Dirty toilet”
The toilet was not cleaned before I checked in my room and terrible smell was all night. Reception area is dark. Spa staff is apathetic

At the same time, air conditioning was not cold at all and you could hear next door ....sound, omg. Location is just right next to night market, convenient.

Gross rooms”
The room was carpeted and smelled very moldy. The bathroom smelled terrible, like sewage, and there were bugs. The staff did not speak much English. We booked a floating market tour through the hotel and it was not worth the price we paid. Very overpriced. We paid for a guide who really didn't say much, and we didn't even spend very much time at the markets. Probably better places to stay in Can Tho.

We didn't enjoy our stay here, the staff couldn't find our booking at first and then put us in a room on the top floor amongst a construction site! It was raining and the roof was leaking an there was a huge wet mould spot right above our bed. The shower was awful, the fridge didn't work, there was no breakfast and when we arrived there was someone waiting to sell us a boat tour and we felt a lot of pressure and she got angry at us when we said no. There isn't much choice around this area for budget accommodation but I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

We booked two nights here originally and upon seeing the rooms there was no way we could stay. The walls and carpet were filthy and covered in what looked like either blood or feces. The bed sheets were dirty and the matress and pillows stained. We walked down the street by the river and gound a hotel for the same price which was outstanding. We canceled our second night and wound up paying for our first night although we didn't stay.

Nice hotel, helpful staff, dodgy massage parlour ”
Great location, right near the Ho Chi Minh statue, bars, cafe's, restaurants and boat tours! dodgy massage parlour on 1st floor offered me a happy ending, did have a nice sauna and jacuzzi.

Neues Hotel und freundlicher Service”
Das Hotel ist neu und darum sind die Zimmer, die einfach aber ausrreichen ausgestattet sind, gut und sauber gewesen. Die Dusche funktionierte auch einwandfrei. Der Service war in Ordnung. Das Peronal war bemueht und der Chef fragte persoenlich nach dem Empfinden der Gaeste. Wir haben mehr von Strandnaehe erwartet. Der Strand war zwar in der Naehe, strahlte aber keine Atmosphaere aus. Anders war der Strand an der Strasse von Tran Phu. Da konnte man nicht nur schoen spazieren gehen, sondern auch allerlei mit erleben.

Unmoeglicher Zustand”
Wenn man keine Interesse hat, Hotelwesen zu betreiben, soll man es lassen. Die Rezeption hatte keine Ahnung. Nichts war vorbereitet. Das junge Maedchen schickte uns nach oben. Wir fanden ein Zimmer, das nicht sauber war und anscheinend schon eine Weile nicht gepflegt wurde. Als wir nach unten gingen, um zu fragen, fanden wir einen Mann auf dem Sofa im Empfangsraum schlafen. Neben ihm eine Frau, die sagte: das Hotel sei verkauft und... das war alles.

Guter Durchschnitt”
Hier kann man eigentlich nichts falsch machen. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, die Mitarbeiter konnten einigermaßen gut Englisch und waren sehr hilfsbereit. Gute Basis gerade für einen Kurzbesuch, da die Bootstouren zu den schwimmenden Märkten in aller Herrgottsfrühe starten und man dadurch am Nachmittag wieder weiterreisen kann.

Heruntergekommene Ausstattung der Zimmer (renovierungsbedürftig). Einzig die Lage ist gut. Die im Hotel angebotene Massage ist unseriös und laienhaft. Masseurin konzentrierte sich in der Massage auf "bestimmte Körperteile"

Einfaches Hotel, Rezeption sehr hilfsbereit, Zimmer sauber. Massage im Haus allerdings liegt die Vermutung nahe, dass dort auch Specials angeboten werden

Tôi đã đặt phòng hoàn tất trên Agoda nhưng Hello 2 hotel không chấp nhận và đã lấy giá phòng cao hơn nhiều so với giá đã đặt. Điều này chứng tỏ hệ thống khách sạn trên Agoda không giữ được uy tín đối với khách hàng.

Phòng 4 người book tại Agoda ko được như ý vì được bố trí trên tầng tên cùng rất nóng, thiết bị cũ, thiếu rèm cửa nên nắng chiếu thẳng vào giường ngủ, sau đó phải yêu cầu đổi phòng khác phải trả thêm phí 130k/ đêm. Đến phòng ngồi mấy tiếng mà điều hoà ko mát, sau phát hiện ra là bị hỏng phải chờ sửa. May mà sửa được chứ phải đổi phòng thêm lần nữa thì oải quá. Tuy nhiên thái độ phục vụ cũng khá thân thiện 😀

カントー川や市場から近く、便利な立地です。近くに飲食店が多く料金も安いので７連泊しました。スタッフも親切です。

安価な割には満足できるホテルと立地”
私にとっては満足いくホテルだった。安いし、部屋も丁度いいし、5分も歩けばメコン川の畔だし、退屈のしないスポットだった。
