Second time I have stayed at this hotel. Staff are kind and profession. The room service is superb for room cleaning. Breakfast is far better than a much more expensive hotel on the Lido. Good value for money. Thank you staff for making my stay special - I will return.

The hotel is not a modern one, but I guess all the buildings in this area are like this. It’s very well maintained, clean, quiet, nice view, friendly staff and the location is amazing. Very good value for money. Would definitely come back. :)

Very well situated, Lido center, 2 min. from vaporetto station, 15 min. walk to the beach, lots of restaurants, coffee shops and stores all around. Staff very helpful, room cleaned and towels changed daily, bed linens changed every 2 days. Good breakfast, wide choice of food and fruit, excellent coffee which was to be expected (they are Italians after all... ;) Public spaces: very nice lobby, bar, restaurant, traditional decor. The only reason I gave 4 stars for facilities is because the room itself is very basic (but functional) and the bathrooms need a makeover. I would definitely stay there again and I will tell my friends about this hotel.

I was very confused where to stay finally I found hotel or boulevard as it looks nice from photos and once I’m here I’m super happy the hotel is so clean and the staff are super friendly, the breakfast is simply amazing

Excellent location 1 min walk from LIDO SME, excellent staff very welcoming. Room large and air conditioned, kettle, fridge and safe were a bonus!! Lots of places to eat and drink on the doorstep and the beach is less than 10 min walk away.

Very nice hotel close to the beach and vaporetto. Elegant and comfortable rooms, tasty breakfast, kind staff, good price. Nothing to complain about, I highly recommend it.

Don't stay in the tourist trap. Stay on the island in the most relaxing neighborhood in Venice. Staff was wonderful. Just a great place to stay. And wonderful breakfast.

The hotel is great, breakfast and rooms. But the best part is the host who was so very nice and so skilled( helped us to open a vine bottle ☺️). Overall stay was great.

I couldn’t find anything that is not good. Perfect location. Friendly staff. Room is cozy with a lovely bathtub. Breakfast has everything you need, well prepared. Great value of price.

Conveniently located near the pier to Venice but on the main boulevard. We had a great stay, especially thanks to the awesome Mister at the reception during the afternoon shift.

Great place and value for money”
The location is very good in Lido, a couple minutes from the taxi boats. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable of the area (indicated restaurants etc...) and greater Venice. Big room for a family, very big, clean and functional.

Great value & great location”
Hotel is in a great location just 2 minutes from the boat jetties. And on the main strip with lots of eating places. Clean hotel, comfortable bed, good bathroom. Room cleaned daily. Breakfast isn't bad. Very good value hotel.

if you want a peaceful break away from the bustling city of Venice, come here! less than 5 mn walk to the ferry station. around 10 mn walk to the beach. Super clean bathroom with amenities.
