Modern hotel in a great location”
No more than a 5 min walk from Central Station, the hotel is in an ideal location if travelling with luggage and the centre of Milan is a 2 euro trip on the Metro. Although in an older building the hotel is modern inside. Hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful and there is a wide breakfast choice available. I booked a Superior Double Room (as recommended by a previous reviewer)for 2 nights which was a good size with a comfortable bed, TV, air con and wi-fi. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Dined in Ristorante Gioia (on the street between the hotel and the station) on both nights. Good honest, tasty, inexpensive food with friendly service which belies its basic appearance and location.

Perfect location! ”
Just a few minutes from Milano Centrare , which is the most amazing thing for travelers with heavy luggage. It’s very easy to find the hotel and the station. You can’t get lost. My room was very clean and spacious even tho I booked a standard twin room. Breakfast was fine. There were all I wanted for breakfast. And if you are a smoker you should need a palace to smoke. No problem. there’s a smoking area on the second floor. It’s like a small garden in the building. After all my stay was perfect. I defo come back to the hotel when I visit Milan again !

The hotel is located within 5 minutes walking distance from the Milano Centrale! Not tough to spot thanks to the larger lighted up sign board but its one street away to the right of the Centrale station. The hotel also has cafe serving cheap and excellent breakfast just outside so its very convenient. The bus pick up point for Serravalle factory outlet is also 5 minutes walk away from the hotel, so very convenient after a long and hard shopping day trip! Room was fantastic, big and spacious! Comfortable bed and pillows!

The most convinient place to stay”
We are very pleased of our choice of accommodation in Milan. The hotel is very clean, the staff is friendly and the location is perfect. It is 2 minutes walking from the central station from where you may take underground, or trains or busses to Malpensa airport. It is just 4 stops to Duomo and the Gallery.If we visit Milan again we will with no doubt choose that hotel again.

Decent hotel very near to station ”
All good, very clean but one thing the breakfast is a bit stingy one pastry or half a sandwich, a yogurt one glass of juice and one hot drink. Wouod have liked a little bit more if being honest should have not gone for breakfast and used the place next door. Dead easy to get into town either ealk(bit of a trek) or jump on the metro very easy. All in all a very good hotel.

Handy location right near the main train station which made it a good choice for exploring the region around Milan, including Lake Como and beyond. Staff were great. Rooms were modern and clean. It seems like they are still working on the renovations as there was some work being done while we were there.

The Hotel was very beautiful just at the perfect location near the Milan central station. Just on 3 mins walk. The staff was very nice and also deposited our luggage while we checked out. The room was super clean & comfortable. Thank you for a nice stay

Close to train station”
Location is excellent if you want to stay nearby the train station. Easy for getting on the metro or catching a train to your next destination. Hotel clean and breakfast was great.

Reasonable hotel near station”
Nice and clean. Very near to station. It will be good if u need to catch early flight or train. But nothing much nearby. I will choose to stay near Duomo station for my next trip to Milan.

Very good small hotel”
Room is not large, but is well equipped. Bathroom is good. Extra points for orthopedic bed. Hotel staff is pleasant, helpful, and professional; manager is especially helpful. Small repair In shower was addressed immediately. Breakfast is good. A bit noisy at times. The location is not fancy, but there is a lot of great stuff close by, and the convenience to the central train station offers easy access to the airport (plus all kinds of services and shops in the train station). Many good restaurants, cafes, food shops, bakeries, etc. within a couple of blocks, small supermarket and pharmacy a block away, etc. Don’t miss the newly-opened Central Marketplace in the train station for ultra-gourmet takeaway. I will stay here again, and will recommend it to others.

Superb helpful Staff and good location”
Located within 5 minutes walk from Milano Centrale. The traffic along the road is light and hence safe to walk. Big thumb up for the hotel front desk. I am a Chinese Solo Traveller and worry about racist issue when I read some reviews for other properties in Italy. However, the front desk is very helpful. I need to catch early train at 6.34am and hence unable to enjoy the hotel breakfast which start at 7am. They pack the breakfast box for me and the food is ready when I check out without waiting time as they have put the request in their remark during my check in. Lastly, they also provide luggage deposit service prior to check in and after check out. I am so happy for the stay. Grazie!

Great hotel and location ”
Lovely hotel just minutes walk from Milano Centrale station. Hotel very clean with comfortable rooms. I had a problem with the room safe and within 5 minutes of reporting to reception maintenance came to fix it. Breakfast was lovely and staff very friendly. Short metro ride to centre of Milan but beware of pickpockets. I would stay at this hotel agin if I was back in Milan.

Loved this hotel. Located very close to Milano Centrale it is a great place to stay for easy access in Milan and surrounding areas. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast options are delicious. The hotel was very clean and it’s clear they take sanitizing very seriously. Highly recommend if you are staying in Milan.

Location can't be beat, very close to Stazione Centrale in Milano. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay great, helping with a delayed luggage, even delivering a little present for me. I would definitely stay again if in Milan!
