Excellent 2 star hotel”
Hotel was clean, gentleman at reception very friendly, and desk was manned 24 hours. We arrived early and they accommodated us with a room that was ready. Excellent location, nothing to complain about at the price. there is a roll down shutter to block out the light and noise, but then you are staying in the centre of a city, so no complaints, wish we could have stayed here longer, and will definitely be back if we can.

Close to Vatican - clean and helpful”
Nice little classic hotel, walking distance from the Vatican. Room was small but adequate. They were nice enough to let us keep our luggage in storage during our Vatican day-trip after we had checked out. Clean room with clean bathroom and linens. TV, WiFi, electronic security shutters, elevator access. There is AC, but they charge an extra €10/day to use. Easy access to front of Vatican, you may need a bus to get to the rear museum entrance (it's big!) A little hard to find, but keep asking people. Google Maps is not always accurate in Rome. Great jumping off point for your Vatican tour, especially if you have kids!

Staff are very nice. Service is good. Very good location, near to Vatican. And also a lot of Italian cuisine restaurants surrounding. Room is also cozy and comfortable. Decoration is pretty.

The place is a little old but comfortable nonetheless. Staff were very friendly and warm. WiFi in the rooms were very convenient. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

VERY GOOD HOTEL, EASILY ACCESSIBLE IN A WONDERFUL ENVIRONMENT, MANY CLOSE TO THE MOST IMPORTANT MONUMENTS OF ROME. AROUND YOU CAN FIND VERY GOOD RESTAURANTS. THE STAFF WAS HELPFUL AND POLITE. I DEFINETELY RECOMMEND IT TO THE TRAVELLERS

The hotel is just a walking distance from the Vatican. Convenience stores are very near the hotel. The place is clean & tidy.

Friendly and welcoming staff, very nice rooms with beautiful turquoise walls and a balcony, and a nice shared terrace on the top floor. 5 minutes away from both St Angelo and the Vatican - great location! Lots of cute little restaurants nearby, as well as the shopping street. Overall, an absolutely awesome experience at this beautiful hotel!! Little issues: very slow WiFi at night, the sound isolation is not that great and at night you can hear garbage trucks and other noises from outside, the shower in my room was awkwardly constructed and thus always left water in the bathroom. However, all this didn’t matter, and I was extremely pleased with my time there, would definitely come again, and recommend to a friend!

Near the Vatican!”
The room was ok for the price and the staff was excellent. It is very near the Vatican, just 4-5 minutes walking distance! I went there in November and the room was a bit cold, but I got extra blankets from the staff.

Mostly great for staying near Vatican”
Staff was extremely nice and helpful Neighborhood is fine, lots of nearby restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and business streets, most importantly only ten minutes walk from the Vatican!! However, it's quite far from city center, and popular destinations like Trevi Fountain, Spanish steps, Coliseum May be a good choice if you are spending most of your time in Vatican City Public transportation is not so great in Rome, so it was a long walk to get to the city center, and a little quiet and empty at night when walking back From my experience and wanting to see all of Rome, it may have been better to stay near Rome Termini the entire time and make a one day trip to Vatican, to be able to enjoy more of Rome that way Building and rooms were a little antiquated, not as nice as the pictures depicted, wallpaper in room wasturning a little yellow Room was smaller compared to other places I've stayed at, but not too bad to complain about Had to pay extra for air condition in the hot summer

The location is excellent, right near the Vatican and Castle St. Angelo. The twin room where we stayed first was great with a big balcony. The single room I stayed in when I returned was fine but very cramped, especially in the bathroom. The rooftop terrace is a nice addition! Be aware, AC is an extra €10/day. I was disappointed they wouldn't store our bag for a few days while we went hiking, as this was rather inconvenient especially since I was returning to the same hotel. The staff were all super friendly, and the 24hr reception was good.

The staff were nice and helpful.The room was quite clean and not that old from what I heard from other reviews.They changed the floor from carpet to wood. Comfy bed, very close to Vatican City. Good price.Recommend!
