Not sure why staff close shutter door of hotel at 7pm everyday, making it difficult for me to get food delivery. WiFi is not strong enough for me to watch YouTube video. Aircon and fridge are weak too, not cold. Staff should wear mask as now is serious Covid19 pandemic. Toilet is too narrow and small. Ants inside room and toilet. Should have proper wardrobe.

Hidden gem in Saigon”

The most comfortable atmosphere. The only thing made me feel unconvenience is the small parking area. We have to parking in the apartment near by.

I stayed here for 3 nights in a room on the 4th floor, but no one cleaned my room. The water was always HOT. Water pressure was too weak. Ironically, the outside temperature was too hot but I had to take a shower with hot water everyday I stayed here. Plus, when I was covered with shampoo or bathing gel, the water was cut off. I had to wait and wish for the water coming out in order to finishing showering. I called the hotline, asked them to solve those troubles, however, they blamed for the weather all the time. Never stay here for the 2nd time.

Check in was easy. Good instructions from host. Place is clean and new. It's in a great location near the river and good restaurants and bars and coffee shops. The only suggestion would be that because it has a kitchen there should be a few more utensils and kitchen ware, like a can opener or bottle opener, spatula and cooking utensils etc. As I would assume like me, people book a place like this so they can cook at home once in a while. Not really a complaint tho, the place is still very good and worth the price paid.

If you just want to stay in a clean and quite area in HCM D1, then this is the place for you. Pros: 1. Clean and the rooms is spacious 2. There is a coffee shop nearby and a restaurant when you walk towards the main road 3. They are responsive to your needs via whatsapp Cons: 1. They will only give you 2 towels, and if you stay there for > 4 days, you have to laundry them yourself at level 1, there is a free wash available. But if you want fresh towels, it will cost you 30,000vnd/towel 2. It’s a homestay, so expect to be on your own if you are traveling alone. 3. Not that secured, the main gate is PIN protected. However, my friend dialed their number wrongly, and they provided him with the PIN and the room keycard number, which is wierd.
