Beautiful cruise down the river. Very helpful tour guide. Agenda wasn't too packed and was relaxed. There were activities available that were all optional. There was also a gym inside the ship that had dumbbell weights up to 26kg! The cinema room didn't have too many movie selections, but was also available for public. The rooms were beautiful and very spacious even for the lowest tiered ones! They all had their own individual balconies. Pick up and drop off were coordinated very well and the crew helped us with our luggage so we didn't even have to bring it to the room / luxury busses etc. The luxury bus was also very comfortable and was priced at USD 40 per pax for 2-way. It was my boyfriend's birthday too and they gave us a small cake along with a small bouquet of roses free of charge. Food was fantastic and high-quality! Absolutely loved the lunch on the first day. Overall, the staff were very helpful and service was great! Also they didn't try to upsell us anything throughout!

Halong Bay - 2 days 1 night cruise”
This is a new cruise ship about 2 years ago. However this is definitely not an Issue when it comes to service or food quality. The cabin is also large and clean. The service staff is always around to check if you need help or service. There are optional free activities that you can join in as well to further enjoy your cruise. Just one thing to note, if you are getting a transfer ride to the cruise station, please be aware of the charges, they are not free or cheap. It came as a surprise to us when we were told to pay USD70 for the to and forth ride from the old quarters to the cruise area. To be fair, they did try to refund us USD20 but it just spoiled that beginning. Otherwise, this was a great cruise to enjoy on Halong Bay.

We really enjoyed our time even though it was for only one day. The staff was very attentive and the whole process of being picked up from our hotel all the way to dropped off back at our hotel was smooth and organized. We enjoyed the meals. The welcoming lunch is a sit down served lunch and was very good. Dinner was buffet style as was breakfast the next morning.

The Suite was better then what we expected and so big for a cruise. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was very nice with a big variety. I was a bit disappointed that the crew got not informed that I celebrated my Birthday on the cruise, all do we mentioned it at the booking! Other then that we can only recommend this cruise

Crociera fanstastica di 2 giorni e 1 notte!cibo ottimo, personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, la camera (suite) era un miniappartamento con terrazzo privato, a dir poco stupenda! Avrei preferito ricevere un po’ prima le informazioni riguardo al transfer da Hanoi perché purtroppo lo abbiamo dovuto organizzare da sole, dato che fino ad un paio di giorni prima nn ci era stato proposto niente!il rientro ad Hanoi impeccabile: pulmino comodo e ci hanno lasciato proprio davanti all hotel!tutto sommato esperienza ottima da consigliare se rientra nella fascia di prezzo che si vuole spendere (rapporto qualità-prezzo secondo me ottimo)! Da consigliare sicuramente!

A Ha Long bay cruise should be known clearly as a relaxing cruise. it is not full of activities - there's one kayaking and one cave boat tour. Rest of the day you are free to be on your own and relax. The water is too cold for swimming / snorkelling, at least in December. The captain of the waiting staff behaves like a military setup which is offputting, might be a big turnoff for some people. But he was trying to make his job easy by explaining repeatedly to everyone about dos/ donts and food mostly. The cruise should be a little more flexible with food, especially with vegetarians, offering to prepare something on request. Other than that, since the focus of the cruise is on relaxing and enjoying the beauty it is a very enjoyable experience.

The cruise was old and dirty, needed an update. There was a lot of miscommunication in the beginning alongside with Agoda but it’s been sorted and Agoda has fixed the problem with us. Can’t say so much about the operator though. Food was ok, they catered well to our allergies. Mr Lee was extremely helpful the whole cruise and because I got sick I had to cut it short. The visit to the cave was fun and they had kayaking too.
