Its location is perfect, just opposite the train station, with carrefour express nearby in case you need to do some grocery shopping. Breakfast was served in a tray, which is a good portion to kick-start a great day. Room was modern and well equipped. Bed was comfortable, water pressure was good, I did not experience any fluctuations of hot and cold water supply during my showers, which is a plus point for this hotel. I especially love the shower gel and lotion provided, they smell great. It's definitely worth checking with the front desk whether the minibar is complementary for consumption during your check in. One point worth mentioning, I was upgraded to the sister hotel next door which I got a better room facitilies including a balcony. Based on all the above, I would highly recommend this hotel. It has everything a good hotel has to offer. Don't be put off by its small lobby, what matters is the rest of it.

Definitely won't regret choosing this place to stay in Florence. It located exactly in the front of train station, in the heart of the city. The thing I liked the most was the interiors was very nicely decorated, the color tone and the lighting ambiance made our stay was comfortable. The staff always very friendly and helpful, they recommended us the best local recommendations of restaurant and nice shop. We had the best stay in this hotel! totally worth the price

Great hotel with a perfect location. The rooms are clean with all amenities. There is a refrigerator in the room and a coffee pot. Towels are changed daily and refilled with coffee and tea. Breakfast is varied and complete. The staff is friendly and willingly cooperates when needed. I am happy with my stay and would stay at this hotel again next time. I recommend with pleasure!

Exactly what I needed”
I needed a last-minute place to stay in Florence for a week. The location was perfect. It is close to the station and to the "attractions". I always felt safe walking around the area. The staff members were extremely helpful. The room was clean and the wifi was fast enough for video calls. Overall a good price for the quality and service received. I highly recommend it.

The room was clean and stylish. The hotel has a really good location, it was across the main train station but very calm at night. The staff were very nice. And the breakfast was good too. Highly recommend this place especially if you’re not staying long in Florence.

Hotel with Nice Deco”
The best part of the hotel is the deco. It is modern and has a very Scandinavian feel to it. The room is clean but not very spacious, although there is enough space for both of us to go around. There is a kettle, complimentary coffee and tea, toiletries provided in the room. However, the heater is not working. Breakfast spread was good. And they placed free-flow drinks (infused plain water and coffee/tea) and biscuits for guests (waiting to check in or check out, killing time) in the lobby. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located across the street where the main train station in Florence is at. Barely 5 minutes walk. It is also within walking distance to the Duomo where all the food places and shops are located. It was definitely a pretty hotel and comfortable stay for us in Florence.

The hotel location is just in front from the station firenza,go to city just need to walk about 7-10 minutes! If you want to the mall luxury mall there have private bus to bring you the waiting location is just behind the bus ! I’m so grateful the reception beautiful lady free upgrade my room to executive ! It made I have a wonderful Valentine’s Day with my wife ! Thanks

I'm a frequent traveller and i would say this hotel is one of the best hotel that i ever stayed. It is located right opposite the train station and a nice 15 minutes walk to downtown. The hotel is new and staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. There are two good Chinese restaurants beside the hotel. I would totally recommend this hotel.

Awesome location directly opposite the SMN train station. If you signed up for day tours or shopping to The Mall ' the pick up points are 5 mins from the hotel. After the day tours and trip to factory outlet, you do not need to walk a long distance back to hotel as the drop off are usually round the corner. Walk to Duomo and shopping spots and museum is about 15 mins.. Many interesting shops along the way so i don't mind walking. Clean and cosy room. During winter/spring, you may need to open the windows as there's no AC and may get stuffy. Of cos with that come a few mozzies :-) Attentive and friendly staff... Rooms didn't come with kettle but they very quickly got me one upon request. The toiletries are The Comfort Zone spa range which is a pleasant surprise. The bar provides light snack and drinks if you need to hang around before heading to airport. Enjoyable stay. Will def return if I'm back in Florence :-)

Great location- in the same street with the central train station. A direct bus stop to the Mall right behind the corner. And 10 mins away by foot to the main museums and attractions. A full fresh breakfast and the staff is just so friendly. Absolutely will stay there again! Thank you!!

Very nice and clean hotel and situated right next to the train station. Check-in was smooth and we could leave our luggage there as we came a bit too early. Breakfast was lovely and so were the staff. I think we got upgraded to a bigger room with a view without knowing, because I'm pretty sure I paid for a smaller room - this is only a good thing. Only negative side was the aircondition, it was very weak in the Firenze heat, but we survived and would come back again.

The Diplomat was doing improvements and had us stay at the sister property basically next door at the ambascatori which was great since we had stayed there on a previous trip. I hope to stay there next time as the company who runs these properties do a great job
