"We were last minute booking for this hotel. When we checkin at the hotel, the receptionist told us there was system error and no room available for us. Therefore, we are transferred to Best Western Secret Champs Elysee Hotel. The receptionist reserved a taxi for us for this transit and the hotel paid the taxi fee. Good arrangement and the whole process didn't take us long time. We will recommend Best Western hotels to travellers to Paris."

"Excellent Stay, room was great, booked the studio room it was small but comfortable for 2 people, the closet was a bit small but we had four large suitcases. Bathroom is to die for and with a large soaking tub, which I used and loved. Large shower as well. Room over looked the courtyard with wounerful large windows that open to let a fresh breeze to give you that wonderful Paris experience even though the hotel has central air. Staff was wonderful and multilingual. "

"After the long 24hr journey from Australia we were warmly greeted by the friendly staff. Check in was streamlined and we were taken to our room. We had champagne and canapés in the restaurant which was beautifully prepared. Breakfast was outstanding with lots of choice. The team arranged a taxi for us and we were on our way. It was a quick stay but so welcoming! I would highly recommend this hotel!! Thank you La Villa Haussmann team. You’re efforts are greatly appreciated. "

"It’s pretty pricey I suppose comparable to other 5 stars hotels nearby. Took my mom to Paris, where she’s always wanted to visit and see. Staff was attentive, room was clean, bed was amazing. Bed was so room, 1 morning we both didn’t wake up until 11am, partly tired but mostly soft blanket and mattress. It’s 15 mins walk to Champ Lysee for shopping. We had breakfast there 1 morning, very good French food. Shower was good, everything almost brand new. They have a small gym and sauna and indoor decent size pool . A block from the subway. Get metro passes in package of 12 I think that allows you to travel within Paris at a better cost. Front man was very friendly so was people at the desk. Will stay here again next time for sure. They also allowed us checkin at 10am since we got there early, much appreciated. "

"We had an awesome stay at the Hotel Royal Madeleine. The staff was very helpful in showing us around and very friendly. It is close to three metro stations which is convenient. It is walking distance to Champs de Elysees, Madeleine, Charles Garner Opera House, and the Cafe de la Paix =]"
