for 5 days and 4 nights. The staff are very accommodating, friendly and kind. They even allowed us for an early check in (10am in the morning). The 1st stop of the hop on hop off bus is just right infront of this hotel. Will consider this place again if we are to come back in Florence.

Big room located near Florence Central Train Station”
I booked a single room and was given a big room with 3 beds, not bad. The location is around 5 minutes walk from Florence Central Train Station and 10 minutes from the Duomo. Best way to experience Florence is by foot and most of the attractions are within 10-15 minutes of walk from the hotel. WiFi connection is very strong and fast near the reception and in the dining room. Hotel offers free luggage storage space when you check out and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Small room located near Florence Central Station”
This is the second time I have stayed at Lombardi Hotel. The room is much smaller compared to the first time. It was ok considered the price difference. The hotel is located within 5 minutes walking distance from SMN Station and there’s a supermarket nearby. The hotel staff speak English and are very friendly and helpful. All in all it was a pleasant stay.

Better than expected”
We thought this place would be quite dated from the photos but they may have updated some of their bedding. The staff were lovely and very friendly. Breakfast was included which consisted of croissants, yoghurt, fruit, and toast. Large bedroom. Small bathroom. Only downsides were the air con was a bit noisy and the pillows were flat
