Disponibilissimi ad organizzare pick-up e drop-off e soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta. Ottimo cibo a bordo, organizzano tutto loro ed il biglietto include tutti gli eventuali accessi e visite necessari durante il tour. Consiglio di fare il tour di almeno 2N e 3D per poter vedere di più. Qualche guida a terra e a bordo non parla molto bene inglese ma questo non sarà un problema, si impegnano tutti al massimo a fare avere la migliore esperienza. Le camere buone ma qualche miglioria non farebbe male Consigliatissimi.

Ship needs upgrading”

The awesome staff on board the ship, more than made up for the state of the ship that needs upgrading and sprucing up.

Good foods, good staffs, good activities ”

1) We love the foods, fresh and delicios. 2) All staffs are friendly and helpful. 3) We love the Vietnam Spring Rolls class, the bamboo boat, and beach volleyball. 4) Room 105 has intermittently no hot water (shower) issue, we encountered twice, but when the technician came to check, the water is hot. 5) They has good quality red wine and the price is reasonable, must try!

Super romantic getaway with super nice service”

It is superb. They gave us a surprise knowing we are on 2nd honeymoon by putting roses on bed & champagne in our room. Very thoughtful and made our day!

We had an excellent time on Marguerite Garden Cruise. There are many boats out there and it took long to select this one, but I would recommend this one to others!

Good service. Clean room”

Room is comfortable. We stayed in Ocean view room but found that it was lack of privacy as ourside the windows are the corridor of which other guest would walk around. Therefore we seldom open it and become no view. If we choose again, will pick the superior one at lower deck. Beverage is at reasonable price.

Too old boat and unfriendly staff”

Boat is old and not clean. We felt not happy with this boat for all. Staff was not friendly and seemed to be lazy. The food were not good as well.

We enjoyed the overnight stay on board the Cruise. Experienced guide who put in special effort to pace the activities and take place to enjoy the sights at Halong. Highly recommend an overnight stay. We had a triple room and the meals provided is good.

Nice boat with great staff”

Clean boat and rooms. Staff was friendly and organized the day tours. Food was okay. Breakfast was not good. Drinks are very expensive and wine by the glass was conveniently not available. Bottles of wine were $40-80 and drinks were $10 very expensive for what you get.

Great staff, food and views ”

This was definitely one of the nicer ships we saw in the bay. The kept us busy with activities and fed the entire time and we even enjoyed the onboard wine. The staff was knowledgable and knew how to keep a group organized. We would recommend this to our friends or family looking for a trip to halong bay

Decent quality boat”

The boat is quite ok, the main issue was the food, I'd say it is good for vegetarians only. Ha Long itself was rather disappointing, beautiful bay but way too many boats, too many people, crowds are everywhere.

Great Cruise, Great Staff”

Everything was great ( cabin, crew, guide and food). we had an exceptional time. We loved the kayaking, cooking class very much. planned activities were professionally run and on time. our tour guide - Mr.Hop was very knowledgeable of the history, scenery and Vietnamese culture.

Overall good experience in Halong Bay”

Generally a good experience with marguerite. Had a wonderful time on board and enjoyed ourselves throughout the stay

Nice Boat”

The boat is not new buty it has been restored 2 months ago (Oct 2012) The staff and guides are excellent. Food is OK (mostly local seafood). In 3 days 2 nights stays be aware that there is a "Day Boat" (not the Marguerite Garden) that will go to some quite good places of Halong Bay. You also need to be aware that some treks require a good health condition.

Clean and Quiet”

First of all, if you expect to see a brown junk in Halong Bay, forget it. They are all painted in white now. Yes, all of them regardless of what they showed in Agoda or their own website. If you like a small group, this is a good choice since it accommodates 20 people only. Food however is not fantastic and very small portion. If you stay 1 night : this is going to be a mad rush in seeing Sung Sut (the caves) and practically no time to stop see and enjoy. You might want to consider hiring a private boat. By evening at 545 pm there is practically nothing to do in the cruise. All we did was watching Top Gear. Some of the cruise has night life (eg disco but I cant remember the name of it) The next day, there is nothing to see or do other than learning how to wrap (not make) spring rolls. You will like this if you like smaller group and relax with nothing to do.

Wonderful Scenery and Itinerary”

Rooms were clean and comfortable except for the hard pillows. Softer pillows should be made available to guests. Service aboard the junk was very good. You see what everyone else on other junks see. Food was very good but portions were small. Beverages - soft drinks, beer and wine are expensive. The same recorded music - over and over again - sometime played too loudly at breakfast, lunch, and dinner becomes tiring. There weren't any movies offered to passengers to view at night in the main dining room after dinner. Morning exercise program on top of junk not offered. The 4 cabins on the main deck are better than the cabins below.
