One of the greatest choices in Milan!!! The first impression was excellent due to its location, close to Milano Centrale station. The area is full of coffee shops and restaurants .It is also very close to Buenos Aires street market and 25min walking distance to Duomo.The second impression was exceptional, due to the politeness, kindness and welcome behavior of the friendly reception staff. The front desk client was so professional ( many compliments). The superior room was fantastic,very comfortable ,clean,with supplies of coffee machine ,biscuits, candies,an amazing king size bed with a super relaxing mattress and a lovely heated bathroom.WiFi is top quality. Breakfast buffet was huge with a wide variety of cold and hot options ( delicious scrambled eggs...,various croissants and free lactose products.Superb!! There was a covered parking on an extra cost of 25 euros per day.The only obligation is to leave your car key at the front desk. Be prepared for high city tax: 5eur pp

There's nothing bad to say about this place. It was a great space on our trip to Milan. Above all else is the incredible staff. I would go back just for them. The breakfast at Hotel Berna was an absolute feast and everything made fresh...you could tell! The room was big enough and very comfortable and the free mini bar a nice touch. The shower is a bit small and awkward but nothing major. There are good restaurants as you step out of reception so don't have to wonder far. And the central station is just 5 minutes away. Looking forward to returning!

beautiful hotel, excellent location, super breakfast buffet...besides that ..we had an issue with one of our reservations, due to the fact that one of the rooms we booked for that day my sons could not make it..although it was a final deal(no changes or cancellations) the manager went out of her way to alter and change the date so we would not lose our payment..Thank you so much Hotel Berna!! we will always recommend to anyone we know who is traveling to Milan...not to pass up this hotel

We both loved our two-night stay at Hotel Berna! The room was super comfortable especially the firm mattress bed and custom pillows. Breakfast was terrific with so many choices and well cooked foods. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was 18 Euro per night which surprised me because I thought I read on the web site that parking was free with a Quality room reservation. Location was convenient just next to the Central train station. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit to Milan.

Hotel Berna was the perfect choice for our one day visit to Milan. The hotel is a five minute walk from the Milano Centrale station and a Metro stop is conveniently located a few steps away. Prior to checking in we were ask to submit our request for room amenities such as pillows, comforter and mini bar preferences. Very impressed with their offerings. Good breakfast spread which included a juicing machine for fresh carrot juice. Kudos to the staff for making our short stay a memorable one!

Beautiful hotel with great staff. Everyone is attentive and helpful. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Their room menu app about kind of pillows, bed configuration, free drinks, room temp, robes were asked thru email and was prepared even before we arrived. Its so impressive! We slept so well. Breakfast is delicious. Grazie Hotel Berna. We will be back! :)

Hotel bed are so comfortable and all staff are very helpful and friendly. I love the room temperature just prefect for a cool weather. Room are big and clean, free refreshments & coffee at lobby all day. Is very near to train station and super market just behind hotel. Breakfast are good but a bit boring coz everyday same item.,but restaurant breakfast staff are very hard working to ensure all the food are replacement and they help to serve fresh expresso. I would stay again in I go Milan.

The room was extremely spacious and clean, 5 minutes from Centrale station which is very convenient. Service was top notch with gracious hotel staff who always had a smile on their face and were willing to help out with our requests. Not to mention the small things such as having drinks available in the minibar for our consumption, as well as a cute rubber duckie for baths. It’s the small things that matter.

Train station is just few minutes away from the hotel. Hotel is very clean. The front desk staffs are very professional and helpful. My first time to Milan and 1 of the staff there (forgot to take note of his name) actually showed me the map and patiently guided me which tourist spots to visit and how to go. Really a very good experience there! Will definitely go back if I m back to Milan!

Recommendable and satisfying. + Gentle staffs : very polite and very kind(especially a woman staff in front desk) to explain all questions and made me feel comfortable. + Free minibar : very convenient and thoughtful. They asked me my preferred drinks earlier than my arrival although I didn't reply for it due to tight schedule. + Clean and quiet room : relaxing enough. + Easy access & safe area + Unique breakfast : It's not huge buffet, but proper size to enjoy breakfast with lots of tables(no need to wait..). I loved some unique menus with eggs, very delicious. Also, the staffs in cuisine were very kind and especially a woman staff was very flexible and generate. She considered my comfort when I asked something small. - Only one thing to be improved was the room temperature. I woke up too early (around at 3:00a.m.) and couldn't sleep any more due to the cold room temperature, and their maximum was 21.5 degree in my room although I called front desk.

Hotel Berna is a great hotel located 5 mins walk from the Centrale Station. Its a excellent place to stay for solo travelers who wants to explore Milan & Italy quickly. The staff are very nice and made me feel very welcomed. Room service is delicious and the complimentary breakfast is something to look forward to. I recommend anyone to stay in Hotel Berna when they are visiting Milan

Had a great time at Hotel Berna. The room was great, bed was comfy and staff was nice. I did stay in a single room so I cant say anything about more luxury type rooms. Max the bartender was SO nice and super helpful. He helped me right off the bat and told me where to go and what to do according to what I like to do. He really made my stay a pleasant one. Breakfast was included with my stay and it was great.

We had an Annex double and were very happy with everything. Pre-check-in via MyPage with all the thoughtful options was great. Friendly staff. Baggage storage until time for quick check-in. Quiet, comfortable room. Only quibble was that room was cold and heat not yet on for the season. Extra blankets delivered quickly, though. Breakfast was extensive and provided something for most tastes, health food to sweets, vegetarian to meats. Free cappuccino from server in addition to self-serve coffee. Short, easy walk to train station. Lots of restaurants in area. (Nearby Napul'e highly recommended or quality and value.) Nice bar and lounge areas in the hotel, including computers and printers. I was able to print cruise tickets for free from my phone at the Annex. Would definitely stay at Hotel Berna again.

Stayed here for 3 nights and it has been nothing but wonderful. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The shower pressure was great, free minibar, complimentary tea and bottled water at the lobby. The breakfast spread was delicious and has a good variety. A pity that we had to leave early on our last day before breakfast and could only settle for the simple and quick breakfast box, which really pales in comparison. Overall, we love our stay!

I stayed one night in the annex building across the street from the reception and chose the hotel for its close proximity to the train station and the price. I got more than I hoped for. The staff were all super friendly, and there were nice touches throughout the stay - from the cute rubber duck found in the room to the fresh carrot juice at breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel.

We were surprised with the price judging by it's location and the hotel is general. The hotel is only a few minutes walk to Milano Centrale. The first time we arrived at the hotel, we didn't expect the hotel to be this nice. I would recommend the Hotel to get a proper photographs of the hotel and the room. That would definitely bring in more people. Other than that, everything was exceptional! Enjoyed our stay very much.

This hotel is highly recommended. If you make a reservation this hotel, then you get a message from the hotel, which can set the room condition (room temperature and bedding etc.). You can feel that hotel staff are trying to provide the best service. In addition to, the drinks in the refrigerator are free and the breakfast is delicious.
