Short Stay ”

I booked a Family Room for three. The description says it has a Queen Bed + Single Bed and is 14 sq meters. However, the room actually has a King Bed + Single Bed and I think the room is at least 20 or 22 sq meters, excluding a small balcony, so I was definitely not disappointed with what I got. It has good working hot shower, satisfactory amenities, electric kettle (no coffee / tea). It is not the most modern room, nor is it super clean, but it is good enough. For those expecting air conditioning in Cameron Highlands, you don't need it. Property has good parking facilities and is only a five minute walk to the happening part of Brinchang. Only disadvantage is it is near the main road so it is not as peaceful as you'd expect.

Good location, value for money but slightly noisy”

My 1st night is booked under Agoda. Try avoid the cheaper Standard room which is nearer to the main road. A bit noisy especially when you open the window (no air-cond in most hotels in Cameron Highlands yea) For the 2nd day, which I've booked direct with Iris House (you need to make full cash payment in advance), I just top up and switched to Deluxe instead - quieter and have balcony. Good: The rooms are big. Free parking at hotel and since it's walking distance to Brinchang town (where the food outlets, supermarkets, backpacker lodges located). This will save you parking headache. Nevertheless, you still need to drive to move around Cameron Highlands. Bad: Think the hotel is lack of staff thus the service would be a bit slow and need to improve cleanliness.

Pleasant stay for new parents with a baby”

We had a good stay. We can just walk by to KFC & grocery store from this hotel. The king bed is bigger and comfortable for me, husband & our 1 year old baby to sleep in one bed together. The toilet is fine. Got a kiblat sign for muslim and the room space is spacious to solat or for baby to play around. Overall, Iris House Hotel are recommended 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻

Close to perfect for this hotel”

Excellent location, walking distance to Brinchang night market and most happening location in Cameron Highland. Besides, if you come from Tanah Rata, this hotel is right before the heavy traffic location with shortcut (based on google map) so that you will not be trapped in traffic. Improvement needed on the breakfast. :)

More than Expected”

We were sty in Iris House Hotel for 3days 2nites.The staffs was very friendly and helpful.The room was very clean & well kept.Good breakfast. Worth for money.

Excellent”

We had a wonderful time at the hotel. Though the hotel look oleh and only provide basic amenities, surprisingly all work perfectly. Good location, good water pressure and hot water, good wifi connection and comfortable bed. As we had a good wifi connection, we didn’t quite bother on watching TV. As no fan was provided in the room, the cool Cameron Highland weather was enough to bring the temperature down by adjusting the room windows. Overall, we had a pleasent stay and would definitely come again to this hotel.

great hotel and great reception”

i went to cameron last school holiday and the hotel was amazing. the room was spacious an it was near the brinchang night market. you can reach the night market in about 5 minutes. and there were also a lot of other facilities near the location. the reception was very good and they helped me a lot !!!

value for money”

recommended for budget travellers. cheap price but the room was big enough and comfortable if you have children. tv channel not very clear. but we dont mind as we spend lots of time outside due to traffic condition at cameron highland

great hotel with a nice view”

I love to stay at this hotel's because it was at brinchang town which is located of the Cameron highland night market. Beside that I also just walking to to anywhere because it around my hotel. Food stall also beside my hotel so I am not worried about food. Hotels accommodation also good. I feel so good to stay at this hotels again.

spacious room with affordable price in the heart of brinchang”

i honestly did not expect the room to be quite spacious and also decent bathroom with large mirror & sink counter. the deluxe room also have a cute balcony where you could sniff the fresh cool air at night & in the morning. there is even a small coffee table with two small chair for you to lay back. the hotel is located in the center of brinchang, which makes it easier for you to either drove to tanah rata or buzz around the market nearby the kea farm, not far from there. totally recommend this place. they even have plenty of free parking lots at the hotel, so don’t worry about the parking facilities. the only thing i hope is for the hotel to might provide some refreshers such as instant coffee or tea, ironing facilities and hairdryer in room. thank you! and would love to stay here again next time. and don’t forget to tell your staff to smile a bit, some of them seems to be rather dozy 😅

very interesting hotel because it near with night market on friday and saturday..good facility around the hotel for example bank, restorance for food, everything is near to go just walking..no need to use a transportation. im very happy with my wife going and spend my time in iris hotel. my wife and i will come again..tq agoda

Convinient and Savvy”

We arrived on 11 pm for a short trip to Cameron Highland on the way back to Northern state Perlis from Kuala Lumpur on the week of Chinese New Year. Very polite staff and helpful room service. Though had to be careful not to spill flavoured water or making stain on the bedsheet. Otherwise MYR50 penalty will be imposed.

Comfortable stay”

The rooms price are not for budget traveller. But i promise u will get what u pay. I've booked quadraple and family room. Both are clean and comfortable. The hotel also have their own parking space which is good. The hotel is also easy to find and location wise, 4 minutes by car to Tanah Rata or to the heart of Brinchang.

Value for money”

Nice stay, kind staff, on weekend breakfast was a buffet but after only one standard menu if you like Nasi Goreng or not. In general satisfied and if Cameron Highland I would return agin.

Stayed for 3 nights. All good. But Cameron Highlands is too crowded especially during weekend. Prepare to spend more time on your cars rather than visiting the interesting places.

Great Location”

I reached Cameron at about 7am. Decided to try my luck to see if I could check in at that timing. To my surprise, there are rooms available for check-in and I managed to get the room that I wanted. Although there is a slight communication issue with the staff, but they are generally quite friendly and helpful. The room is quite basic with a balcony to take in the view of the highlands. However, it is quite worn out and dirty at the corners of the room. The toilet flush is spoilt and I have to get the service staff to come up twice to resolve the problem. Toilet looks quite worn out as well. However the beddings and towels feels clean and fresh. Basically a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It is cheap and centrally located to the town. It has WI-FI access only in the lobby which is fine for me. Hotel restaurant is down for renovation when I was there. I will definitely come back here again in the future.

Enjoyed my stay”

The reception was under renovation which meant you had to use a temporary one in the basement. Not too much of an issue but it meant no wifi in the rooms and I had to sit down there each time I wanted to connect. Having said that the room was decent and the staff were very helpful in making sure I got to see the best of Cameron Highlands which I loved.

Great Location to Brinchang town”

The room in Iris House is quite spacious with the LCD TV. Even though the view from the balcony is facing the main road but with affordable price you get a 3 star room. Very near to Brinchang town which is a plus for the hotel location. Staff is friendly and with a lot of parking.
