Easy check-in. Comfortable beds. Nice facilities. Delicious breakfast. Within walking distance of the metro which will take you right into the heart of the city. Couldn’t ask for more.

1 block from the metro”
This is a great hotel if you are using public transportation. It is one block from to Lodi TIBB Metro stop and a few train stops away from Duomo and Milan Centrale. Check in was easy, the room was neat and tidy, they provided a turn down service with a chocolate on my pillow and slippers, and the complementary breakfast was great. I didn't have time to use any of their spa or gym facilities, maybe next time. I did take me 5 minutes to figure out how to turn on the lights (stick your key card in the slot on the wall) but that was no fault of the hotel. :-)

We had an enjoyable stay, our room was clean and it was a short walk to the Metro. Special Mention to Bernie, the Concierge he was super helpful and he would go out of his way to help out! Great stay over all!

The hotel is located outside the ZTL zone which is the reason we chose this hotel as we were travelling by car. Walking to the main shopping streets and Duomo was doable but if you do not like to walk you can reach there by public transportation. Many great restaurants around the hotel and secure parking. The only negative point was our room located in the side of the street so if you are not a deep sleeper like me, you could hear the noises at night.

Amazing old fashion hotel”
Grand Visconti is an old fashion 4 star hotel. It has the traditional style of the old hotel with the heavy and glamorous furniture the thick carpets etc. It is very good organized despite the fact that I had to wait for half a hour in order to prepare - clean my room but that was no problem. What was quite irritate was the WIFI connection which was wick and it kept losing signal. I did not had time to check the spa and the other facilities but I have to say that being close to metro station was really nice and helpful since you can ride the sub and be at the San Siro stadium in 30-40 minutes !!!!

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. On arrival had a problem as there was no record of the reservation other than the an email to confirm. With the mixup/delay we were given free spa access for two. Great breakfast with pleasant dining room. Metro less than 5 minutes away with additional bus service along the same road as hotel.

There was an employee by the name of Sabrina who deserves a promotion as she took the liberty of helping me with many request and even took the liberty of helping purchase football ⚽️ tickets from a website available onLy in Italian. Not only Do I recommend this hotel I also recommend she get a raise. Mr. Pedram

Great hotel with friendly staff who were always happy to help out., nothing was too much trouble. The concierge provided excellent insights to the city including some great please to eat. The room was clean and comfortable and suited our needs Close to the metro, allowing easy access to the city.

Nice building but unsatisfactory maintenance ”
The breakfast was very low quality, also the service at the restaurant. The pool and spa definitely needs more care and cleanliness. Three days we used stairway instead of lift and there were left tons of garbage and dirty dishes from room service. Does the management ever use the stairs? The maids trolley stayed three days at the corridor blocking it ...Very slow service at the reception- either the computer system wasn’t working or the staff wasn’t competent- not quite sure

Grande Hotel vicinissimo alla metro Lodi. Bella la camera, comodo e grande bagno, staff attento a tutte le esigenze del cliente. Colazione con vastissima scelta sia dolce che salato. Sicuramente lo consiglio , quando tornerò a Milano soggiornerò sicuramente in questa struttura.

Sono stata con mio marito in questo albergo dall'11 al 14 ottobre 2018, dovendo partecipare ad una cerimonia che si svolgeva a Milano. Parto subito dai punti positivi: a. colazione faraonica al mattino, con grandissima scelta, personale che ti serve al tavolo sia il tè che il caffè, superteiera molto decorativa, ma contenente all'interno un meccanismo che mantiene l'acqua eternamente bollente, veramente uno spettacolo; b. bagno munito di doppio lavandino, e moltissimi asciugamani in dotazione; c. stanza molto pulita. Punti negativi: a. armadio privo di scaffali, per cui ho custodire la mia biancheria intima (reggiseni, slip, calze e quant'altro) in valigia; b. bagno anch'esso molto poco pratico, perché i sanitari erano collocati ad altezza eccessiva (io misuro m. 1,70, ma stavo ugualmente scomoda) e troppo vicini tra loro, con bidet quindi meno fruibile; nessuno scaffale, per cui ho dovuto appoggiare parte dei miei kit (lenti, trucco, strucco e denti) sul tavolo della camera.

Aspetti positivi diversi compresi la pulizia, il rispetto delle misure di prevenzione e la oramai conosciuta cortesia del personale. Tuttavia vi sono dei dettagli che, se affidati ad un professionista del settore sanitario farebbero, in questo momento particolare, davvero la differenza. Come ad esempio l'utilizzo di dispenser, automatici o a pedale, di gel disinfettante.
