Great place to stay on a budget ”
We stayed here at the beginning of September. The hotel is in a great location, very close to the train station and bus station. The room was small, the shower super small (if you are a big American this may be a challenge) but the water pressure was great. The bed is firm, pillows were not too great but still give it 5 because it met my expectations and I think it’s a good place to sleep and go about your day outside of the hotel. The breakfast is good, choice of eggs, cereals, yogurt, coffee, and cold cuts. The service was nice. There is a roof top where you can have drink once you are tired of site seeing. However there are so many places to go about that we never stayed there.

Beautiful and good location ”
My husband and I stayed here for a night on our honeymoon. This hotel was right across from the train station making it very convenient. It has an old fashioned charm that is very beautiful. The staff was very helpful and the rooms were very clean. The breakfast was also good. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Great location, friendly staff”
The hotel is just opposite to the train station on the Grand Canal. We were lucky enough to get a room looking at the inside garden which was very quiet. The only con is the bed wasn’t big enough, but relatively comfy. The breakfast was good with selection of cheeses, salamis , hams, scrambled eggs, bacon, croissant , cakes, fruit, muesli, corn flakes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would suggest to take slippers with you. All in all we were satisfied with the hotel and would recommend it to anyone.

Very clean and convenient placer to stay, within easy access of train station and Piazzale Roma for transport. Easy to get to the centre of Venice on foot. Great views of Grand Canal.

Location , elegant styling and decorations of the room , great breakfast , personalized boat taxi ride to Murano Island was a total surprise, dinner was fabulous with excellent service from Ivan and Claudio on the roof top lounge. Spectacular views

Great location too Port, they have their own pier for water taxi, great eating choices, across from vapporet station, friendly, helpful staff....good inclusive breakfast

the room was very clean, decorated as all Venezian houses, the hotel is well located, near the train station, bus station, and the parkings; and also has a a view to the canal. the staff was amazing with us, and the hotel is also pet friendly which was a bonus for us

A little hesitant after our stay in Paris, so the hotel staff went the extra mile to assure us this was a good choice. We weren't disappointed. Clean rooms, everything works! Great food, great location. It is literally right across the grand canal from the train station. Would stay here again!

I booked a Grand Canal view room.Everything was very nice ,location very good,staff was very friendly and try help you always ,cleanliness(and here i want to raiting with 10 stars),because the women that clean the room also arrange the clothes that was leaved on floor ,when we change faster to go and throw them down,first time i see this in hotel and i wanna say thank you.So,when we arrive i was expected to find a bathrobe on room,slippers ,a hot water machine for make a coffe or tee and minim 1 bottle with water ,that s normal that a hotel for 4,5 stars to have (because i travel often).Anyway with bathrobe and sleepers we fix ,because they bring later,but i still not understand why a tee was 5 euro ,when almost 90% hotels have an coffe machine or hot water machine in room and this hotel not have for i don t know which excuse.And my last complain is about breackfast ,food was nice ,but is unrespectfull when i come to have my breackfast to don t find an empty table for seat,sorry but if you know that the hotel have more than 100 rooms you have to calculate how many table and chairs need and for pay attention that salt and pepper find on everytable ,for don t stay to search them around and tableclothe was dirrty in last day ,nobody change after last people that seat on this table and coffe cup was a bit dirrty.So we hope that management will fix this stuffs in end ,because it's a shame for so nice hotel and friendly stuff be disqualified for small important things.

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the cruise terminal. I’s an easy walk. The hotel has every thing you need, nothing flash. Breakfast is generous and offers variety. The hotel is very close to central bus station and opposite a train station

Was just there for one night, but the staff, room, and amenities were just right. The location of my room was overlooking the Grand Canal, and it was a beautiful view day and night.

Only five-minute walk from parking lot and train station”
No water taxi needed to get to and from hotel which is right on the canal. Room doesn't come with hot water pot and coffee/tea. Strongly recommend this hotel.
