Excellent location. Family run, very sweet staff”

The view of Bacuit Bay, is as good as you can get at any other hotel here in El Nido. It's far enough from the town proper so you don't have the noise, but close enough if you needed anything.

This is a family run Inn, and they try so hard to make sure you are comfortable. It's service that every hotel should offer, but lose sight of. For the price, it is an excellent choice. The view from the rooms is as good as any other hotel/Inn in El Nido, so there is no reason to pay extra anywhere else. I support small business, and appreciate the kindness and ambitious attitude that smaller establishments provide. Thank you Ingrids Inn, for my memorable 3 night stay! (hotel offers good WiFi, air conditioning and fan together in the rooms, free breakfast and a generator for when the power lapses).

I highly recommend this place, Ingrid treated us like family and not a guest. She was so nice and her husband. Palawan has lots of building construction, but Ingrid place is so quiet although their house is a lil bit far I don't mind taking the tricycle. Ingrid has a family member Centeno resort that's talking shit about them and when you call certain no.on their website they will encourage you to cancel your booking with Ingrid and book on Centeno resort. They will tell you that Ingrid hotel no longer exists. They are full of shit!!

    caring and lovely owners

I've stayed at Ingrid Inn for only 2 nights and I strongly recommend this place for 2 reasons: the LOCATION and the OWNERS. The bedroom comes with its private bathroom (and hot water which is not that common there), nothing fancy but very clean, AND your own balcony with a stunning view on Corong Corong bay. When you wake up facing this incredible landscape you understand straight away you did the right choice by booking here. From my point of view, Corong Corong is the perfect location to enjoy the area without noise and crowd. The owners are incredibly lovely and caring, always keen to help which is essential when you're travelling by your own.

This place really surprised me. It is about a five-minute walk from the main strip of El Nido, but the view from this place is incredible, the rooms are nice, there is free breakfast, and the staff is nice. Really couldnt ask for much more. Stay here!

Good place for el Nido. Seems hotels are a little over priced for what you get compare to other places in the Philippines but it's good. Staff is awesome help us a lot when I got food poisoning wich is common in el Nido I hear. Let us use their kitchen to cook our own food after I got sick. Good stay

    Nice place, BUT..”

We made reservations in October, 2015 for our stay that was Feb 1 thru February 5, five complete days. On Jan. 27 we received an email from Agoda telling us that there is slight problem at Ingrids and they cannot accomodate us on Feb. 1, is it ok if we stay at the hotel next door for one night? So much for planning months ahead! We agreed and as soon as we checked in next door we went to Ingrids to discuss the rest of our stay. They said they had our name no where. But yet they had our name when they contacted Agoda and said they couldn't accomodate us on Feb. 1. The female owner was a bit rude, but changed her tune a bit when we showed her our old and amended Agoda voucher. They agreed that we had a room for Feb. 2 to Feb. 6. So, after one night next door, we packed again, moved in Ingrids, but two days later at breakfast they said they needed to move us to another room. We packed AGAIN and moved. We made a reservation here for 5 days in anticipation of unpacking once and re-packing 5 days later. They were not in the least apologetic, I felt like we were cattle being herded. Customer needs and comfort were the farthest from their minds. Our tv was old and they knew it didn't work, but that was ok with them, they didn't bother replacing it. They advertise free wifi. No wifi, seems they didn't load minutes for the wifi. When they did all they used was a cellphone hotspot so obviously we didn't get wifi in our room. It's a nice clean place, just needs to place it's customers as the priority and manage it properly. The service staff were good though.

Away from the busier crowd at El Nido town, need to use trike to get to town, there are resto's and sari sari stores nearby. Quiet location and spectacular views. No room cleaning was done, but we didn't ask, nice (family) staff. Breakfast small / budget.

All in all satisfying, but a bit too expensive”

    - Location = beautiful, directly on the (small) beach and rather quiet + calm - all room show westside to beachfront and have wonderful sunsets on balkony - is located at dead end road with little traffic to 4-5 hotels aside Ingrids Inn - Cleanliness = ok, but towels could be changed and room could have been made up more often (2x in 7days) - Staff = friendly, helpful but also very shy ; do not ask or talk very much - Facilities = a bit disappoiting : - the hotel looked partially new but somehow uncompleted, roof = provisional + temporary, entrance side + corrodor = open to front and roof side, steel reinforcement protuded from concret construction - all chairs where really hard, heavy (cast iron) + uncomfortable, - fan in room ok = strong enough and silent - air condition seem to be not strong enough, if needed and definitvely too loud, specially if needed during night time - hotels ran out of water during one night and the shower had to be readjusted afterwards to be working again - shower head was too be for low water pressure = shower just so ok - water drain of wash basin was leaking at wall, luckily ran into shower drain - WIFI was poor in rooms and often very slowly, many resets necessary - due to open construction of building, occasional noise from street or mad dogs barkings came into room too loud - all doors and windows had severe gap between them and frames - after general power failure during night time, the owner started his own generator - unfortunately is was located in or close at the building causing very much noise and cost you the sleep for the rest of the night So: all in all satisfying, but a bit too expensive

Hospitable host. Nice location. Lovely room.

Very hospitable host who cared about her guests. I booked for 3 nights at the place. Unfortunately I could not arrive at the first day but did not inform the host. So the host contacted agoda to ask my whereabouts because she was afraid I could not find the place. It was a really heart-warming act! Then about the room, decent and home-like with a nice balcony overlooking the sea. Location of this place is perfect for me. It is neither in the city nor next to the road. It is tucked away with 10 min drive by tricycle and has a small strip of beach. You would find tranquility and comfort listening to the sound of waves everyday without music blasting from afar. But you need not worry about the transportation because there is always a tricycle awaiting at the front door. They also offer island tours that pick you up directly outside the house. For the price same as other tours, you get a more private one indeed. They can also prepare seafood meals for you at lower prices than that offered by the town. I had three delicious crabs, all juicy and fleshy, one night for php350 only! Anyways, the host is very nice and has good command of english, you can ask her about anything. Although I have a short stay at the place, the time was very enjoyable.

Cheap Hotel with a Million Dollar View”

If you're on a Tight Budget and want Isolation from the Busy El Nido Town, this Place is Sufficient..The Good it's Cheap and has a Nice Terrace View of Corong Corong Bay in your Room. It's a 2 Star hotel so don't ask too Much, Rooms are small, Wifi is slow like a Snail if any at all and the Water Pressure in the Shower is Weak like Superman on Kryptonite. You can Book your Tours here, Van Transport if going to Puerto Princessa. If you want to go around town, you need to walk up the Road and get a Tricycle. It's family owned so you get good Service. Word of Advise, don't bring food inside your Room, it's sensitive to Ants..Also keep your doors in your Room shut otherwise the Butiki (little Lizard) will go inside your Room

Poor location, limited facilities, excellent staff”

The best thing about Ingrid's listing on Agoda was their photographer, made a very small room and bed look large. Poor location, about 10 minutes via tricycle from El Nido town proper, but that's not a problem, the problem is the tricycles won't drive the rough rocky dirt road off the main road to the hotel. So we always had to walk up or down the road (only 3-4 minutes, but HOT), slippery in the mud, and of course, dog poop to avoid. No beach, at high tide the water is up to the seawall, at low tide there are mud flats that go hundreds of feet out into water. No facilities to speak of, wi-fi a constant headache, staff would have to unplug their little wi-fi device in the lobby and plug it into an outlet in the room next to us, interrupting the people staying there, so we could get wi-fi. Steep and irregular steps to upper level where our room was, no railing. A/C noisy, didn't cool well. Bed very small, but comfortable. No table or stands for luggage, just had to set everything on floor. By Filipino standards hotel is OK, by western standards, woefully inadequate. But, owner and entire family were wonderful to us, would do anything for you, the nicest people. But they just don't know or understand western standards. They would bring breakfast and coffee to our room every morning so we could eat on balcony and enjoy the view. Menu very limited.

I originally booked for 3 nights only based on some good and a few bad reviews. But I really enjoyed my stay here and extended my stay by another 3 nights. Great value for money and great help in organising everything for me I asked of them. All my tours were booked for me and also the van trip back to Puerto Princesa. Other than that, rooms were nice and clean, and fantastic ocean view and nice balcony where can sit and relax over a nice drink after a solid day of island hopping.

Seems to be a family owned little hotel, everyone super friendly and helpful. The room small and cozy, clean with the balcony facing the sea, beautiful view to wake up to everyday! Located 10 mins by moto from town proper and 5 mins from Maremegmeg beach, very quiet and peaceful. Breakfast is served to your door every morning and is delicious! They also offer a lot of facilities, tours and etc so you dont have to run to town to find it! great stay, thank you Ingrid's!!

    Best view of Bacuit Bay”

    Accommodating staff, great location

We were asked to choose the family room we wanted. The manager was friendly and she readily entertained our requests. The dinner we requested on our first night was superb. We loved the sunset view from the resort.

    Quiet place with great people”

-the VIEW!! - Its quiet, the last hotel in corong corong (from el nido town) - Charlotte the main responsible and the family were really helpfull - cheaper than in el nido town

We stayed there 6 nights. The rooms are simple but clean. Expensive for what it is, compared to the rest of the philippines, but cheap for el nido. The breakfast was good but a bit repetitive if you stay a few days. Wifi and electricity is a bit of an issue. The staff was always helpfull and overall its a good place to stay to relax and enjoy the great view from the balcony.

If Not For The Good Service”

This inn was overpriced. The "Family Room" was small and spartan. If not for the wonderful service provided by the staff, our 4-night stay at this inn would have been unsatisfactory. The owner Ingrid and her staff were very attentive and helpful.
