Fair Resort, a little old facility”

Pros: friendly staff, hot spring services included, good food. I fell and scratched my knees the first night and everyone all made sure that I got the treatment. Cons: the facility is a bit old, sound proof is not so good, dark walkway at night and the bus service they partnered with was a bit dodgy, tried to squeeze us into a tiny van. Definitely recommend the place to others though.

Degraded far away from 4 stars”

Facilities degraded, construction sites operating, hygiene, too much crowd for public places issues....it is not deserved as 4 stars resort even nice staffs.

Hot springs are great. Hotel + staff... not so much. Uncomfortable bed, aging facilities, and clueless staff tarnished the experience.

Don’t bother! Go buy a packet of mud yourself! ”

Apart from the very warm “hotsprings” swimming pool and fairly decent accommodation, this “resort” is a real downer! The staff lack communication skills, said they couldn’t see my booking and didn’t have the room I booked available! Then after a good half hour of arguing they offered an upgrade, which was definitely not the case! To make matters worse lunch was awful and very expensive (at least 10 times the normal price)! The food we ordered was nothing like the description in the menu. Then at dinner we had to argue again. Had a massage which was expensive too and then the girl hits you up before you leave the room for a tip!!! Then the bill comes and also doesn’t reflect what we had done! Then.... breakfast was not good and sparse. Then we opt for the “mud bath” which actually means here’s a packet of mud put it on yourself! Then they tried to hit us up for towel cleaning because of the mud!!!! Total lack of communication and ethic displayed by staff and they do not speak English!!!

Not satisfaction”

I booked "VUON CAU" hotel with 6 single bed, however, when I come to receptionist, she said in the booking only having 4 adults booked. They charged me 50 USD more for 2 more people. I do not happy because this is unexpected, the total price will be higher than even the Resort normal rate. Also, the room cleanliness is very poor.

Good hot spring”

They have 2 public hot spring pools, 1 children hot spring pool and several hot spring tubs for feet bath. I stayed in the resort so I didn't have to buy entrance ticket, could use all those public pools for free and received discounts when I ate in their restaurant for lunch & dinner and discount for massage. Buffet breakfast was included. Massage was good. Room is too old and outdated. A resort for those who need hot spring for health treat.

Nice resort with good complimentary services”

We booked 2 rooms at Binh Minh hotel and actually enjoyed the weekend at Binh Chau Resort and Ho Coc Beach resort. We stayed at Binh Chau and can use the facilities in Ho Coc Beach Resort as well (7km away). The hotel price (45 USD) with all the complimentary services were at great value.

Best relaxing place with clean room”

my room got trouble with air-condition, but housekeeper here is very flexible in help by changing room to bigger room as well as supporting immediately. I feel very comfortable with it and thankful about their treatment. On the other hand, even resort told me that rooms are no more available but I still can book it by agoda and immediately register for it.

Resort is boring, nothing to do and nothing to see except for the crocodiles. Couldn't rent a bike or motorbike anywhere. Bed's were made everyday which was good. We paid for deluxe room but we had to pay for water...and coffee..and everything else we wanted to go or use. Only thing that was free was the hot springs.

The menu is so big but most of items are not available. The food is so expensive, three time higher than other. It’s recommended that you should go outside for lunch and dinner

Long passed it prime days time for a revamp! ”

This hotel looks beautiful at first till you get in your room and see bugs crawling on the bed and counter tops very disturbing! The hot springs pool were dirty and not maintained good, cracks , dirt, and bugs in all. Staff had no communication skills to communicate with English speaking visitors. While we went to look for dinner we had realized after 20 minutes of walking that they all had closed very early (6 pm) without any notice. The animals that were being shown there at the zoo were being kept in bad conditions and lacked food. Walking paths had no maintenance cracks everywhere, broken stones . Land scaping needed to be done the grass was extremely long . Overall this place is not well kept, staff needs proper training, waste of money and time. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

not happy because of over charge ”

It's ok. Except your additional charge 500,000vnd for the fifth person. The hotel staff told us that family room can be occupied up to 6 persons. There is no special offer from you, agoda. Not happy at all

Installation (like pool & surrounding pool...) needs serious maintenance!!! Food is so poor!!! Staff needs strongly training in services & language...!!! Nice staff & natural fantastic environment can not compensate the lack of quality.

The resort is far from the center. It takes 15 minutes to get to Sai Gon Binh Chau from Xuyen Moc station, (50K VND/person by motobike taxi)If you choose bus route from HCMC to Vung Tau. The scene is very nice, you are surrounded by the eco atmosphere. Just a few minute, you will find yourself in the middle of the jungle, completely quiet. I came here in Thursday and it is not very crowded. We are the only guests at the resort restaurant. Any at night, it is really adventurous cuz after having dinner, come back to your room at a hotel (there are several hotels (houses)in the resort. The infrastruture is good, infact, great. People are supportive. Hot spring is not very hot (not hot enough) Morning, when you wake up, you open the windows and you are in the middle of the jungle.

- Quiet location and peaceful. Good location for health retreat. - Do not expect good taste for breakfask and meals. It's very simple and at averate level. You may need to go out (3km away) to have better Vietnamese food like Thuy Trang restaurant. - Almost no entertainment activity at night
