Did not clean my room or change linens for 3 days, only doing so on my fourth night after asking for them to do it twice and leaving the "make up room" sign on the door every day. Tile floors were popped up at the seams about 2-3" on several areas in the room; bed sheets had holes in them; no safe in the room despite warnings to keep valuables in room safe. Big room for price, great view from room, local neighborhood pretty cool, staff was friendly enough though ineffectual.

Stayed here for a few days and no one came to clean the room. Hotel is dirty. Stay away from this hotel if you can.

The picture of the room is very nice, but actual disappointed. The value of money is should be 30%-40% that what I paid. Will not come back again.

For the price it was extremely clean, comfortable, spacious and located on the river. Only drawback doesn’t offer breakfast. I really enjoyed staying here.

I highly recommend the place but knit and clean. The staff team is really nice, good at customer care and personal skillful. The price is good and appropriate to the facility scale.

If u never travel to Vietnam before avoid this property it’s too noisy from street noise to neighbor running water tap noise , door , foot step noise and of cos a room that is not even make up after 12hr , it’s just no way you can sleep in there , good for just to keep your self dry from the rain or heat burn from the sun , other then this just go else where the Korea. Boss never even bother to step in when customer need help I hear him scolding the customer bastard after he commented on the bad service

I checked-in quite late at 12pm. but the staff said that the room was not ready because they had to fix pipe without no notification before even though I had called to hotel at 9pm to announce our being late. The staff said it took only 10' to finish but after 30' the staff said we have to change another room & asked us to spend more money to upgrade. But finally we could stayed at the bigger room & didn't have to pay more. And we really took a rest at 2am after exhausting day and didnt' have enough hot water for shower :( I thought the hotel used our room for hour-renting and when we arrived, the last couple just check out & service need time to clean up the room. No happy for that.

Lúc trước ở phòng cao nhất thì cảm thấy rất thích, lần này ở 1 đêm thôi, nên mình ở tâng 5, thật sự rất ồn, tụi mình rất mệt, nhưng không ngủ được vì tiếng đóng cửa rât lớn, tiếng chửi thề, tiếng khóc, tiếng hét. 3h sáng còn có ng gõ cửa phòng mình ầm ầm, bạn mình định mở cửa, nhưng mình cản lại, nghe có tiếng người ở trong họ không gõ nữa. Thang máy hư, đứng bấm 1 hồi vì ko biết, lúc sau nhân viên mới ló đầu ra kêu đi thang bộ lên tầng 5. Vẫn may mắn lúc trả phòng thang máy đã sửa xong, chứ không biết sao mà vác vali xuống luôn.
