The price is reasonable. The location is inconvenience because the main street is one way. I like the spa service included with the booking price.

Noisy, dirty and not English speaking reception ”

Noisy during night time as can hear people walking outside e room, can hear the aeroplane sound as not really near the airport. In the middle of night , a group of uniform custom officer or police knocked the door loudly and did not open e mouth and have no pinhole at e door and claim to room checked. Reception was beside them but did not voice up and say anything. Luckily we are in a group. That group claim to recognize our passport. As they are holding the stack of passport from the guest. I do not understand why the hotel hold e passport as the passport is personal or poperty of a person. When checked out, they could not find one of our passport. They did not take seriously and took quite long to find in below the table. After check in, we put our stuff and came down to have a bite at beside cafe. All our group of passport left it table unattended. After our meal, we came back we still saw our passport left at e same location.

The receptionist kept my passport when I checked in. However, they spent almost 40 minutes to search for my passport which they misplaced it. I almost miss my flight. Worst living experience ever in my life.

Some of the good points of this hotel. The per night fee for this hotel was rather Low as compared to other hotels and it is near the airport. The staff tries to be accommodating provided if they understands you. The room is rather spacious and the air con functions really well. Some of the points that I am upset with is that I had chose the hotel because I had expected to use the spa facilities and it was down ( my package says I get to have discount for using spa so I am really disappointed when they tell me it is closed for the time being?) The staff can be helpful but they could not understand English, even the counter. Only 1 lady by the counter understand half of what I said. The room I was assigned did not have warm water and I only discover it late at night and was too late to change as I already settled down. In summary it is cheap but I felt I paid for some benefits and it was not delivered. Travellers who need a short stay for the night can consider this hotel as security is good.

For race fans only”

The only other time I remember being able to hear as much road noise was 20 rows up from the track at a Nascar race.
