Amazing stay in Florence city centre”
We stayed here for 2 nights in February and had a great time. The room was much bigger than expected and were extremely well-cleaned and maintained. Front desk was friendly and accommodating. There was a free breakfast with so many options (bacon, eggs, pastries, coffee) and saved us a ton of money from buying breakfast ourselves. The staff were all super friendly, which topped off our experience. Also- the famous cathedral is only a 5-minute walk away!

All was great in this hotel. The personal is the best. The room was clean. Also i wanna sorry for a few moments which was going that night. We are very sorry for this. I will recommend your hotel to all my friends. Also the breakfast was very good

Eccezionale”
We loved our stay at this hotel. The location is amazing. The breakfast was great, staff were friendly, and the rooms were very nice. The only thing I was disappointed in, was that I had left a couple of things in a drawer when we checked out. I realized it later in the day. We had the hotel hold our bags while we were sightseeing and when we went back I asked to check the room again, but we assured several times that the cleaning ladies would have found my items and brought them down if I had left anything. I wish I had insisted even more because when I got to our next location I didn't have my items ( a couple of tour books and some papers). Either they were missed in cleaning or they were taken.

The staff and the hotel were excellent... If your driving there is a bit of an issue with the ZTL but the hotel was able to accomodate. The only thing people need to be aware of is that it has no elevator. I had no issues and knew this, but if you have mobility issues it is not ideal. Outside of that, the hotel is phenomenal and I would love to come back again. 100%

Excellent value for a nice hotel”
I got a great deal on a smaller room. It was larger and nicer than I was expecting for the money. The staff was nice and helpful. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay there again if I return to Florence.

Perfect ”
Fantastic hotel located in the city centre with many restaurants on the same street and walking distance to everywhere. The hotel is in well maintained old building and fantastic decorated inside. I was really impressed. Definitely recommend to anyone.

The best hotel ever in Florence. Centrally located, amazing spirit of history and a high class of the friendly staff. The pool zone was also amazing. Stylish decoration and nice breakfast.

The friendly place”
The hotel is located walking distance to the Duomo. Staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room we had was on the third floor and it was a climb up the stairs to get there. It was clean and of good size. Breakfast is standard continental. We would definitely return to the same place.

Convenient Location, Kind Staff”
I was traveling alone and it was convenient and comfortable to stay a night. There are plenty of good restaurants and cafes around. The hotel staff was very kind.

Great location ”
We had a lovely stay here and it was the perfect spot to explore Florence. One of the reasons we booked was because of the pool but we didn’t realise that you had to pay extra for that and also it was only open for certain hours so we weren’t able to use it. We still enjoyed our stay though :) There were a few minor issues with the room and the manager offered us free breakfast which was appreciated and was lovely. The room was big and quiet, the location was perfect for exploring. We’d definitely go back again

Very good location. Staff are lovely. Breakfast was average. The only down side was that there was no lift and the stairs were quite steep, my mum and step dad struggled climbing them!

Nice little hotel in a premium location ”
The hotel is located about 250m from the Duomo in the middle of the old town. So the location is perfect. You can discover all highlights by foot. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is simple but sufficient. Coffee is made fresh on their big espresso machine.
