Best service and very helpful staff, good location”
stayed for 2 nights in intercontinental kuala lumpur, we arrived after midnight and the staff quickly help us checked in and in short time, helped us with extra bed. i bought my hotel voucher from agoda, the voucher was for 2 rooms, with max 6 people, and i didn't know that the voucher was not include extra bed. but the hotel staff still help us with the extra bed and the best part, they never charge us because of this missed. one of the best stay in kl, and definitely will be back and will recommend the hotel to family and friends =) its just 10 min away from klcc, nice walk, location in the middle of the city. when you need cash, citibank is just beside the hotel. but the best part of my stay, was the service, it is 5 star hotel service

Food hygiene and house keeping ”
Hi... as usual my husband and LOVE to return to InterContinental Hotel Kuala Lumpur Club Room . We are warmly greeted at the door though its the wee hours 3am in the morning. Reception at L1 not so friendly. We didn't manage to check in to the Club Lounge cuz its still closed. No worries for that. But You working the Night shift at the Reception receiving Guests.Do not show your SLEEPY face! And much words exchanged, we finally got our Room KeyCard. In the room, we unable to log in to our FREE WiFi. This is the FIRST time. (We been to InterContinental kL for 3X) CALL Reception. Rectify the issue in a 10mins. Took a quick shower and start ironing for the next morning clothes. And Found HORRENDOUSLY looking ironing Board in the closet. Its just piece of metal and thin cloth to place on top on the board. We were tired after 6hrs bus ride from SG. We didnt bother to call housekeeping. But please so get new ironing board. Its a EXECUTIVE KING CLUB ROOM mind you... its disgusting.

Great hotel”
If you stay in Kuala Lumpur, you should definitely stay in Nikko for various reasons: 1. You are from a walking distance from the most attractive sites (Petrona Towers, Suria shopping mall, KLCC if you are going to a convention) and the hotel even provides a shuttle bus, though the first one leaves around 8 am. 2. A subway station (Anpang Park) is 30 meters away, from there you can go to Bukit Bintang in 10 minutes for example. 3. In Kuala Lumpur, transportation is not very convenient, so if you want to to go the tourist attractions (Batu caves, Putrajaja, etc), you will need to buy a tour. Is not easy nor practical to do it by yourself, and the hotel can arrange a variety of fairly good tours for you at a reasonable price. 4. Lots of western junk food around the hotel if you don´t want to risk with the local food. Just across the street you have McDonald´s, KFC and Pizza Hut

Large and Clean room, Staff is good at English”
It's been the second time I stayed at InterContinental Kuala Lumpur. Love the large bathroom and the large bed. It's a very comfortable and happy stay in KL for us. There is free shuttle bus from hotel to KLCC and some key shopping area. Staff are good at English so communication is not a problem for us. I will stay there again if i come to KL.

Truly Wonderful”
we have truly enjoyed our first two nights in intercontinental kl and wished we could’ve extended our stay there. the hotel: lovely newly renovated room with luxurious feel, spacious room and spacious bathroom, really what you expect from a 5-star hotel. the staff & service: superb. hotel staff has been very friendly from the moment we stepped out of our airport shuttle. very child-friendly too, despite seeing the hotel is geared toward business hotel. the hotel has complimentary shuttle service, outsourced to metro taxi, to suria klcc and bukit bintang with friendly driver who accommodated us with cartoons from youtube when our little girl was cranky in car due to traffic jam during rush hour. the most memorable experience during our stay has been meeting our concierge, who was very professional and friendly. the concierge manager, mr. azli, kindly helped us called our bus operator odyssey to correct our schedule (which we have booked the day before but with mistake) and patiently helped us to reschedule our hotel stay in singapore (which is a member of hotel’s group also). thank you mr. azli and intercontinental kl for making our stay memorable! will definitely come back to this hotel!

Big rooms and great location”
I stayed in Intercontinental Kuala Lumpur Hotel (then Nikko Hotel) before and my first experience made me come back to stay to this hotel again. The check in was fast, lovely and very efficient staff. I didnt expect getting a such nice room with big bed and bathroom. Everything was perfect. No complaint at all about the room. The Breakfast was nice, a lot of variety of foods. it was good.

the intercontinental kuala lumpur is an excellent choice for value. our room was upgraded to executive floor!!! the breakfast is one of the best i ever had, and the swimming pool was big! this hotel has a great location close to twin towers and also the ampang park train line.

Excellent Hotel, Worth every penny. ”
InterContinental Kuala Lumpur is an excellent 5 Star Hotel. It is located in the heart of KL and close to LRT station which is a big plus. Its breakfast buffet was awesome, with good selection of food. I would definitely come back and stay in the future.

Great Hotel, Good Service”
we had 2 rooms for 1 night and had no problems whatsoever with the hotel. checking in was easy and efficient. the rooms a absolutely new and there is no doubt that you are staying in a 5 star hotel. as breakfast and internet was provided we had everything we needed. breakfast good and food suitable to most guests. the swimming pool is exactly as is depicted in the professional photographs and service thoughout the hotel was always polite and non-intrusive. this carried all the way through to check out. the hotel is 5 minutes walk to klcc so it's not really out of the way and taxis in kl are well priced in any case. we would love to stay at the intercontinental kl again. ps taxi drivers still refer to this hotel under it's prior name nikko which, it seems to us, changed only a few weeks ago.

friendly and efficient”
I found the Nikko Hotel in Kuala Lumpur to be very good value, particularly as I got a great deal with Agoda which was well below that offered by the hotel's own website and many other agencies. Hotel staff were very helpful and attentive and rooms were spacious and clean. The area around the hotel pool is well laid out and wasn't particularly busy when I was there. I used the hairdresser and the spa in the basement of the hotel and both were very good value. My only criticism of the hotel was that meals did not cater well for a vegatarian like myself.

Good business hotel”
It was my first time to stay at the Nikko Hotel Kuala Lumpur. I usually stay at Hilton Hotel or Mandarin KLCC but Agoda provided a very attractive price for Nikko Hotel this week. The offer included breakfast and it was quite nice. Since I travelled around KL and PJ, I needed taxi all the time. Another good thing about the hotel was that I did not need to wait for taxi but couple of them were often available. For KLIA, the taxi driver charged R80 and the hotel was considerably provided a record card about the taxi.

Satisfactory experience”
The hotel is very close to a subway entrance (within 30 second walking), and the hotel also provide free shuttle bus to KLCC every hour and a station near Times Square every couple hour (Well, you can walk to KLCC which would take around 10 mins). The buffet breakfast was really nice. When compared to the price of InterContinental in other places, the price here at KL was really amazing. The hotel arranged private car to airport spent me RM120, which was reasonable in particular the weather at KL was really hot and having a private car bringing us back to airport was really a relaxed experience.

We booked a room for three but unfortunately one of my companion got sick and was not able to join. We asked if they can change our room for three to a room for two and give us refund. They said its not possible since our booking is through agency but the Duty Manager gave us a complimentary dinner buffet for two. We understand and appreciate the gesture. The hotel location is very convenient in city exploration since its close to almost everywhere in the city. You will save a lot in transportation. Hotel staffs are very accomodating and very nice. Hotel room is huge, modern and very comfortable with nice bed, pillows and towels especially. Really love this hotel. Will book again in this hotel on my next visit to Kuala Lumpur.

Perfect!”
I looked long and hard for a hotel in Kuala Lumpur, I decided on the Nikko hotel mainly because of it's location, close to the twin towers! This was not too expensive considering it is a 5 star hotel, when we checked in the hotel gave us a free upgrade to a deluxe room which was fantastic! It has to be the best hotel I have ever stayed at, the room was huge, with a desk/workstation! Free Internet with excellent connection speed! Big bathroom. The food at this hotel was also excellent! The location is very close to everything! KL is not a huge city! I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I would make this hotel my first choice if I ever come to KL again!

An excelent hotel”
The best breakfat that we have ever got in a hotel in Kuala Lumpur. The shuttle to KLCC centre was perfect for us. Unfortunately we didn´t stay so long time but we really enjoyed the time we had. Extra creditr to the staff that were very helpful and they did it with a smile. We would very much like to come back and stay at this hotel another time and hopefully we can test the pool next time.
