Very modern newly built hotel. Excellent staff. Rooms a tad small but sufficient. Breakfast was gorgeous and catered for all tastes. 2 mins walk from the night markets. Able to organise trips from the front desk. overall great value for money.

Good location, clean hotel, friendly staff”

Cafes, spas and markets all very close and within a couple of blocks. Easy to get around. Staff very friendly and able to assist without fuss. Breakfast available, but basic.. however cafes have a great selection at a low price. Traffic noise does protrude into the room, but having a great location is the trade off. Enjoyed the stay, and would stay again.

Great location, friendly service! ”

We travel to Vietnam often, but this is our first stay at this hotel. I picked it for the location, but was very pleased with all that was offered. The check in staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. All staff spoke some english and others were fluent which made everything very easy. Breakfast was very tasty and offered both asian and western options. Rooms are not huge but roomy enough for two. I am disabled and was quickly accommodated with a room with walk in shower which was very modern and stunning. The rooftop pool was small but good for a cool down and some sunning We would definitely return.

Firstly was glad to have good service for the 10 mins. Then I was given a room, which ended up it was occupied. So we entered a room that wasn't empty. So I had to head back to the lobby... and waited.... and they finally had an empty room.... checked in and settled down.... 5 mins later they called me and told me I have to change room.... So I only settled down after the third room... totally PISSED. Don't even feel comfortable, as I had the feel that my room will be checked in by others.... Totally won't be back...

Great hotel! Great location! Great service!”

The hotel was beautiful and has a great vibe. The deco were interesting and unique. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Location is near to many tourist hotspot so going to anywhere is within walking distance. When we want to use grab, fare is quite cheap due to nearness to everywhere. The only shortcomings are there were no iron and hairdryer provided.

Its my 2nd time staying in this hotel. Checkin was efficient and fast. Location is very good and central. Shower was strong and good compared to other hotels. Always havent had chance to try their breakfast though. Overall nice and good for couple nights stay.

Good but could be better ”

Let's start with the positives. Clean hotel. Lovely roof top terrace. Small roof pool. Sauna and steam room available over the street. Good location walking distance to major attractions. Negatives the room was not as displayed. No hot tub. The room had no view and there is no sound proofing so you can hear everything outside and in. It's a noisy place. The bell boy told me in the fridge you had to pay and noodles and chips were complimentary which I thought was nice. Unfortunately this was not the case so I felt deceived and of course very expensive to have these things especially as a family mart is a 2 minute walk away. This needs to be made clear with signs. I also felt that breakfast items were slow to be replenished and you had to ask for things often such as cups and glasses. Breakfast was really good. I didn't have any afternoon tea as there were a few little cakes left one day and tea and coffee but I felt it wasn't great. Overall a great stay though and with a little more customer focus this place would be a little gem in the city.

location of this hotel is good, only few minutes walk to ben tanh market, breakfast was very disappointing, cold and same food every day with many flies flying around , many mosquitoes at the lobby area, our room was not cleaned after we left our room at our 11 am with the sign of " please clean room" on and when we returned at night their housekeeping was already off from their job, the lobby staffs only managed to help change our towels.

The hotel is clean, the staff is very helpful and the service is excellent. The breakfast also very good. I like the Pho provided in breakfast. The location of hotel also good, you can reach the Ben Thay market by walking distance.

The location is very close to ben thanh market ( night market) but a bit of noise from the road side . don’t ever choose the city view because u can’t see the view at all . the receptionist is very nice and helpful.

The Internet is very slow. Rooms smell bad specially if your are non-smoker. Swimming pool is very small.

The worse ”

We got a smoking room as non smokers. The breakfast was like an hostel. The room and even the hotel floor was dirty with musty food and old cigarettes. Additionally the stuff was the worse. They wasn’t concentrated and focused. The only professional one was a guy who tried to help us immediately. As an foreigner i can’t recommend the Hotel. Trust me and I’m not picky.
