comfortable room, nice staff, good restaurant”
The stay was amazing. we never regret the fact that we chose staying at Bulabog beach instead of White beach, one of the perks is less crowded place compare to White beach area. We stay during the kitesurfing season(altough we dont surf), where the wind is very strong especially in the morning. We can see people kitesurfing and it is a very very spectecular view (if only i can attach picture here). BELIEVE ME, during this kitesurfing season, you can see hot guys EVERYWHERE, from the kitesurfers, to the spectators, and last but not least, the instructor. For sure we gonna choose this place if we ever come back to Boracay, just to see the real authentic surfer guys. The bar/restaurant serves simple yet wholesome food. Go for beef tapa and coffee for breakfast, it will kickstart your day in no time. This place is not as overcrowded as White Beach, and it is only 5-10 minutes walk to D'Mall and Boracay hotspots which was perfect :)

Exceptional”
Isla Kitesurfing Guesthouse has a very nice location. It's about 10 minutes walk to D'mall and White Beach. The view from our room is also wonderful and tranquil. Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the shower has hot/cold water. The only thing for improvement would be the security of the room, hopefully they would put additional locks on the doors to tighten security. Otherwise, everything is perfect. Will stay here again if ever we come back in the future!

amazing hotel staff, clean hotel, perfect location”
it was a really good location since all the activities happens in bulabog beach. the staff were amazing, they taught me how to play pusoy, cooked for us when we were craving for inihaw, and even gave me kitesurfing lessons for free. oh and also they upgraded our room. i asked for a small room with queen sized bed but they gave us a large room with 2 queen sized beds.

The stay was ok as we didnt spend much time at the hotel. we were out and about at the White Beach most of the time. It was a 10-min walk from the White Beach. We had to take the tricycle each time we want to go to the White Beach. Each ride costs 60php for 2 persons. For my next trip to Boracay I would definitely stay at White Beach and not Bulabog. The hotel itself was ok. There's hammock where you can spend time reading a book. quiet and peaceful surrounding. Beachfront. The beach is a minute away! Surprisingly, despite Bulabog being highly promoted as the centre for kitesurfing, there were actually no kitesurfing activities going on the 4 days we were there.

You get more than you pay for!”
We had a lovley time here. Since it was'nt season for Kitesurfing, we didn't see many other guests and this side of the island was very peaceful and quiet. Perfect for a good nights sleep. I liked the two big queen size beds that we had and there were still ok room for our stuff (we had a lot). All rooms are upstairs, but we could leave our stroller under roof, just underneath. We got to borrow a kettle with cord from the staff and everything we asked for, they granted us with a friendly smile. Even things we didn't ask for. A short walk over to White Beach and we ended up near Station 2 so very easy to get all of the islands best activities from this nice and very affordable hotel. There were also nice restaurants just a few meters away if you don't want to walk to the other side. We absolutely recommend this. Close to everything, but still peaceful :)

Excellent hotel!”
I had an excellent experience at this guesthouse! The room was very clean and the staff was INCREDIBLE. When I arrived in Boracay, the airport had lost my luggage and the staff took care of everything for me!! They dealt with the airport every day until my luggage was finally returned 5 days later! Amazingly friendly and helpful people. I hope I can stay here again someday!!

Decent location but not on beach for swimming”
this guesthouse is very basic but okay if you're just going to sleep. the staff cleaned the room every few days which was very helpful with all of the sand we tracked in. the hot water was more luke warm and the wifi worked decently although slow at times. there were the expected ants when staying in a hutlike structure. although the room had windows, they were only next to the door and did little to let the ocean breeze come through the room like other places we've stayed. with one oscillating fan, it was extremely warm sleeping at night and once the sun was out during the day pretty unbearable in the room. again, if you're just sleeping you can survive, but if you want to be in the room during the day you probably want ac. the staff was helpful and helped us catch a passenger boat to carabao island on our last day, which was our next destination. this saved us pesos from chartering a boat solo and we really appreciated it. location wise, the beach is super short/sometimes non-existent depending on the tide, and this side used for water sports. however, white sand beach is literally a 5 minute walk on the other side of this narrow section of the island. we recommend puka beach which was a peso ride to the north and most beautiful beach we've found. it was must less populated that white sand beach and had one restaurant where you can get decent food and beer. there is also one resort that you could rent a beach chair/umbrella for the day at pesos if you'd rather not be on the sand.

Affordable basic room yet comfy. ”
Cool and accommodating staff, they were kind enough to provide me a room when I decided to extend another night and nice enough to help me troubleshoot (although they failed to diagnose the problem) my laptop when I couldn't connect to wifi. No a/c, just a fan. No basic toiletries in room but at least towels were provided. There's a bar/small resto downstairs where you can grab meals and have beer in between kitesurfing. The guests here are mostly solo travelers and/or kite/windsurfers so if you're one with the same hobby and up for socializing, you should definitely stay here. I have my friends who lived nearby so I mostly hung out with my girls.

Excellent”
Pros: Right by the sea. Clean. Good air conditioning. Wifi available in rooms which is usually not the case in many cheap filipino hotels. Good value for money. Nice tv in room with many english movie channels. Cons: The one staff member we spoke to during our stay was a little dazed out, not very accommodating and not useful for giving advice (we asked for nice places to eat for example and where to get our clothes washed, and she was pretty clueless/vague for both questions). Couldn't tell if she was new to Boracay or bored of her life there.

Great kitesurfing center right at the beach”
We had a great time, we stayed for 5 nights in the end of March end of season for Kitesurfing. We were a little unlucky with the wind but got a couple of days surfing with our 12s. The rooms in the back was very close to a "dog center" so there was sometimes lots of dogs barking.

Excellent for the Buck”
The place is just a tricycle ride away from Cagban Port. The guesthouse has excellent value for the money. When we visited the place, there was only one staff attending to the guests but she was very friendly and accommodating. Our room got cleaned daily. If you're looking for privacy, you'll definitely get it here. They have a tourist center that offers a safety deposit box but other than that, you only have the lock in your room to guard your belongings. The place is not in the hub of activity in Boracay but it's just a five-minute walk to it. Going back to the hotel at night, one needs to walk through a dark alley. If you want to really feel safe, you can always take a tricycle ride to the guesthouse.

Superb ocean view large double room”
We rented the large double room and it's always great to wake up staring at the window catching the sunrise. Jist be sure to wake up early. It's near to all establishments, just a few minutes away. But it's just too dark walking near the guesthouse. But it's manageable, just be sure to bring with you some flashlights. Brown outs may occur everytime, they don't have generator but no need to worry, it's always breezy in the ocean side and good news there's always water supply. The local gov't is working on it. I would really recommend this place. Great if you go on kiteboarding season. Plus this is near to most of the water activities in the island.

decent place to stay”
Clean place,pretty good bathroom. Internet wasn't to bad. Right on the beach, however it is not a beach to swim at. It is more like a little harbour for day trip boats.It is still good 10 minutes walk to a place you can swim. We has some issues with other guest partying until 5 am in their room (bamboo walls,so no sound proof really),however day staff went all and above to sort it out and make sure our sleep is not disturb again.I do recommend this place for solo travellers or couples. If you travel with children, better to stay close on the other side of the island.

Such a nice change from Station 2.”
After spending 2 weeks in a very comfortable Condo in Station 2, I was a little uncertain what to expect staying here. I must say that I was very happy for 5 days here even though I'm not a kite surfer. I had booked the beach view room but ended up in the newer semi beach view room which was really quiet, bright and airy. Lovely to open the windows for the sea breeze rather than the aircon. All the office staff are most welcoming, helpful and friendly. The restaurant is separately owned and run with delicious meals at a really reasonable price. I would stay here again for sure and it's so nice to escape the crowds of white sand beach which is only 10mins walk away.

Nice hotel with good service”
It's not too big but comfortable guesthouse. Lots of people come to here for the kite surfing learning. It's nice at sunrise time. The room is small but enough for two people. The lunch special set is just 100 peso and really delicious. However, if you back to the hotel after 9:00pm, you need be careful because rising tide will let no way to back.

Pro: » Very nice and quite location » directly on the beach » clean and nice rooms » housekeeping is great » delicious food and it is very cheap » good WiFi Con's: » employees aren't providing a good costumer service. They have so many people around, but everybody is unmotivated, no one is taking care of the guests. They change every day the WiFi password and they say nothing. My girlfriend went to the receptionist ( during her private conversation) and ask for the WiFi, she typed it in her phone and she ask for my phone... the receptionist said ... I have to come to her and she will change it. But she has nothing to do and she were sitting outside, she could also come to me. Am I paying her or is she paying me? Chairs and tables aren't prepared in the morning to be on the beach. 3 employees are sitting in the kitchen and bar area and when a guest is coming there is no greeting, no smile, everybody is looking in his phone.....Then I gave my order and you could see it in her face, how happy they are to get some work. Sometimes they are to lazy to bring the food outside to the guests and they are putting it only on the pick up desk ... I don't expect the best service for this price but the guest must be the center of your job. I hope with these references you will improve your costumer service.
