I first stayed in Inngo back in 2015, just looking for a place to stay in El Nido that would let me pay using a credit card. I was cash-strapped back then, and thought Inngo had fairly good amenities for their price point. I left them a review saying Inngo was excellent value for money, because apart from their facilities being new and well-maintained, the service was par excellence. There were some hiccups, sure -- aircon barely cooled our room, shower area was a little too dim for my liking and had weak water pressure, no water heater, no WiFi -- but for the price I paid, I really couldn't complain. I thought them to be the best bang-for-your-buck accommodation option in El Nido town proper. Fast forward to 2017, and I wound up going to the "wrong" Inngo site. Turns out that since 2015, they've aggressively expanded, and now have a brand new building just steps away from their first site which is now where they house budget travelers. In their new wing, Inngo addressed all the little hiccups I listed earlier. Their rooms were all brand new and well-kept, the bed was more comfortable than what I remember, the bathroom was fitted with quality amenities and now had hot water, and they now offer WiFi with decent speeds in their lobby area. They may not have a fridge in their rooms but they have a communal one near reception. It seems they've thought of every single thing a smart but practical traveler would need, and planned accordingly. Inngo helped coordinate our transportation to and from El Nido, alongside our daily tours. They got these at a good price too, lower than standard value perhaps because we visited during the low season. Irene, who works at the reception area, is a rockstar. Responsive to emails, quick to assist. I regret forgetting the name of his male coworker, but the other fellow who covers the night shift at reception -- he to is quick to look after guests' needs. InnGo Tourist Inn has exceeded my expectations in an accommodation in El Nido - reasonable price, very clean & spacious room, toilet & shower is clean with hot water that actually works, friendly, helpful & accommodating staff. This is my 2nd time in El Nido and enjoyed it more than the first.

Friendlly staff, clean rooms, working wifi”

Stayed at inngo for one night in their connecting building with a balcony. Nice rooms but showers had a sulfur smell to the water that made the room smell interesting. We tried to extend our stay, but the room was booked so we went to another hotel only to end up coming back the next night and booking 2 more nights. We stayed in the rooms upstairs from the lobby and they were perfect! Clean with working aircon, new bathrooms and comfortable beds. Working cable tv and kettle with new coffees and waters everyday. Wifi worked perfectly (rare in El Nido) and the staff was able to book tours, shuttles and rooms all with credit cards and no extra charge (also rare in El Nido). Would definitely stay again!

We had a nice time in El Nido, Inngo's Location was near to where the tour drop off points, eateries and stores but far from the hustle and bustle. You will still have a peaceful night/sleep. We appreciate the helpful staff, as they have accomodated all our requests from the reservation of van transfers, cleaning our rooms etc. They also offer cheaper rates of tours but rest assured the services were good. I hope the management will look into the ACs as they already a bit noisy and not cold enough even if you set it in the coldest option. Thus we came into the conclusion that was the reason for thin blankets. As they provide thin and small blanket not really enough for 2 persons. (There's a minimal fee for the extra blanket).They provide coffee, water and toiletries everyday. And we always come back from the tours with clean and newly stocked room. We had a nice time with Inngo and El Nido.

When me and my companion went there in El Nido for one day, we were happy with the warm accommodation they got for us, including the Tour package. I really appreciate the friendliness of the staff and even if we were already checked out, they offered their place to our things while we are in tour. Highly recommended for a very affordable place to stay in El Nido plus its near the sea shore. Worth of money and time. I would add as a con that they should provide dipper and pail for each room since bidet is not available.

We stayed in 3 different hotels in El Nido and this one was from far the best we had. The hotel looks new and is really clean. The room is nice and comfortable. The bathroom is good as well. The staff is helpful and contrary to the other hotels they don't always try to sell you tours. The location is great at 5 minutes walking distance from everything. There is also a nice view from outside the room on the bay. Would 've great if they could also had a breakfast though. WiFi only at the lobby.

If you're asking for too much it's not for you”

You can't go wrong if all you need is a clean and comfortable hotel to crash at night. We spent majority of our time outside the hotel doing tours and exploring, the only thing that is missing is a fridge but you are going to be surrounded with mini stores that provides all the essentials so it's not a big deal looking for cold refreshment. Very good location and it's close to the docks where El Nido tours starts.

1 Minute Walk to the beach!”

We definitely enjoyed our stay at Inngo! It was very accessible, just a minute walk to the beach. Also accessible to tricycles and vans, near restaurants and bars. They have a laundry shop and they only charge P70 per kilo which comes very handy especially if you don't want to bring wet clothes in your baggage. Ate girls clean the vicinity everyday and they also replaced our towels, bed sheets and blankets everyday. Sulit na sulit considering na we only paid P12K for 2 rooms (good for two), for 5 days 4 nights!!

•Room is impressive but we did have another guest staying (a spider lol). Noteworthy, the room is big compared to other accommodations in El Nido. •Bathroom is squeaky clean. •The staff are hospitable and helpful enough to assist us on our concerns. However, the front desk should be frequented. •Entrance to the hotel may be confusing and the road to the hotel is quite muddy when we stayed there.

Booked 2 nights and decided to extend, Inngo offered the best location with the view of the bay and the end of Hama st. w/c is like the strip where you will find restaurants, souvenir stores, and other hotels; one can reach the beach in 2 minutes walk. The place itself was homey w/ a garden beneath a tall tree where you can enjoy a cup of coffee while surfing the net. Staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.

Nothing special about the amenities but room is comfortable. Unfortunately we got a room with broken air-condition, management was kind enough to transferred us to another room. CR was clean. Location was perfect. It was near the beach, restaurants, El Nido Tours pick up point and in front of Tricycles. Staff was also kind! Highly recommended.

The place is so nice! We had the standard room with balcony. The room is clean and cozy. There's a big cabinet for your things too. The bathroom is clean with hot and cold shower. The staff are accommodating and pleasant. Great value for money and it's near the shore. Highly recommend place to stay in El Nido! 👍🏻

Inngo staff were awesome, particularly, Joy, Weng and Rhea. Inngo is located a stone's throw away from the main beach and is very accessible. Will definitely stay here again!

Great value for money”

The hotel location is excellent the staff are very nice. The room is spacious and clean, hot water in the shower and good AC. The only thing that wasn't working that good was the WiFi but this is a problem across all El Nido.

Maybe over priced”

Very new and clean place with great staff, but with no breakfast it is quite pricy as hostels in el nido offer buffets included. Nice area away from the noise of the centre of the town. Like i said just the price is abit steep for the stay.

Better than we thought ”

We had a lot of difficulty to choose the hotel in El Nido. This one was the choice and we didn't regret. The location is wonderful...far away from the confusion, but really near of everything. The rooms are basic, but clean. The staff is very kind.

I stayed at this property with my family for 5 days and we booked 2 rooms. Like every property/attraction has pros and cons. PROS: Close to the restaurants and the beach. Approx 300 m from the restos and across the beach. Rooms were clean. Basic toiletries included. Tv works fine, includes some english movie channels. Very accommodating staff, and helpful. Offers free parking for scooters. Rooms were cleaned by housekeeping on the 3rd day. CCTV cameras in all floors. Common seating area in all floors. They also offer free Wifi access at the lobby area. If you are using a pocket wifi instead, Smart telco signal is mostly 3G, sometimes 4G. Not sure with Globe. Smoking is allowed only at the ground floor. Very useful is the balcony where you can dry your clothes and towels (they have racks and hangers). Oh, and they also offer tours. Tricycle stand is just in front of the hotel, which you can hire and go to Nacpan Beach (please see my separate review for attraction).. not sure how much it costs. CONS: Aircon in room C2 located in the 3rd floor was not working properly. Unfortunately staff wasn't able to fix it and we couldn't move to a different room because they said that hotel was fully booked. Owner/manager apologized and they promised they will have it repaired soon. Unfortunately we already paid in full via Agoda so it was like a fan room for the entire stay. The other room was ok, a/c unit working fine. Also, there was a weird smell in the bathroom (like mold) and shower doesnt have a shower curtain so there was always water in the bathroom floor.. but it was not a big issue. Things to consider: if you don't mind walking for 300m from the restos without compromising cleanliness, comfort and ambiance, this is a good place to stay. If you are travelling with kids and/or elderly, better if you can contact directly the accommodation to get a room near the lobby or lower floor. Unfortunately I did not contact them and was travelling with seniors, and it w
