Great location ”

The Annata hotel is still in soft-opening after a major refurbishment and some minor details are incomplete. Nevertheless we had a nice room with a great view of the beach.

The hotel sold the bad product to customers.”

The hotel has just finished the property building, therefore the facilities are not ready 100% to serve the customers. The furniture in rooms haven’ t fixed completely and in good condition/function e.g no separate b/w bathroom and toilet, no clothes hanging, no towels hanging... Specially there’s a unknown toxic air in rooms which made our eyes extremely irritated. In brief, we are so disappointed with the hotel’s quality as they try to sell a not-ready product to customers without notice. We’re also disappointed with Agoda for your try in promoting an unqualified hotel to your beloved members.

Don't Have HOT WATER...”

Basically, the hotel does not provide hot water during the night... When I called the reception, they told me that thier hot water runs on solar power.... so at night...no sun...no HOT WATER... What a joke... Very obvious... they does not connect the Hot Water System to electricity power supply. ... to safe money.... nothing to do with GREEN BUILDING.... really sucks. And the staff answered with any remorse... Hopeless HOTEL...

Satisfactory - however whenever you've been to beach, you need to enter the hotel at other gate/door whatever your foot dirty or clean.

The sea view is stunning”

Nice and clean hotel, the sea view from the 7th floor is stunning (If anyone have a problem with the hotel view maybe you should try the sea view suit next time). Staffs are very friendly and room is very comfy. 2-3 minutes walk to the beach and the hotel location is far from Square Back Beach and Bars so its quite quiet at night If you want some rest after a day. I have everything in my room: Hair dryer, fan, air condition, fridge, electric kettle, tv with english channel and wifi connected.... Cons: The basement floor is very slippery in the raining day. Will come back.

Nice hotel, good price but... I booked 3 rooms with double bed noted, got 1 double bed room with 2 twin rooms, maybe the hotel keep nice rooms for Saturday guests (i booked Sat + Sun) TV cannot use, have a door between 2 rooms and locked but can heard other room talking...

We rented a tripple room for two adults and two children. Pros: - New hotel - Room is so clean and large (30 m2) - Breakfast is acceptable - Good location. Just cross Thuy Van street and reach the beach

pro - room is new and spacious. location is good cons- poor customer service.at front counter, staff are unfriendly too. room will not fully ready but check in customer, cleaning clothes left at sink, towel and toileteries not provided room design not user friendly, light switch only located at entrance door. wash room design not good, water back flow and floor get wet

The hotel is in a small alley, mean only 1 car may get in at once. No hot water, noisy air conditioner, breakfast really bad. Dont think to be back again

The hotel hasn't been completely finished yet. The staff is not really welcomed. The bathtub didn't work well at first, they repaired it later, however, they didn't notify us. The location is quite good, the room is clean and well-equipped. The buffet breakfast was quite OK. The price is good.

Outgassing of fresh paint room 1104. Poor WiFi. Staff moved us to 604. Less odor, better WiFi. Lots of construction nearby. Main part of town too far away. 2 chairs and small table was good.

Không những gọi làm phiền đuổi khách mà về tới khách sạn còn hối lên hối xuống. Nhận phòng trễ 10h đêm, đến tận nơi ko đúng như booking, đặt 2 phòng kế nhau thông nhau mà sắp xếp cách xa nhau. Phòng mới xây nên nghe mùi rất nồng và khó chịu, cay mắt không ngủ được. Máy nước nóng thì không hoạt động, đi mưa lạnh mà nước cũng lạnh, qua hôm sau cảm luôn. Nói chung 6/10, không ghé ở lần sau.

Không gì diễn tả hơn về khách sạn này (mặc dù chưa khai trương) nhưng mọi thứ thật hoàn hảo đối với tôi. Địa điểm, phòng ngủ, phòng vệ sinh, tiện nghi, thái độ nhân viên,... Chúc khách sạn sẽ phát triển rực rỡ.
