Modern Hotel in great location ”
Wonderful stay at this hotel. 1 block from train station. Superb breakfast. Great room and bath. Traveled in July. Rome was very hot but air conditioning in our room was fantastic. Also very quiet hotel with comfortable beds for a good night sleep. Would recommend

Excellent stay experience”
Very clean, initially not happy with the bath towels provided due to plenty of lints that I have to jiggle them outside the room, later decided not to use them. But they supplied fresh and clean ones the following day and the next five days.

I always stay there when between planes and trains. Very convenient and easy, with quality breakfast and bar for evening rest. The rooms are all remodeled and well appointed.

Hotel in Ideal Location”
It's near Roma Termini that allows you to connect you everywhere especially to the Airport. The reception did their best to ensure everything is OK when you move in. A porter will help you with you things on first day. Welcome refreshments are very welcoming. One of the few hotels that provide a kettle for one to make hot drinks. Breakfast was great too.

Location is perfect, right next to the trainstation, all kinds of restaurants, from fancy to fast food, as well as supermarkets/drugstores right around the corner. Staff is great! Very friendly and professional. Nice touches such as happy hour with free snacks, free coffee /tea/juice through the day. Good bed. Breakfast quite o.k with plenty of food choice, but I missed different coffee options (no espresso/cappucinno etc) I'd take it even from an automatic machine rather than the current coffee. The room was a bit dissappointing if compared to the pictures. A lot of the rooms face the inside courtyard, which is however small and dark, so there is no natural light or fresh air. Air in the room was a bit stale (and very dry) as a result. Putting humidifiers in the room might be a good idea. Renovation seems to have been carried out a few years ago on a budget with shoddy workmanship, looks already dated and in need of some fresh paint. Desk was so small that it was useless.

Pros: location is good walking distance 5mins to termini, WiFi excellent, breakfast average Cons:- This area messy because near termini but still safe. And the room is very tiny as we book for 3 adult however, it seems like squeezing 3 adult into a 2 adult room which is not cosy and we are 3 Asian size ladies Overall it's a good stay and satisfied

Great location, great staff”
Although the hotel rooms were small, it was rather stylish, old worldly and still comfortable. The best part is that the hotel is a block away from Termini station and the staff are amazingly helpful.

The washroom is big but the shower room is a little bit small. Apart from this, this hotel is generally good.

Easy and convenient”
Great location for anyone who is travelling by the metro often! Literally a 2 minute walk. About a 10 min walk to the Colloseum and about 20 to the main shopping district. The room we had booked was quite small and compact but did the job with a comfy bed. Our hot water stopped working on our second night and to avoid further inconvenience, staff upgraded us to a larger suite without hesitation which was fantastic. Buffet breakfast was one of the best we had, lots of variety and great value. I would reccomend this hotel, but if you prefer space try and secure one of their larger rooms.

The "quad" room was a double room furnished with 2 extra beds, so the room was quite small for 4 people. There was minimal space to store luggage, with just one bag rack in the room. You can imagine how difficult this was to manage with 4 adults inside the room. AC was not working during our entire stay so ventilation was very poor, we had to open up the window which didn't help, since our room faced the "courtyard" - basically another person's balcony or window. Staff could do nothing to help, they couldn't even provide a fan to circulate air. Breakfast was a bump above average, but service was very good. They even packed a breakfast bag for us since we had to leave at 6am. Location was excellent, since the hotel was 1 block away from Termini. Should you consider booking, check first with the hotel if their AC is 100% working.

Purtroppo la zona è un po' degradata (come nei pressi di tutte le stazioni di grandi città) ma l'hotel è buono.
