Good Hotel”
Hotel Impiana KLCC is a very good hotel with a perfect service. The location is absolutely great, being in the middle of Kuala Lumpur, directly in between shopping malls Suria KLCC and Pavilion. If you are travelling in Malaysia by car, Impiana is a good hotel to stay because they have free parking and a good parking lot next to the hotel. There is almost nothing negative about this hotel. Good price / quality ratio! We booked this hotel without and meals, so I cant say about the quality of the food.. but looking at their restaurant it must have been pretty good.. busy every evening! You don't need any meals from the hotel if you think its too expensive, you can get the best food at almost every corner of the street in Kuala Lumpur.

Heavenly Impiana”
I stayed in this hotel many many times over. Its situated in the centre between Bukit Bintang and KLCC. A short distance walk to the best of both worlds. The staff have been doing a wonderful job greeting and taking care of your needs. The response to guest's calls for assistance have always been immediate. Nice comfortable room. Everything in the room is clean and well placed. I love the fluffy pillows. There's LCD TV and CD/VCD players for guests. A good spread of breakfast but if you chose not to have breakfast at the hotel, there's always KLCC, Pavilion or Bukit Bintang to go to. Once, I left a valuable item in my room and realised it only until I was back home. Emailed the Manager, and he found it and handed it to me at my next visit. I will always stay at Impiana KLCC Hotel & Spa whenever I am in Kuala Lumpur.

Impiana KLCC Hotel Travel Review”
I could only guess a 4-star with a less expensive budget to travel around the Golden Triangle of Kuala Lumpur that would be Impiana KLCC Hotel. It is located right in front of Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre of which you can walk nearby the centre in 3 minutes easily access within underground to Suria KLCC mall. Besides that, let's move on with the hotel look that I travel last month of December 2019. Impiana KLCC does attract a few many tourists people outside to come to this hotel and sleep comfortably. The surrounding looks is patronising in between inside and outside of the hotel because there's fancy cafe right at the hotel entrace. So about the type of room that I was booked which is Superior Room. I think it almost pays off to those luxury 5-star hotel type of room that I've been through and the master bedroom is a little comfort to sleep for a couples to roommate with. The bathroom is next level to me and it has a bathtub on it. So far it is a great hotel to book for a KLCC trip

Ideal location and close to all”
Checked in late and upon arrival spoke a few minutes with the reception clerk as my wife left a few minutes. I told the clerk that I had met my wife 20 years ago that evening and that this was a honymoon escape. The clerk asked me to wait a few minutes and as he came back to the counter, and at the same time my wife was meeting me at the counter, the clerk says, " we have upgraded you to a club delux on the 8th floor". Wow what a pleasent surprise! When we got to our room and opend the door, we got a very pleasent surprise! We had the view of the Petronas Towers by night and the room was like being in a palace! I cannot Thank Impiana enough for this pleasent surprise. The Hotel is very well situated and ou can visit everything by foot. Visit the Minera and go all the way to the top! Its just breath taking! And also visit the Petronas Towers. This is well worth your money! As for transportation, when you arrive at KLIA ( Kuala Lumpur International Airport ), buy a KLIA Express train ticket to KL Sentral. This will cost you 70 myr per persone round trip. Once in KL Sentral, you have two choices. 1 take the taxi cost 14 myr. 2 take the MRT to KLCC this will cost you 1,60 myr per person. At KLCC, you can walk through the mall in direction of the aquarium where there you will find a coverd tunnel bridge to the hotel.I would strongly suggest this hotel to anyone who is looking for a hotel well Centered.

Good hotel for holiday with family”
The hotel is located at the center of KL, between KLCC/Petronas Twin Tower/Suria Mall and Bukit Bintang/Pavillion Shopping Mall area. Swimming Pool with sky view is very good at night. The rooms are very good and big enough to be stayed for 3 adults in one room without extra bed, with minimalis decoration the room is really like new built. The gym is at the top of building and have many kinds of tools for exercise. The hotel have two places for breakfast / restaurant, at the ground floor and at the 15th floor, the second one is for the room with club access and small private, not all guest have the access to this place, it is free of charge for the guest with club. The connections walk is started from this hotel goes through anothers surrounding areas and hotel like to KLCC and Bukit Bintang. The only one you have to be prepared is the traffic jam in front of the hotel, it is almost a full day the traffic is busy, but overall we really enjoy and happy stayed at Impiana KLCC Hotel

An almost perfect stay”
Our stay at Impiana KLCC was close to perfect. The location was perfect - we could comfortably walk or take a short stroll to both KLCC and Pavillion without being affected by the weather. Rain or shine - we are ever ready to head out! Only one thing, as silly as it may sound, sometimes small things like this matter when we are on holidays. We forgot to bring a comb (yes - a hair comb for combing hair), NONE of us in our group of 5 had a comb. We requested for one from the front desk and housekeeping but they said there was none available. We were quite taken aback at the response as these amenities are somehow rather easily available at near luxury hotels like Impiana. A few other glitches with housekeeping which was fixed promptly and a female staff member who seemed rather unfriendly at front desk - though other staff members made up for that. The Junior Suite was super spacious, Swasana Spa was just soooo awesome. Simple, reasonable gym facilities. Room service was well presented. Suites were exceptionally clean. I would classify Impiana KLCC as a hotel suitable for business and also a near luxury hotel.Facilities were sufficient. Overall, the new wing at Impiana KLCC was awesome and we look forward to staying there again on our next trip.

Fantastic hotel and staff. Superb location”
the impiana klcc is right in the centre of town, with a lot of attractions within a couple of minutes walk. the staff are incredibly courteous, friendly and helpful. the room was great, with space enough for our two children too. breakfast was a fair buffet selection, with enough variety to keep everyone happy (although no bacon, i'm afraid), and young children eat free. it also has free high speed internet, via wifi or ethernet, in every room. the klcc park, just over the road, is fantastic for children, with a huge play park, and play pool. the fantastic aquarium is also just over the road, housed in the convention centre, and there are also two major shopping centres within a few minutes walk of the hotel - suria klcc (beneath the petronas towers), and pavilion. all can be accessed via the elevated, air conditioned walkways, so you don;t even need to deal with traffic and crossing roads - great when you have young children. overall, the experience with hotel and surrounding area was fantastic.

Unparalleled attention to detail”
Having just stayed at a 4 star hotel in Bangkok and being disappointed at the general level of service and available facilities, I was very pleasantly surprised when I arrived at the Impiana Hotel in Kuala Lumpur. The attention to detail is unparalleled. My room had certain things that I would generally have to request when staying at a hotel. Examples include an ironing board, an iron, a shoe horn, shoe polish kit, hair dryer, very comprehensive comfort kit including razor kit, etc which all come standard at the Impiana hotel. The staff were genuinely friendly and tried to anticipate my needs at every turn. A big thank you to Naren at the concierge desk who made wonderful recommendations as to what to see around the city. I thought my Superior room was very well designed, modern, very clean and I absolutely love the idea of a wooden floor.

Good value hotel, but currently very noisy”
Have stayed in the Impiana a couple of times due to its proximity to the Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC) and the Petronas Twin Towers. The Junior Suite is large and fits a third bed. During the day, there was unfortunately a lot of noise pollution due to the hotel currently being extended, so if you are around during the day or want to sleep in, it is not a good place at the moment (Jan11). Otherwise great service and friendly staff. I travelled with my two kids (13, 11), and was told on arrival that my agoda booking did not include breakfast for the 3rd person, which was very annoying (the same happened in our previous hotel on Langkawi). Showed the Agodo printout which showed a booking for 3 incl. of breakfast and complained, after which the matter was dropped.

My favourite hotel in KLCC”
Impiana KLCC has been my go-to hotel for the past 10 years but this was the first time staying at the newer Club Tower. I stayed in the Club Premier Room which was spacious at 49sqm. The room has a big king-size bed and a day bed to lounge by the windows. There was also like a cushioned bench which you can sit on at the foot of the bed. There are adequate channels on TV, most of the are in English. There was even a Disney channel for my 4 year old girl. The bathroom was spacious too, which had a bathtub and a separate area for the toilet bowl and the standing shower stall. Bathroom was clean, though I had difficulty switching from the shower to the tap at the bathtub while trying to fill it. Wi-fi signal throughout the room was strong and fast. Check-in for the Club rooms is on the 15th floor of the Club Tower. Security is good as you need an access card to access the different floors and also to enter the Club Lounge. I had my breakfast at Cedar on 15th which was they called the Club Lounge. The breakfast spread was adequate and there were enough varieties of food and drinks. I enjoyed taking my breakfast at the lounge as it wasn't crowded. Alternatively, you can have your breakfast at the Tonka Bean cafe on the ground floor. Though it has a wider selection, it usually gets crowded after 9 a.m. I also had tea at the Club Lounge, which was from 3 to 5 p.m. daily. I enjoyed eating the sandwiches and the scones were pretty good. There was evening cocktail from 5.30 to 7.30 p.m. daily but I was usually shopping at that time so I can't comment on that. The Club Lounge is open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily so you can drop in at 10 p.m. and grab yourself a cold can of Coca-Cola and bring it up to your room. I would also like to commend the 2 Indonesian ladies who were at the reception of the Club Lounge. Unfortunately, I did not get their names. Comfortable, enjoyable & fun!”
We enjoyed our stay at Impiana KLCC Hotel. We only have to walk about 10mins to reach KLCC through the sky bridge and underground tunnel. It was so convenient for us with young children with strollers. The sky bridge also connects the hotel with Pavilion Bukit Bintang. Our room is spacious and clean. We were upgraded to the Club room but without benefits. Our children love the bathroom. It was clean and spacious. The bed is comfortable. The only thing is that the hotel only has one swimming pool which is not child friendly. The breakfast is ok although we expected more selection in the breakfast. It is also hard to find budget taxi from the hotel. The only taxi they have there is the premier one which is quite pricey, otherwise if you don't mind paying extra, its ok.

Pleasant and Comfortable Stay at KLCC”
We were offered for room upgrade, from Superior to Deluxe for RM80 per night. At first we were undecided due to additional cost, when we entered the room we were surprised that room and bed are big (good enough for couples w/ young child) with Petronas Towers view. The hotel is conveniently located near KLCC, there were an air-conditioned pedestrian walkway that will brought you to Bukit Bintang, Suria, KLCC and direct to hotel lift. They offer two different buffet breakfast Asian and Continental; Asian breakfast at Tonka Bean has lots of variety compare with Continental breakfast at Cedar 15 which has simple and dull spreads. Our overall stay is wonderful, certainly will be back to Impiana KLCC hotel.

A short yet sweet and fabulous stay at Impiana KLCC”
Visiting KL overnight for a specific reason to experience the two greatest towers in Malaysia - KL tower and The Mighty Petronas Twin Towers. The best hotels to stay is nearby so we booked Impiana KLCC because of its affordable price for a 5 star hotel compared to its neighbours nearby. The hotel has a back view of Petronas towers from its back. The lobby and breakfast hall are gynormous. The staff helped us with our luggage without tips. The reception is very friendly.. There are free apples provided. The pool is beautiful with a view of Petronas towers at the back and right at the heart of CBD. There is a pool bar and spa beside the pool. The room is spacious with a bath tub and toilettries/water are provided including slippers. I specially like the soap quite creamy and milky. Window is spacious. Breakfast is plentiful with both local ans western cuisines. Overall I loved our stay here right beside KLCC and will definitely be back.

after several visits to kuala lumpur and having stayed in several different hotels, i have come across impiana klcc as the best value for money option for a central hotel with all basic facilities. very modern with comfortable rooms, this hotel has also the advantage of not having hidden charges - i.e. internet fee in most central hotels in kl.

Centrally located, Comfortable and Good Value”
It is my second time staying at Impiana KLCC. The hotel is centrally located with pedestrian link bridge to KLCC and Suria KLCC. I reached hotel around 10am and the room was not read for check in. I requested a safe deposit to put my valuables before heading over to KLCC. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Room service are prompt and reasonably price. There is a huge selection for buffet breakfast. As it was a weekend, buffet breakfast ended at 11pm. Overall, a great and value for money hotel which I will recommend for people who needs to be around KLCC.

we stayed for 1 night at impiana hotel. location was very central for those looking to stay in klcc. it was about a 10min walk to klcc shopping centre. the room was big and clean and had all the bathroom amenities as expected in a high class hotel. bathroom was clean and spacious as well. we also did a spa treatment at the hotel spa (swasana spa). since the hotel is advertised as a spa hotel, we were expecting a good experience and our treatment certainly did not disappoint us! from the time you step into the spa till the time you leave, you are treated with utmost courtesy and the staff pamper you with cups of tea and towels before and after your treatment. the whole spa environment is extremely nice and you will feel at peace throughout your massage. we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would definitely encourage anyone who stays at impiana to go for a massage.

Wonderful Stay, Again!”
It was a last minute weekend getaway. I initially thought of staying at other hotels. However, I decided to come back to Impiana KLCC. Well, didn't regret a little bit. What I love the most about the hotel is its location. Covered walkway that link the hotel to 2 of the best shopping centres in KL, Suria KLCC and Pavilion. My regret, I didn't visit the Gym. I'll visits again to see the new revamp Gym. The staff of this hotel should also be commended. Why? The hotel was Full House. The staff till act profesionally and competently with a smile on their faces. Well Done! Last words: Hotel Impiana KLCC, I'm coming back soon.

Amazing place”
My family and I have been staying at this hotel each time we are in Kuala Lumpur. It is only a 5min walk to KLCC and a 5-10min walk to Pavillion. The staff was lovely as usual however the room’s flooring is getting to be quite old as it creaks each time someone walks. I would say the only downside to our stay was the food during breakfast. The food was only sub par. Other than that, Impiana is still a hotel I would recommend to others

This is 3rd times stay in Impiana KLCC but 1st time through agoda. I stay here under business trip and will come again to Impiana KLCC with my family for holiday trip. The hotel very conviently located and easy eccess to shopping center, i.e.Suria KLCC, Pavilion, Lot 10, Bukit Bintang. I was really satisfied with the service, comfortable rooms and good price from agoda. Buffet breakfast had a great selection of fresh foods, hot and cold. I will definitely stay here again for my business trip or holiday trip.
