Amazing friendly staff, great location & excellent value for money”
This guesthouse is so much better then a hotel! The staff were so friendly & so helpful, they let us arrive early & leave our bags the next day & helped with advice on Rome outings & booked us airport transfers, nothing was too much trouble & they were so nice & friendly! Rooms are nice clean & big. Location was great, right near the train station, lots of restaurants and walking distance to lots of major attractions. Great little guest house I highly recommend.

The room are clean. You have a minibar and you can use to put something inside. The zone is ok. We walk 15-20 minute to the tourist spots like colosseum or fontana di trevi. The bus or subway is very close. I recomment if you want to make a city break and you need a place o sleep. We left in the morning and came in the evening. So it was what we needed. The bathroom is more than enough, has everything you need.

We were staying there the last night before leaving Rome. It is only 5 minutes walk from the train station with buses and train to the airport. Excellent location for our need. The room is clean and quiet. The check-in staff is super nice and helpful.

Excellent location, ultra near to the train station and bus stop to the airport, outlet mall etc. Very nice Chinese restaurant (Hua Wei Ju) across another street, fast food nearby and not forgetting supermarket. Just a stone throw across the road to these amenities. Highly recommend to stay here during your Rome trip.

Great air con, beautiful old building, a little hard to find but follow address, look at name board and hopefully someone is there to answer. Called the host and they came straight away.

Weekend trip with friends”
This location was perfect for our group of 10 people. We were all located in the same house. Distance to the main station is a few minutes walking. To the Collosseum it is some 20min walking. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful for any queries we had. The rooms are nice and tidy. In one room the light was flashing frequently although it was switched off....they could work a little on their installation. But in overall: value for money in the center of Rome.

The location is near tourists places and station The rooms r very clean and confortable. The concept is like apartment but simply. The owner is very friendly. But unfortunately we cant cook, but only can make hot water. We wish at hostel we can cook by ourself. Overal its recommended

The place is well located in the hub of Rome. Because it is s Guesthouse, there is no staff on site for most of the time so beware of this. The location can be better described on the WEB site so thT it is easier to find the first time. Other than these minor nuances, the place is good and I would recommend it especially if you are budget conscious.
