Good size room”

I picked this hotel for good size room , nothing is special , only staff is helpful. Only one thing I do not like all the towels are too old , they should replace them regularly , if I can grade it , I will grade it only two stars or 3 stars , please do not fool people with 4 stars.

We were upgraded FROM Executive room TO Studio apartment with 45sqm space! The place is spotlessly clean, spacious, quiet, has balcony, and have new amenities! Hotel has varied selection of breakfast with a number of juices to choose. On the other hand, they need to improve and allocate space for storing luggages of customers who arrived early but checkin is not yet available. You can see that bags were lined up in the lobby, accessible to anyone who passed by; area is not secured. You don’t want your things to be seen in the lobby, right?

shower facilities need to be better ”

shower facilities can be better. no rain shower from the top and the shower head has no adjustment for angle and height. will also be good to have a shower screen to prevent water on the toilet floor after shower.

Super friendly staff, rooms are big and clean.”

We had 2 bedrooms suite (2 rooms) and they are interconnected together. Super clean and location is very centralised. Staff is extremely fast, friendly and courteous. Their room service response time is super fast; shower towels and ice are delivered within 5 minutes. They know that we are vegetarian. They go extra length to prepared 3 extra vegetarian breakfast dishes for our family. The cons: No facilities; like pool and gym room.

Spacious room and common space. ”

Value for money. Spacious apartments with common area. Walking distant to cafe and restaurant. Found a delicious bahn mi roadside stall nearby who operate at midnight just one street behind the hotel location. Will consider staying here again if I going back traveling with a group of people.

Spacious and clean rooms Comfortable high bed Not bad breakfast However, there is a smell in the air conditioner. On weekends, outside performances are played until late at night. And getting a taxi is a little bit difficult.

I don't like being condescended to”

The rooms were clean and well appointed. The location is directly across from a concert venue that played very loud music until 1 am the second night. It might have been better if the rooms we were given were not on the 1st floor facing the stadium. The door locks didn't work correctly we requested assistance and it took hours to get the locks attended to. My wife's family arrived and were ignored for nearly an hour by the reception desk. The same condescending treatment happened at the breakfast room. I realize that my wife's family are from the Mekong Delta and don't dress like the typical tourist but to be treated as they were infuriates me.

Excellent stay”

Homestead is a very nice apartment. Cleanliness is really good although lobby should have some makeover done which sometimes gives wrong impression. Also, king size bed in such apartments would be preferable.

Good location and value for money, too bad about the construction works”

I stayed there for several nights, it is conveniently located, spacious and good value for money in D1. There were some construction/renovation works at that moment and that's probably the only downside of my stay (lots of dust, noise during daytime only was not a major issue for me as I was not in during the day).

Good location and very helpful staff, Johnny is the good staff was given a lot of taps...can improve the breakfast although there have number of choice but can some food are cold...specially when you stay more than 3 nights

Easy stay with baby”

We stayed here with our 6 month old baby and so the kitchen was very useful for us to make him food and sterilise his bottles. Also, there is a full-sized fridge and freezer which is helpful as mini bar fridges are rarely cold enough. A cot was also available for him (though a little on the shabby side). Staff were nice and the location is great and convenient to walk to many places in District 1. We would stay here again if we need an apartment-type accommodations in the city.

Just like a mini apartment instead of a standard hotel room. Super friendly staff at reception. Great location, not far from anything. Breakfast was decent, nothing special and not bad.

Good Value of Money”

This is not a international 4 star hotel, it perhaps more of a 2 stat equivalent. Staff very accommodating and helpful. Limited facility available except that of common breakfast area. Relatively convenient location but at times may take a while to get taxi, however, hotel staff is always there to help to call in a taxi. During my stay, we were able to get taxi in 5 minutes time, but in HCMC standard, this is consider long :-). Happy with the bathroom and shower!

Johnny was great, it was easy to communicate with him. We struggled to communicate with the staff in the restaurant we only speak English and they spoke Vietnamese. The property was clean and the bar next door had white wine.

Requested for baby cot both when I booked online and requested again when first checked in but request was ignored by staff. Went to counter again 2 hours to ask what happened to baby cot. Was then informed of the charge of $10 USD per night usage. Hotel could have replied me online on the rates much earlier which are high, as I would have avoided tgis hotel had I known of their crazy baby cot rental rates. Other hotels like Elios for e.g. in D1 do not charge such exorbitant prices.

Hi, I stay in for 3 nights with my family, location very near to shopping & food area 5 mins walking distance. I did not went much places coz I came to celebrate Chinese new year in my relatives place near homestead Parkview. Staff's are very helpful. will come back again. Just a feedback arrange a mirror in the room will be good.

Great staff and location”

Couldn't fault our 2 week stay at Homestead Parkview. Staff are brilliant especially Johnny and Suzie . Breakfast was faultless and a great selection. We stayed on the 11th floor which had a lounge and kitchen area and it made for a perfect stay. Also a balcony sun deck which made it feel like home.

Great room size and location for a gem of a hotel”

Great hotel since its located in the heart of the city close to Bui Vien and in D1 so lots of things to do in terms of walking around. We were a couple so the larger room apartment style studio was appreciated. Very neat and clean. Breakfast could have been better and the upkeep of the restaurant could have been more inviting, but I wouldn't deduct too many points here as Saigon is ideally a place where you need to experience the culture and street food. You wouldn't miss much if you skip the breakfast since there are hundreds of options nearby. Overall great value for money and I would definitely not skip this if you need a big room, close to the heart of the city, yet be secluded enough away from the noise one usually can encounter in HCM.
