Very clean! Pillows are soft, the bed is comfy,and the start is nice. Around the hotel is Alot of restaurants,food in hotel is good to! I recommend this to travelers, this hotel is very good.

The only thing to complain is bad breakfast choice. Actually there is no choice at all. They just let us eat Pho or nothing. And we can choose to drink water. It could not be the breakfast choice for a "4-star hotel". If you stay there one night like us, then Pho is okay for 1 morning. But if more than 2 nights, I would say their breakfast is so poor.

The hotel looks a little nicer in the pictures than in person, but it was still a comfortable stay. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, but there were a couple things I didn't like. #1 - Breakfast ends at 9:30 AM, so if you tend to sleep in on vacations you probablly won't be eating the breakfast. #2 - The cleaning staff ring your doorbell in the morning at 9:00-9:30 even if you have the "Do not disturb" sign up. Again, if you tend to sleep in when you are on vacation, this will bother you by waking you up. Even with the two things I didn't like, for the price I paid, this was a very good deal. I would recommend this hotel to people who want a nice vacation while traveling on a budget.

Nice and clean hotel. Very friendly and helpful staffs, good breakfast. It's also very near some good local food shop such as: Bún sườn chua (pork rib noodle, chicken noodle...), Sữa chua cô Nghi (yogurt), Cháo Chã (porridge)... Highly recommend for everyone!

Great hotel for just sleeping, location not ideal”
This is a good hotel, it was clean, the staff were friendly, and it was located next to a convenience store and not far from the wheel, and some cute cafes overlooking the bay - only a few minutes via a scooter. It wasn't a perfect location for me since the nearby tourist attraction is officially closed off for group (where tourists would climb up to this mountain to get some good views), and we weren't that interested in the big wheel, since many cities have one, and many others offer better views, etc. In the end, the best location would be next to the harbor for public ferry, and for private tours. Facilities were also lacking, but that's only because we were looking for a gym or a rooftop bar that would be busier. Because it was cold, and there weren't that many guests, that was closed so there goes that star, and there are no extras, such as a gym or a pool, so there's the other star for facilities.

Next to the clean spacious room and the nice breakfast buffet, your staff saved our asses! Due to a mistake an other company made we would have lost 200$ and 2 daus, but 4 of your people spent 1h to find a solution quickly and saved our trip, even though it hadn't been their mistake.
