Basically got a room with almost everything you need for your daily life, with a super low price, it even comes with a mini kitchen. It was super clean too. Highly recommended for those who want to travel alone.

The studio room was smaller than the holiday apartment I've experienced before (at the same homes group). The location was hard to find, I've pass over the alley many times even they've sent me the picture (no advertising panel was found as they have taken). The doors were 3-layered locked while there was a housekeeper but not very enthusiasm - you have to ask for help, even parking. The studio is nice for self-serviced and security, but the front door smart locker was stupid. The motorbike basement (on the Ground floor) was wide and convenient. Room was good, clean, nice view to the Riverside luxury apartment and a corner of the river). There were almost everything for you to do, even cooking (but I'm not sure the room was suitable for that). Cannot use the TV, good wifi connection. The air conditioner was too strong so it's really cold at night. There was a construction nearby so it's too noisy at night, near the street but the vehicles outside sounds messy! Easy to enter the city center, but just by motorbike. There were many restaurants/food places/cf shops on Co Giang, Co Bac... but still need a bike. Cosy bedroom, many lights & electric plugs in but cannot adjust less light.

Almost Perfect, but...”

Pros: Very clean, mostly new, no staff, no reception, there is a housekeeper, but rooms are only cleaned prior to check-in unless you pay extra no matter how long your stay. It’s self check-in/checkout. It’s very secure. Large enough for solo or couple travelers. Good value for money, free laundry facility on roof, secure area to park motorbikes. Cons: TOO MUCH NOISE - there is an insane amount of renovation/construction in the building directly next door and drilling/hammering nonstop starts around 7:30am, at night there are dogs and cats constantly barking and crying, it is in an alley next to a very busy road, lots of noise from traffic, pricing fluctuates a lot, very difficult to locate the premises, rooms with balconies are small and dangerous, far from city center.

Place is located in a good spot, although a bit inside the alley but it is very convenient. There's an awesome breakfast place just a few meters away from it, a coffee shop just next to the alley and at night you just have to go around the corner to experience some night life that Ho Chi Minh has to offer.

Ideal for solo/couple travelers”

The location is ideal for those who expect to explore the central core of Saigon as it is of walkable (10-15 mins) proximity to a range of historical/tourist landmark of the city. The room is beautifully furbished and includes a big kitchen (including a rice cooker, a water heater, a microwave, a fridge, and a frypan) for those who want to save a budget on food by cooking at the accommodation. One minor point that they need to improve is the security system and the infrequent presence of staff. Overall, however, I definitely recommend this to solo/couple travelers who wish to visit Saigon.

I stayed almost a week there.. It was almost perfect except I extended my stay, unfortunately same room was no longer available so I have to change room but they expect me to check out by 12 and only check in at 2pm even though the other room was not occupied (I can tell, the room was dusty and not used for quite some time).. I was only offered to check in early when they want me to leave the room earlier for cleaning... They text me to give them full points review, maybe you should consider giving me check in earlier when the room is available instead of telling me it's ready to check in just because you want me to clean current room... Fair review, I love this hotel but this is only disappoiment.. Try harder next time..

Definitely worth it, there is a small kitchen in the room too and best part is there is washing machine and dryer machine on 4th floor.. if you stay more than a night, you have to pay for cleaning services but then the room is relatively easy to clean so I went to 4th floor to clean the towel and mop to clean the room myself...
