I only stayed one night, but I wish I had more time to stay, at this hotel. It was very near Roma Termini, and only a 7 minute walk, with one large luggage in tow. We walked out the main doors of train station, where the local buses depart, crossed the street at the light, walked straight 2 blocks, crossed street at light going left, and a 2 minute walk... you're there. The staff member was very welcoming, upon arrival. We were given hotel & area information, and told about the wonderful beds. They're the kind that raise up and down. We had a nice, and comfortable sleep on them. The room was big, nicely decorated, and very clean. The bathroom was a great size, and updated. I was happy to have a bathtub/shower combo. This is what you definitely call a full-service hotel, and not rooms for rent. I can't tell you about the breakfast, as we set out sightseeing, early. All in all, this place had everything we needed, the price was great, and it was so close to the main train station & attractions. I absolutely would stay again.

Location:~500m from Roma Termini. plenty of restos/cafe around. Carrefour Express ~200m, little morning market around the corner Vicinity: took taxi most of the time. Vatican City, Coloseo, Trevi Fountain, Altare della Patria, Spanish Steps, etc, all not more than 4km away Reception/concierge : friendly and helpful. massimo, cristiano, sam-TQ for yr help & info. @breakfast - jayson, silvia, karel-TQ for making us feel welcome with yr smiles & always ready to serve. Room : a bit dated but very clean & spacious. bathroom-clean, but shower cubicle 2'x2' a bit of a tight squeeze thou. shower great water pressure. no kettle, no bottled water. Notes : met the lady boss, the owner of the hotel. very friendly. she went arnd to greet guests during breakfast

The breakfast buffet is delicious! There are so many options!! If you have an early fly out of Rome, they can give you a packed breakfast :) The rooms are clean too and the beds in our rooms have a built-in massager so it was nice to relax after a long walk in the streets of Rome.

The first think you need to know is that the beds in the hotel are exceptional. I had a great nights sleep, which is what I needed in my travel moving between different cities. The location is exceptional, and the breakfast was the best I had... there were so much variety! Finally, a word for Massimo and other staff... he was extremely helpful! Made my trip so much more comfortable.

Very comfortable stay”
The hotel is located very conveniently from the main train station and also within walking distance to other sights. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great night's rest after a long flight from Singapore. We were too early for check-in but the staff were nice in telling us what we could do meanwhile, and took care of our luggages.

Central Hotel with good value for money”
The staff were very friendly, location was central and very convenient, rooms were clean. The only strange thing was a breakfast: it was offering exactly same buffet menu every day and when you stay for 7 days - it feels very odd to eat same food every morning for the whole week

We have stayed at the Augusta Lucilla many times and will always stay there when in Rome. Great staff, always clean and great location. Beds are the best and breakfast fabulous.

Although there were some issues, the staff were very friendly and did everything they could to make it right. Great location, comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast. Would stay again.

The staff went out of their way to be helpful. The beds were very comfortable, big deep tubs and lots of hot water, delicious breakfast and 5 minute walk to the train station. Highly recommend.

This is the third time that we have stayed here and could not be happier with the facilities and the great staff. Best beds in Italy. Great location and most helpful staff. Wouldn't consider staying anywhere else in Rome.

We have stayed here many times when in Rome. It has the best breakfast in town and the best beds. Located so close to termini is so convenient. The staff are friendly and always so helpful. We will not consider any other place to stay.

Clean, spacious and a good deal!”
We were looking for a hotel near Roma Termini for one night before our return flight to the U.S. the next morning. This hotel is located 5 minutes from the train station and within easy walking access to major sites (about 20 minutes to Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, for example). Our room was spacious and clean--there was even a sitting area with couch-- and breakfast was excellent--I would strongly recommend getting this when you book your room.

The room has beds with a massage feature that relaxes you after a day exploring Rome. The ceilings are high making the room look larger. Though location is close to the train/bus station, it is quiet inside the room. Lots of restaurants nearby to choose from: from Italian to Korean to Chinese depending on your cravings. The staff are helpful. Breakfast is very good especially with a few “kababayans” working there as chef and servers. I’d check in there again given the chance to go back to Rome. And would greatly recommend to everyone too!
