I forgot that double tree hotels had their oatmeal chocolate chip cookies upon checking in. We tried to update our reservation a couple weeks before we arrived to switch from two queen beds to a king bed but they couldn't accommodate us due to being fully booked. They gave us the option of trying to switch on our 2nd night but we were too tired to do so. It was interesting staying at a garden style hotel after being used to taller buildings. It was nice walking around the property and they had so many activities and we appreciated restaurants being open til late at night. We would love to see a more expansive menu for the Laguna restaurant. Other than that, the service was great. The bathrooms were a little outdated too and could use a little renovating.

We choosen this hotel becouse it was situated close to Universal pictures and offered free parking space. The hotel is situated in very nice and quiet area but very close to this hotel there is great possibility to dine as it is localized at International Drive. The weather was not good during our stay but we could use large smimming pool as water was heated there. The hotel was very clean. There was a lot of space for guests so we had a feeling that hotel was completely empty but in the morning we met many people having breakfes but it was not crawded. Staff was very pleasent and helpfull.

Pro's on international drive less than 2 miles to Seaworld and Aquatica, multiple restaurants near by. We have stayed 2 times on different occasions and both times loved it. Rooms are slightly dated but new mattresses and pillows. Nice pool, and laundry on sight, and a full kitchen (needs more utensils but over all great family condo's. Con's small resort fee, deposit on room ($100) usually back in a week or so, needs bigger kitchen garbage bags, cleaning people only come in every other day, and never enough towels at pool.

Rooms cleaned every day, maids were lovely, security friendly and approachable, WiFi very hit and miss, hot spa didn’t work in pool area. Was work going on in the hotels but didn’t affect our stay. Location just off international drive and very quiet, perfect for sea world as round the corner. Front of house staff again hit and miss some were nice others were just plain rude. Card keys kept faulting and we had to have them reset at least 3 times, very annoying.

The hotel is right by the Seaworld and very close to other attractions as well. The hotel provide free shuttle to Universal Studio and Sea World. The shuttle to Disney world cost around 8 usd. Hotel is very very big but they provide golf cart and staffs are very very friendly and fast in taking care of everything you need. Hotel atmosphere is very friendly, many activities are provided. Cable tv, DVD player and wifi available in the room too. Overall I love this hotel very much. Nice price and everything. I would certainly come visit again!

I stayed at the Best Western while attending a conference at the nearby Renaissance Sea World. The walk was 15 minutes, and then I figured out the I-Ride bus, which made it even easier. Staying here cut my hotel costs in half, but the BW was perfectly comfortable, clean and well run. In addition, there is a Village Inn next door - not a foodie destination, but handy for quick meals at reasonable cost.

I found the hotel for cheaper immediately after booking. Located literally next door to Sea World. Small and cozy but very clean and new and wonderfully smelling. Didn't like the hours for the pool and fitness room as we were gone all day and didn't get a chance to utilize them. Hotel offers discounts and free quick queues at Sea World parks. Offers free breakfast with DIY waffles.

Nice fountain in the picture, but the place is basically a sea of parking lots and 3 story townhouses. They were clean and the kitchen had whatever you'd need, but 3 stars - not really. Think 70's, shag rug, off white weird leather couches, nondescript scratched wooden furniture. To be fair I did not venture to the pool or whatever else they had but the townhouse itself was meh...

We really enjoyed our stay at the Homewood Suites. Exceptionally clean, well maintained, bright, spacious and with great facilities. We used the washing machines and for a full load was only $2 for the washer and another $2 for the dryer. We really!! had a full load and the machines coped perfectly. There is a gym if you wish to use it and a really nice pool. The breakfast is free (well nothings really free is it) and it is OK to be honest, the plastic dishes and cutlery are rather poor and create such an enormous amount of waste its a real shame. Hot food is a bit questionable and not overly great but there is plenty of cereal, waffles (make your own Micky Mouse ones) plenty of jams, creams, fruit, fruit juice and tea and coffee (24/7 in the lobby area) so all in all its acceptable. A great stay all round thank you. UBER to all parks are also very cheap $12 - $20max depending on where u go.

The hotel has a beautiful pool area and it is VERY close to Seaworld which was great after a long day at play. Check in was late (4pm) which I didn’t like bc we couldn’t just come down to Florida after a long drive, check in and then go to the theme park. I didn’t realize breakfast wasn’t included when I booked online. The staff was friendly and the hotel was pretty clean.

We were extremely impressed with everything that this resort had to offer, I could go on and on how it was tastefully decorated, clean, offered a myriad of services and free entertainment, and is perfect location in orlando. Most of all, the staff are the best, the experience is truly transformative, you’ll forget you’re in the middle of Florida and really feel like you’re on vacation.

We looked for a place to stay that was close to the attractions in Orlando (Disney World, SeaWorld, etc) but didn't want to stay in a crowded, busy place. This resort was very nice. Clean rooms, relaxing environment, very helpful and friendly staff. It was nice to leave the busy tourist attractions and come back to a quiet resort and relax. Some disappointing features - The BBQ pits are charcoal, not gas. If you plan on BBQing while you are there, be prepared to buy the additional supplies. The game room only holds 5 games, and two were broken when we were there. Overall, the hotel was great, and the minor disappointments would not stop me from returning to this resort.

Pool bar has good evening meal selection. * Comfortable seating areas if you want to get out of your room Improvements * Parking is charged separately at $10 per night. Not immediately obvious when booking * Their level of single use plastic usage is awful, even by US standards. Everything at breakfast is thrown in the bin. We ended up taking down our own plates from our room and washing them ourselves. * Pool doesn't open until mid morning so not possible to have a morning swim, and evening tends to be families enjoying it so lengths not possible

We stayed here for it's proximity to SeaWorld, and we noticed a strip of bars/restaurants, and a nearby CVS. The hotel was nice - spacious room (we had a double-queen beds room), nice pool, spacious breakfast hall, and a good variety of breakfasts, including cereals, some muffins/eggs/bacon for making a Bacon Egg McMuffin, waffle irons, fruits, yoghurts, as well as juices and coffee. The waffle irons got a little gridlocked at times, and there were no sauces to go with the muffin bits, but apart from that I felt very well served. The strip of eateries nearby (a literal 2 minute walk from the front door of the hotel) includes a Starbucks, Firehouse Subs, Mellow Mushroom, TGI Fridays, and slightly further away (perhaps 5 minute walk) is a CVS pharmacy/grocery store. I particularly recommend the pizzas at Mellow Mushroom. In terms of location, my wife and I walked to SeaWorld in 20 minutes, which was a lovely way to start the day! All in all, I recommend this hotel.
