Great little place”

Awesome spot in davao, within walking distance of many key places. Room was small but well appointed. Staff was courteous and thorough. I will stay there again if I need a budget place... the only negative thing I would mention is very late at night there were roaches in the bathroom sink... baby.ones and the next morning they were gone

Weekend Stay”

This is my second time. My first stay was better in one of the suites. Choose the suite rooms if available. Great space. The room we stayed this time was okay twin sharing. Aircon was boxed type so a bit noisy. Toiletries were provided but toilet paper was so thin and only one roll. Had to keep asking I would still recommend this place for location-- near malls. One of the towels the second day had a bad smell like a roach. Parking was tight, or short. The rear part of the SUV was sticking out a bit on the street, but then there is a security guard that kept watch. We did not avail of the free breakfast. Breakfast available for a reasonable fee downstairs was good. I would say the hotel was a bit expensive for what it had to offer. But I would still recommend it; not sure if I will be returning though.

Chances of coming back to Davao and staying at the same hotel is most likely coz we did enjoyed the place, and the food

The place is good whether you are on business or leisure trip in Davao. Location is excellent, the rooms are clean. The restaurant is small, but offers freshly cooked food. They have few rooms so book early to get your place.

Accessible location but slow wifi”

Booked this hotel because it’s one of the cheapest options for overnight stay in Davao. Cons: Breakfast is plated not buffet type. Their wifi is very slow. Partition of shower is only half of what’s supposedly covered so water will be all over the bathroom when you take a bath. Reception takes too long to reply in Agoda chat. Pros: The location of the hotel is very accessible to taxis and is relatively near the airport. The room is very spacious for its price. They also lend hair dryer upon request.

Needs improvement. ”

First time to stay in this hotel. Its a new hotel. Slow check in since the room we booked was still not prepared. We checked in at 4pm still the room was not prepared? They need to work harder if they want their clients to come back. The room given to us was spacious. Bed was comfortable and food was good. Cleanliness needs to be improved.

Value for Money”

Enjoyed our stay. The staff were very responsive to our requests. The room was spacious so is the bathroom (exceeded my expectation especially booking it at low rates). There was no refrigirator inside our room tho but hot/cold drinking water dispenser can be found along the hallways. There is a convenience store beside the hotel and a welness SPA.

Large room for small price”

Pro: Good value for money. Room was very big. Varied breakfast even for european. Very short walk to University of Southeastern Philippines and G-Mall. Spa just beside the hotel. Contra: Unflexible during breakfast order. Cockroach in the living room and small bugs in the shower. Boiler in the shower (electricity and water). Room service confused room.

What I mean by my title is...there are more hotels about so I doubt I’ll book again.. Made a little error but booking 2 rooms same day...1 room 1 day and 1 room 2 days..i booked 1 day for my wife then needed 2 days so I tried to change it made a booboo...I explained to them in writing but they didn’t get back to me until the day before my wife staying there,saying we don’t refund...no worries..YOUR LOSS...wife stayed in executive suite and not very good..cockroaches walking about...tv broke and they didn’t exchange it..and shower not working(had to use the bucket and pan)...then she moved 2nd night to deluxe queen and all was ok...but never again this hotel for us..

Our stay was great except they don’t have slippers provided in the room, and when asked, they have to charge us for a pair of slipper. Aside from that it was all perfect. They are all friendly and accommodating, very helpful too 😊

The hotel is in a good location with ample traffic to grab a taxi. Hotel staff were helpful and rooms were clean and bed comfortable.

Good as always. Hotel is near malls. Transportation readily available. Big room. Comfy bed. Clean room. The only downside is bathroom drain is clogged and water pressure is weak.

Could have been better”

Stayed here before same room, complaints are still the same. Water in shower area is not draining well, floor is slippery, air conditioner is not operating well. Breakfast is good, room and linens clean.

The room appears nice, airconditioning unit efficient, floors shiny (but cockroaches crawling). Informed the front office staff who kept on apologizing but I noted that the cockroaches I stomped the previous day were still on the floor the next day).
