Booked 4 single rooms and upon checked-in, reception was kind enough to upgrade us to 2 family rooms. Rooms were very clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Children enjoyed using the swimming pool. All I asked for improvement is to have more breakfast choice. Overall, will definitely book INB Resort again.

Low water tap pressure and noisy since its location beside highway and a race track a litle rundown, not a problem to me but for other visitor that might not be ok with the noise. I will definitely will come and stay again.

Near exit ayer keroh toll. Old hotel with minimum facilities. You have to drive for 10 minutes to the ayer keroh attractions (zoo, mini malaysia, bee farm) and 20 minutes to the city centre.

Nice place to chill out with family. Pool is ok but quite hot because of open space. Maybe should consider to put some shades or trees. Toiletries not provided in the room. Environment is clean. Food places are quite far, need to drive to find local restaurants.

Although we do not provide an array of toiletries, we do however provide a liquid soap dispenser in every toilet that dispense an all in one body wash. The stay was fine. The room was clean, so was the pool and compound. However the whole resort looks almost like in the 90s, with the decorations pretty tacky, made me felt like I was in my grandma’s place 😛 Breakfast was moderate, I couldnt say I quite enjoyed it. And the landly was very rude towards my friend who came over and used the pool. We understand her concern but she should have talked nicely. Treated my friend like she was a beggar 😒

We apologise if we came across as rude, but we have to keep our grounds secured from outsiders who would try to enter our premise pretending to be our guests just so that they can make use of the pool, which will be unfair to our paying guests.

Thank you for your feedback. As we've mentioned to you in person the other day, there was a water shortage in Melaka during your stay at our resort and a water rationing had took place due to the subsiding water levals at the reservoir in Alor Gajah which supply water at our premise. We regret that it happened and there was not much we can do to prevent this from happening. However, I remember we did allow you to use another vacant room's bathroom so as to not get in the way of your bathing time.
