NO ENGLISH”

I could not open the room door with the key at first. I had to go downstairs for assistance. The staffs do NOT speak English at all. The room did not have towel. I had to go downstairs again since the room has no telephone neither. It took 15 min to explain that I need a towel. I should have brought my smartphone. The room also do not have any hangers. I had to ask them again.

Clean, friendly staff, far from beach”

It's valued for what I paid. Staff are friendly with my family. The location isnt very good, it's farther from the beach than I expected but it's ok, 10 mins walk only.

Not fresh and a bit noisy (hard to find a quiet room in a city in Vietnam). Staff are ok, nice and friendly . I m not sure I will stay there again.many hotels in Vung tau.many shops and small restaurants next door. It s well located.

the street where the hotel is located was affected with electrical supply disturbance. the power resume its supply only at 2.30am!

The pictures were nicer than in reality. I had a different perception based on that and of course, it was a bit dissappointing. In all fairness however, the room was clean, not large but clean and the location was pretty good.

Great holiday near the beach”

The room was clean and okay size for 2 persons. The toilet was clean and they changed the bed sheet everyday. The staff didnt talk much when we were there. What i like the most was the location which you walk about 5 min then you will see the beach right in front of you. There were not many night life activities to do, but it was okay for staying and relaxing with your partner.

All fine here, nothing too special, just a good, clean hotel at an affordable price! The level of cleanliness was very high, and that is always important when travelling! Friendly staff, and good location! TV with cable was a nice luxury too! Worked very well

Everything was good. Just sometimes, wifi got slow speed. I stayed on the 3rd floor, but my iphone could not connect to (Maybe, the problem of the wifi router). And, It was ok at the ground floor.

Great hotel small budget”

I just stay 1 night, but I am satisfied with this hotel, especially the room is comfortable for the very reasonable price. all the aircon, shower, TV are very good condition. Unfortunately the staff can't speak english, and no map provided. I didn't eat in the hotel, so I don't know about it.

Good city hotel”

I only stay there for 1 night but I love this hotel. Staff are friendly, good location to the beach and the center.

Will stay at Dai An Hotel again”

Dai An Hotel was my first experience with Agoda. My family felt satisfied with services provided by the hotel. The hotel is newly built. Prices for laundy was reasonable. All staff were very friendly and helpful although they did not know much about the local restaurants. The location is fine, just 200 metres far from the Back Beach, good enough for us to walk to the beach when we did not want to use the hotel's car. The surrounding is quiet. If you like a busy and noisy place, you should not stay in Back Beach area. We were advised not to try restaurants on the same streets as those were considered as racketeering. There is a good cafe and bakery near the hotel, about 500 metres far from the Hotel, named Garden Cafe, with big garden, nice view, and okay cakes. If you want to use taxi for a long drive, I recommend you to use GPS (if you have a smartphone), as taxi drivers tend to take long ways. We were cheated by a Mai Linh Taxi (a famous one in Vietnam).

We had a great stay, althought it is family run hotel, I get along well with them therefore I have enjoy a good treatment from the hotel.

I generally enjoyed my stay,the beach is close by their are plenty of restuarants around, the hotel staff were very friendly and helpfull but without a good command of vietnamese language I found it challenging to communicate. However I still recommend a stay at this hotel.
