I stayed a night on Dec.15-16, and booked a room for 1 person and they gave me a nice room. Has elevator and very accessible to the metro,just right in front of the entrance. There was some toasted bread with jam and free coffee. Best place to be in Milano.

So convenient with Metro at the door. Station Centrale an easy walk. A large basic room with lots of window. Excellent lighting at night. Love the little plates, cups , jug, coffee maker and simple dried toasts with jam for breakfast. Being concrète it can be noisy when loud guests return to their rooms. Would be GREAT if staff asked guests to be quiet when going into and out of their rooms. Especially near the lift. Fabulous easy Check In.

The price is just right for the room. It is a bit small but the shared bathroom is big. It is also near train stations. The only problem we had was the rooms were on a diff bldg from the reception and we had to drag our luggage across streets. Thankfully the staff is so kind to help us.

Location of our room is very near from the Milan Central Station. Big & clean room with share bathroom. The reservation office is easy to find, just next from Crowne Plaza Hotel

Near to Metro Station Sondrio”
There's a surcharge if you arrived at 9PM onwards. We booked a room with a double bed and it was such a relief that the one bedroom apartment was just beside the Main Reception Office. I was helped by one of their staff lug my heavy luggage up to the apartment which I appreciate very much. Check-in was fuss-free and the guy at reception was helpful. This is just a basic one bedroom apartment with TV and a small table at the side. Plus are the complimentary coffee capsules and some crackers and other snacks. Hair Dryer is also available inside the room. Hot water in the shower is such a welcomed relief after staying outside in the cold weather. Only thing that I noticed is that the heating in the room turns off at a certain time. I'm not sure if it's MN or another time but i stayed here a couple of nights and at both times, the heaters inside the room are off after 12MN so it's quite cold during the 2 nights i stayed here in January 2019.

Very nice welcoming from the staff. Rooms are nice and well kept; nice shared bathroom and it's a good value for the money and for the location in Milan. It was my second time here and I will surely come back when in Milan again.

I liked this B&B, they were very kind, helpful and available in case of need. Our room was very clean and fresh enough (we went at the end of July). Moreover, even if it was not included the breakfast they provide us coffee (but coffee machine at the moment was broken), tea, and some rucks with jam. The location wasn’t really close to the center but it was very close to the metro and the station. For the bags you have to pay 2€ to leave them.

The hotel is average enough for you to stay in milan because its just next to sondrio metro station entrance. One thing its just look like a small office with a small signage which is almost unnoticeable and they should put bigger signage so that easy to locate the reception. Everything is ok if u re not a fussy traveller. Just nice for for you to stay in Milan as hotel in milan is really breaking a bank. The staff is friendly. In future i hope they will put a bigger signage

Location was perfect, right by the central station. Room was a little dusty and musky, other than that no complains. It was a really good stay!

Severe lack of bathrooms! There was only 1 bathroom shared amongst everyone else who stays on the same floor. Other than that everything else was alright. Complimentary free flow drinks and snacks at the lobby area :)
